Modeling and Verification of a Sentiment Analysis System Using Aspect-Oriented Petri Nets

An increasing number of social media and networking platforms have been widely used. People usually post the online comments to share their own opinions on the networking platforms with social media. Business companies are increasingly seeking effective ways to mine what people think and feel regarding their products and services. How to correctly understand the online customers’ reviews becomes an important issue. This study aims to propose a method with the aspect-oriented Petri nets (AOPN) to improve the examination correctness without changing any process and program. We collect those comments from the online reviews with Scrapy tools, perform sentiment analysis using SnowNLP, and examine the analysis results to improve the correctness. In this paper, we apply our method for a case of the online movie comments. The experimental results have shown that AOPN is helpful for the sentiment analysis and verifying its correctness.     

微波辅助法提取多糖的研究进展

对微波辅助法提取多糖的原理、方法,以及微波辅助法与超声波法、酶法、超声协同酶法、酸碱溶液法等联合使用提取多糖的研究成果进行综述,并对多糖的相关提取研究及应用进行了展望。     

基于化学监督的超(超)临界机组关键控制节能指标分析及建议

针对超(超)临界机组参数提高、材质升级,化学技术监督中的监督指标对机组经济性和可靠性影响较大的问题,本文通过机组典型案例分析、技术监督报告、现场实测等,对目前化学监督中影响较大的、关键的技术指标进行了系统性的分析研究。研究结果找出了6项化学监督中超(超)临界机组关键的、影响较大的控制监督指标,且提出了指标控制值和控制方法。这项系统性研究分析方法对指导超(超)临界机组化学监督具有重要的借鉴作用,以控制超(超)临界机组因参数提高和材质升级带来的新问题和新挑战。     

安五脂素对衰老小鼠抗疲劳作用研究

目的:观察五味子安五脂素(Anwulignan,AN)对D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠的抗疲劳作用。方法:将ICR雄性小鼠随机分为四组,即空白对照组(CON)、模型组(MOD)、低剂量AN组(AN 1 mg/kg)、高剂量AN组(AN 4 mg/kg)、灌胃给予安五脂素或溶媒30 min后,除CON组皮下注射生理盐水外,其余各组皮下注射D-半乳糖(220 mg/kg)。每日1次,持续6周。通过疲劳转棒实验,前肢握力实验观察AN对衰老小鼠运动耐力的影响;化学比色法检测小鼠血清中尿素氮、乳酸、乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶及骨骼肌组织中超氧化物酶和丙二醛的水平。结果:与MOD组相比,低剂量AN组及高剂量AN组分别延长了小鼠37%和67%(P<0.05)的转棒时间,及55%(P<0.05)和89%(P<0.01)的小鼠前肢握力值,显示经不同剂量AN处理后小鼠的运动耐力均显著增加;同时,在氧化及疲劳生化指标中显示,高剂量AN组超氧化物酶含量增加了38%(P<0.01),丙二醛含量降低了14%(P<0.05);血清尿素氮和乳酸含量分别降低了15%(P<0.05)和21%(P<0.05),乳酸脱氢酶和肌酸激酶活性分别降低了22%(P<0.01)和12%(P<0.05)。结论:安五脂素对D-半乳糖所致衰老小鼠具有抗疲劳作用,本研究为抗衰老及抗疲劳药物及保健食品的开发提供理论依据。     

Melatonin and its protective role against male reproductive toxicity induced by heavy metals,environmental pollutants,and chemotherapy: A review

Melatonin, as a ubiquitous indoleamine hormone, is synthesized primarily by the pineal gland. It has diverse biological effects through quite complex mechanisms. More recently, studies have focused on the mechanism of melatonin in anti-reproductive toxicity/damage. Since melatonin possesses strong antioxidant and anti-apoptotic properties, researchers have examined its potential role in protecting against male reproductive toxicity/damage, which may be induced by chemotherapy or environmental toxicants and can lead to male infertility. In this article, recent progress regarding the protective effects of melatonin on male reproductive toxicity/damage is reviewed.
