台湾本身地貌特性以及近年来强降雨事件发生频繁,促使山区地带发生复合式灾害,如崩塌、泥石流与山洪等,因此灾害孤岛效应有必要仿效泥石流以及洪水灾害,制定出参考警戒值以及警戒线,将有助于防灾决策、救难资源投入以及灾害风险判释。本文针对台湾发生过灾害孤岛效应的114个村进行分析,且着重于首次发生灾害的台风降雨事件。首先通过群集分析并依照各样本的6个灾因指标进行分类,群集结果显示可分为8个群,并再以象限分布描述各群的潜势相对风险。采用2004—2015年台风降雨事件的观测雨量数据,并利用距离反比权重法,得出各村的累积降雨量(R)与最大时雨量(I)。整合各群集样本雨量数据后,使用台湾水土保持局使用的RTI模式概念,计算出各群集之RTImin、RTI30、RTI50和RTI70,以绘制低风险区(0~30%)、中风险区(30~70%)和高风险区(70%~100%),其中着重探讨灾害孤岛事件的下限值RTImin,以便可得知最易发生灾害的群集。结果显示,各群的潜势风险反映RTImin的效果良好,如潜势风险越高则其RTImin值越低,即雨量驱动灾害发生的条件较低。群集中,第1与2群为低风险群、第3、5与6群为中风险群、第4、7与8群为高风险群,仅第5群无法透过RTImin验证潜势风险关系,故本文挑选的6项灾因指标,为辨别灾害孤岛效应潜势等级的重要因子。  相似文献

技术标准在技术进步、国际贸易中具有重要作用。全景式梳理、比较氢能技术标准化体系发展与现状,对于促进技术进步、规范国际贸易至关重要。本文综述了ISO/IEC、美国、日本和中国等5个主体氢能技术标准化体系:介绍了上述5个主体的氢能标准化机构,详细梳理了ISO/IEC氢能国际标准与美日中氢能国家标准/行业标准的层级结构比例,并按标准具体内容将其归类到8个技术类别中,分析了各主体在8个技术类别中的分布与特征。文中指出相比于美国和日本,中国氢能技术标准化体系存在行业标准数量较少、氢能产业联盟在行业标准制定中主导性弱和部分技术类别覆盖度低的不足。针对上述不足,文章对中国氢能技术标准体系提出两条发展建议:增加行业标准数量,以发挥其对标准体系补充、完善的作用,为此需赋予中国氢能产业联盟制定行业标准的权限;优化中国氢能技术标准分布,提高氢储运与加注以及氢能应用等技术类别的覆盖度,保障氢能产业从定点示范运营到城市群大规模推广的顺利升级。  相似文献

Variations in composition, microhardness (in the thermomechanically affected zone) and texture in the tool domain of the dissimilar friction stir weld of AA5083-O and AA6082-T6 alloys were investigated. The contents of the major alloying elements in the weld zones were determined using inductively coupled plasma?atomic emission spectroscopy. It was observed that a slight drop in the content of the alloying elements results from the friction stir welding process with the Mg content being the most affected amongst the major alloying elements in the two alloys. By relating the mass fractions of the major alloying elements in the parent metals of both alloys to those of the stir zone, the relative proportions of the two alloys in the stir zone were estimated with the results showing that at least 60% of the materials in the stir zone are from the retreating side of the weld. It was also revealed that the changes in the hardness profile in the thermomechanically affected zone of the retreating side are predominantly influenced by changes in grain size in that domain. Finally, the investigation further revealed that the texture component in the tool shoulder domain is different from the texture component in the tool pin domain.  相似文献

挫屈束制支撑耐震性能优劣与否与脱层材料性能有密切关系,首先提出了一种估算脱层不完全因子的方法,利用4组分别使用不同脱层材料的挫屈束制支撑进行构件试验;研究结果表明以黏性橡胶作为脱层材料具有可靠性、经济性与优良的施工性。特别介绍了地震工程研究中心近期所研发的槽接式挫屈束制支撑,并通过3组实尺寸构件试验验证了其耐震性能;测试构件包含一组长度为12.5m,最大抗压强度超过16800kN,核心消能段应变量达3.5%的构件。试验结果表明,新研发的槽接式挫屈束制支撑经济效益极高,迟滞消能行为良好稳定,具有优良的耐震性能,各组试体于试验停止前所累积的总非线性变形量皆超过400倍斜撑屈曲位移量;研究亦显示,非线性结构分析软件PISA3D可准确预测其受力与变形反应。  相似文献

The combination of powerful, yet inexpensive PCs and readily available open sources for parallel computation marks a new era of easy access to massive computation for the tribology community. The study demonstrates the applicability of embarrassingly parallel computation in the optimization of air-lubricated porous bearings with four design variables. To achieve high speedup without increasing the coding complexity, the master computer implements the lattice method to allocate the near-the-same computational load in the master-slave cluster. The effect of master capability on the cluster performance is also presented. The results are compared with that of an unparallelized simplex method and indicate a significant reduction in execution time due to parallelism. In a simulated analysis, a high speedup can also be obtained in dealing with a problem with many design variables. This study provides the framework for optimization of applications with complex tribological models to be solved with minimum execution time.  相似文献

Restructured beef roasts are useful alternatives for foodservice or home meal replacement and it is important that uniformity of preparation and quality can be achieved for key markets. Two sizes of restructured beef roasts were heated to various internal temperatures (35–65C) to determine effects on selected physical properties of a w pH, water-holding capacity (WHC), water absorption (WAC) and moisture content. The a w was least affected (0.985–0.987), but all other properties were affected by endpoint temperature, slice position (section) and sample depth (location). Moisture content was greatly affected with outer layers having lower values. The pH increased 0.06 to 0.21 units depending on temperature and location. WHC decreased while WAC increased as endpoint temperature increased to 65C, but section and location also had an impact. Before denaturation of meat protein is complete, it appears the physical properties are highly influenced by the product temperature and therefore final quality can be modified by altering endpoint temperature.  相似文献

Knowledge-based systems (KBSs) are being used in many applications areas where their failures can be costly because of losses in services, property or even life. To ensure their reliability and dependability, it is therefore important that these systems are verified and validated before they are deployed. This paper provides perspectives on issues and problems that impact the verification and validation (V&V) of KBSs. Some of the reasons why V&V of KBSs is difficult are presented. The paper also provides an overview of different techniques and tools that have been developed for performing V&V activities.
