为研究既有线有砟轨道路基的翻浆冒泥机理,自主研发了一套能够模拟循环荷载–湿化耦合作用的模型试验系统。模型试样直径500 mm,由厚度分别为350 mm的路基土和200 mm的道砟组成,整个试样在高强度透明有机玻璃模型筒中制备完成。模型试验系统配备有监测荷载、位移、体积含水率和孔隙水压力的4种传感器,并通过高清相机对颗粒迁移过程进行图像捕捉。基于所研发的试验系统,针对辛泰铁路典型翻浆冒泥病害路段土样,开展翻浆冒泥模型试验。试验结果表明:动孔隙水压力是导致翻浆冒泥病害产生的关键因素。随着体积含水率的增加,动孔隙水压力引起的颗粒迁移量逐渐增加;在饱和状态下,会引起大量颗粒迁移,翻浆冒泥现象显著。试验结束时,道砟污染指数达到25%,在实际工程中已严重影响铁路的正常运营,有必要对污染道砟进行换填。  相似文献

Indo-Pacific glass beads are produced by the drawn technique, which originates from South Asia, and their chemical compositions are unique in South and Southeast Asia. However, a small number of Indo-Pacific beads with Sassanian glass compositions are excavated in Asia and Africa after the 3rd c. CE, and their production sites in South/Southeast Asia or in the Sassanian region remain controversial. In this study, 15 drawn glass beads with various colours from Astana necropolis (ca. the 4th-8th c. CE) in Xinjiang, northwest China were investigated by using laser ablation-inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS), Scanning Electron Microscope, Raman spectroscopy and visible to near-infrared spectroscopy to characterize the production technology and origins. The results show that most Astana glass beads share similar chemical compositions with the glassware from Veh Arda?īr, a famous Sasanian site. Furthermore, Sasanian glass compositions predominate in Indo-Pacific beads in Xinjiang during the 4th-8th c. CE, while popular glass recipes in contemporary South/Southeast Asia are infrequently found; thus, it is deduced that the drawn method should have been mastered by Sasanian craftsmen. Moreover, the cobalt materials in Sasanian glass were imported from further western regions and changed over time. The popular Sasanian glass across central Eurasia reflects the trade monopoly of Sasanian in West and Central Asia, and the land glass bead trade is distinct from the contemporary maritime trade in the Indian and Pacific Oceans.  相似文献

A cheap and commercially available small molecule (namely EPPDI) is introduced to the active layer of N2200-based all polymer solar cells as a solid additive. EPPDI at the optimal ratio can improve the D-A nano-scale morphology and reduce trap density of the active layer by filling morphological spaces. As a result, the photovoltaic performance of the resulting devices based on PF2:N2200 are increased from 6.28% to 7.03% with significantly enhanced fill factor. This work demonstrates a facile approach for improving the performance of all polymer solar cells.  相似文献

Bag-of-Visual Words (BoVW) and deep learning techniques have been widely used in several domains, which include computer-assisted medical diagnoses. In this work, we are interested in developing tools for the automatic identification of Parkinson’s disease using machine learning and the concept of BoVW. The proposed approach concerns a hierarchical-based learning technique to design visual dictionaries through the Deep Optimum-Path Forest classifier. The proposed method was evaluated in six datasets derived from data collected from individuals when performing handwriting exams. Constant- and varied-depth nanoscratching tests of GGG single crystal were carried out at different scratching velocities. The morphologies of the scratched grooves and chips were analysed using scanning electron microscope. The experimental results indicated that higher scratching velocity led to shallower penetration depth, shallower residual depth, and larger continuous chips. Increasing the scratching velocity could effectively improve the plasticity and reduce the brittle-to-ductile transition depth of GGG single crystal. Based on the contact stress and contact area between the analysed sample and Berkovich indenter, a model for predicting the penetration depth was developed, which took into account the strain rate effect and elastic recovery of materials. The model was verified using constant- and varied-depth nanoscratching tests, and the predicted and experimental results were in good agreement. Subsurface damage underneath the ductile surface was characterised using transmission electron microscope. The TEM results demonstrated that higher scratching velocity led to the slipping planes appearing in more directions, which prevented the generation of long slipping plane and reduced the depth of the damage layers. The plastic deformation of GGG at the scratching velocity of 100 μm/s was dominated by poly-crystalline nanocrystallites and amorphous phases, and was similar to that at the low scratching velocity. This study provided a fundamental understanding of the strain-rate dependence of surface/subsurface deformation mechanisms of GGG during ultra-precision machining.  相似文献

To overcome the brittleness issue of SiCO aerogels, the polyacrylonitrile-based (PAN) carbon fiber was impregnated with SiCO sol to obtain carbon fiber-reinforced SiCO aerogel composites (C/SiCO). SiCO sol was prepared through an acid-alkaline two-step catalysis by using methyltrimethoxysilane (MTMS) and dimethyldiethoxysilane (DMDES) as precursors. C/SiCO-1, C/SiCO-2 and C/SiCO-3 were obtained after repeated impregnation of the SiCO sol and gelating, aging, supercritical drying and pyrolyzing one to three times. SEM images show that the SiCO aerogel fills the pores between the carbon fibers, and the nanoporous structure of the SiCO aerogel can effectively improve the thermal insulation of the composites. As the times of impregnation of the SiCO sol increased, the mechanical properties and oxidation resistance of C/SiCO have been improved significantly. The bending strength of C/SiCO-3 was 32.52 MPa, and the compressive strength (25%ε) was 51.98 MPa. After heating at 1600 °C, the linear shrinkage in the thickness direction of C/SiCO-1 was 20.72%, while that of C/SiCO-3 was only 1.85%. A dense SiO2 molten oxide film formed on the surface of C/SiCO at high temperature, and its extremely low oxygen permeability effectively protected the inside of the composites.  相似文献

为了计算不同土体性质与不同掘进参数下盾构刮刀与土体之间的作用力以及由此带来的切削扭矩,引入了修正后的Kӧtter方程作为补充方程,求解出开挖面上土体在被动切削至破坏时滑动面上的应力分布,建立了被切削土体受力模型,求解出刮刀刃面与土体之间的正压力p、摩擦力Q与侧向土体间抗剪阻力U,进而推导出刀盘切削扭矩T的计算公式。分析得到特定刀盘上刮刀的p,Q,U值随土体c,φ值增大而增大,通过适当提高刮刀刃面粗糙度来增大摩擦可使土体更易被切至破坏;p,Q,U值随刀盘转速ω增大而减小,p,Q随支护荷载p线性增大且p对于被切削土体受力的影响在砂性土中较大,最终给出特定刀盘掘进至部分种类土体中的切削扭矩值作为工程参考。  相似文献
