LiFePO4 modified by N-doped graphene (NG) with a three-dimensional conductive network structure was synthesized via a one-step in situ hydrothermal method. The effects of N amount of NG on the phase structure, morphology, and electrochemical properties of LiFePO4 are investigated in this study. X-ray diffraction (XRD) results show that doping suitable N amounts in NG do not alter the crystal structure of LiFePO4, and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images show that NG can slightly reduce the particle size of LiFePO4. The high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) results show that the LiFePO4 particles are well covered and connected by NG. The electrochemical performance confirms that LiFePO4 modified by 20% N-doped graphene (named LFP/NG-4) displays a perfect specific capacity of 166.6 mAh·g?1 at a rate of 0.2C and can reach 125 mAh·g?1 at a rate of 5 C. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) results illustrate that the charge transfer resistance value of the LFP/NG-4 composite is only 58.6 Ω, which is very low compared with LiFePO4. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) tests indicate that the addition of 20% N-doped graphene can effectively reduce electrode polarization and improve reversibility. The LFP/NG-4 composite with a three-dimensional conductive network structure can be regarded as a promising cathode material for Li-ion batteries. 相似文献

This work investigates the influence of niobium pentoxide (Nb2O5) as dopant, on the structural, magnetic, and dielectric properties of NiZnCo ferrites. The results showed that Nb2O5 was an effective dopant, and the Nb5+ ions entered the B site to replace Fe3+ ions, which altered the electromagnetic properties of the NiZnCo ferrite. In particular, the coercivity (Hc) was 20~24 Oe, and the magnetic quality factor (Q), was more than 200 at x = 0 and x = 0.1 wt%, which is 4~5 times higher than that of NiZn and NiCuZn ferrites. Excellent electromagnetic properties were obtained for 0.1 wt% Nb2O5-doped NiZnCo ferrite, i.e., Ms = 88.3 emu/g, Hc =20.4 Oe, ρ = 2.4 × 105 Ω m and Q = 202 @20 MHz. This work intends to develop an online experimental system for screening of deoxynivalenol (DON) contamination in whole wheat meals by visible/near-infrared (Vis/NIR) spectroscopy and computer vision coupling technology. Spectral and image information of samples with various DON levels was collected at speed of 0.15 m s−1 on a conveyor belt. The two-type data were then integrated and subjected to chemometric analysis. Discriminant analysis showed that samples could be classified by setting 1000 μg kg−1 as the cut-off value. The best correct classified rate obtained in prediction was 93.55% based on fusion of spectral and image features, with reduced prediction uncertainty as compared to single feature. However, quantification of DON by quantitative analysis was not successful due to poor model performance. These results indicate that, although not accurate enough to provide conclusive result, this coupling technology could be adopted for rapid screening of DON contamination in cereals and feeds during processing. 相似文献

The increased concentration of CO2 due to continuous breathing and no discharge of human beings in the manned closed space, like spacecraft and submarines, can be a threat to health and safety. Effective removal of low concentration CO2 from the manned closed space is essential to meet the requirements of long-term space or deep-sea exploration, which is an international frontier and trend. Ionic liquids (ILs), as a widespread and green solvent, already showed its excellent performance on CO2 capture and absorption, indicating its potential application in low concentration CO2 capture. In this review, we first summarized the current methods and strategies for direct capture from low concentration CO2 in both the atmosphere and manned closed spaces. Then, the multi-scale simulation methods of CO2 capture by ionic liquids are described in detail, including screening ionic liquids by COSMO-RS methods, capture mechanism by density functional theory and molecular dynamics simulation, and absorption process by computational fluid dynamics simulation. Lastly, some typical IL-based green technologies for low concentration CO2 capture, such as functionalized ILs, co-solvent systems with ILs, and supported materials based on ILs, are introduced, and analyzed the subtle possibility in manned closed spaces. Finally, we look forward to the technology and development of low concentration CO2 capture, which can meet the needs of human survival in closed space and proposed that supported materials with ionic liquids have great advantages and infinite possibilities in the vital area. 相似文献

In this study, TiC/TC4 composites were fabricated using selective laser melting (SLM), and the deformation mechanism and fracture characteristics of the composites with nano-sized TiC particles formed in situ were studied. The experimental results showed that the rapid melting and solidification characteristics of SLM and the Marangoni effect of the liquid pool promoted a considerably homogeneous dispersion of the in situ-formed nanoscale-TiC reinforcement in the TiC/TC4 composites. In particular, an enhanced compressive strength of 1490.2 MPa and a considerable fracture elongation of 21.5% were simultaneously achieved for the TiC/TC4 composites, which could be attributed to the load transfer effect and the formation of denser and more uniformly distributed dimples. Combined with the finite element (FE) analysis, the uneven stress distribution in the shear band of the TiC/TC4 composites led to the fracture. Further, the fracture surface analysis showed that the in situ nanoscale TiC reinforcement promoted the fracture of microbubbles from the α/β interface with the concentrated distribution of the V element to the interface between TiC and the Ti matrix because of the load transfer, which promoted the uniform distribution of the V element in the dimple. 相似文献
