This work presents a survey of the isothermal and anisothermal fatigue behavior of aluminum casting alloys obtained from different processes. Experimental results have shown that porosity, especially large and irregular pores, provides the main factor in decreasing fatigue properties of the tested alloys. In materials with similar porosity levels, other microstructural factors became relevant such as, matrix morphology and the amount of alloying elements. Fractographic analyses showed that fatigue cracks preferentially start to propagate in microcracks or interdendritic shrinkage usually located next to the surface. In most cases, propagation takes place in the eutectic phase, although in the thixoformed material, a transition from transgranular to intergranular mode was observed in the crack propagation mode.  相似文献

One of the critical security issues of Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks (VANETs) is the revocation of misbehaving vehicles. While essential, revocation checking can leak potentially sensitive information. Road Side Units (RSUs) receiving the certificate status queries could infer the identity of the vehicles posing the query. An important loss of privacy results from the RSUs ability to tie the checking vehicle with the query's target. We propose a Privacy Preserving Revocation mechanism (PPREM) based on a universal one-way accumulator. PPREM provides explicit, concise, authenticated and unforgeable information about the revocation status of each certificate while preserving the users' privacy.  相似文献

Experimental and numerical researches were conducted to investigate the cooling performance of a single row of consoles (converging slot-hole) on a large-scale flat-plate model. In automated container terminals, containers are transported from the marshalling yard to a ship and vice versa by automated vehicles. The automated vehicle type studied in this paper is an automated lifting vehicle (ALV) that is capable of lifting a container from the ground by itself. This study discusses how to dispatch ALVs by utilizing information about pickup and delivery locations and time in future delivery tasks. A mixed-integer programming model is provided for assigning optimal delivery tasks to ALVs. A procedure for converting buffer constraints into time window constraints and a heuristic algorithm for overcoming the excessive computational time required for solving the mathematical model are suggested. Numerical experiments are reported to compare the objective values and computational times by a heuristic algorithm with those by an optimizing method and to analyze the effects of dual cycle operation, number of ALVs, and buffer capacity on the performance of ALVs.  相似文献

A tunable and dispersion-insensitive two-tap microwave photonic filter(MPF) with a complex coefficient is proposed and demonstrated.By simply adjusting a polarization controller(PC) in one tap,the filter can be tuned over the entire free spectral range(FSR) while keeping the shape of the filter unchanged.Because the two taps are both single-sideband(SSB) modulated,the filter has high tolerance to fiber dispersion.The transmission response of a system with 25-or 40-km single-mode fiber(SMF) was measured and compared with an MPF with one double sideband(DSB) modulation tap.The proposed MPF shows much better performance for long-distance fiber transmission.  相似文献

Adaptive wing can significantly enhance aircraft aerodynamic performance, which refers to aerodynamic and structural opti-mization designs. This paper introduces a two-step approach to solve the interrelated problems of the adaptive leading edge. In the first step, the procedure of airfoil optimization is carried out with an initial configuration of NACA 0006. On the basis of the combination of design of experiment (DOE), response surface method (RSM) and genetic algorithm (GA), an adaptive air-foil can be obtained whose lift-to-drag ratio is larger than the baseline airfoil’s at the given angle of attack and subsonic speed.The next step is to design a compliant structure to achieve the target airfoil shape, which is the optimization result of the previous step. In order to minimize the deviation of the deformed shape from the target shape, the load path representation topology method is presented. This method is developed by way of GA, with size and shape optimization incorporated in it simul-taneously. Finally, a comparison study with the Solid Isotropic Material with Penalization (SIMP) method in Altair OptiStruct is conducted, and the results demonstrate the validity and effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献
