宰前倒挂因能有效提高屠宰效率成为肉鸭宰杀前必经的一个工艺过程,但倒挂往往会加剧肉鸭的应激程度,影响其血液品质,已成为工厂生产中亟待解决的问题。因此,本实验旨在借助血液学与凝血相关指标探究宰前倒挂应激对鸭血凝胶特性的影响。在屠宰前,将40 只樱桃谷鸭随机分为2 个处理组:对照组和宰前倒挂组(宰前倒挂2.5 min),屠宰后采集血样并制备血凝块,随后分析血液指标(应激指标、血液学指标、凝血指标)以及鸭血凝胶特性。结果表明,宰前倒挂组鸭血中皮质酮激素及促肾上腺皮质激素的水平均高于对照组,说明实验所建立宰前倒挂模型成立。倒挂应激后,红细胞计数、血小板计数、血红蛋白质量浓度增加,红细胞比容、平均红细胞体积及平均血小板体积增大;凝血酶原的水平极显著上升(P<0.01),组织因子的水平显著上升(P<0.05)。宰前倒挂最终导致鸭血凝胶化加快,鸭血凝胶体系中水分迁移速率增大,结合水与自由水比例减少,不易流动水比例增大,质构特性和保水性变差。研究揭示了宰前倒挂应激通过影响鸭血的血液学指标和凝血系统从而改变其凝胶行为及凝胶特性,可为工厂改善应激对鸭血凝胶品质的影响提供理论依据。 相似文献

上海、浙江和江苏等地陆续出台了两部制电价制度,以期解决天然气发电(以下简称气电)企业成本高、经营困难等问题。为了研究该电价制度对气电企业盈利能力的影响,在对比分析上述三地电价政策和实施效果的基础上,基于不同类型机组的三大经营指标(项目财务内部收益率、经济净现值、动态投资回收期),采用项目经济性分析模型探究了不同类型燃气电厂的经济性。研究结果表明:①现行两部制电价与单一制电价相比,电价水平小幅度下降,给企业经营带来了一定的冲击,但从长远看,则有利于形成可持续的发展机制;②两部制电价是各地政府经过充分调研和测算后根据该区具体情况制定的,在该政策下多数企业处于盈亏平衡点附近,综合条件优、管理水平高的企业能取得一定的盈利,反之则亏损;③当电量电价一定且大于盈亏平衡点时,企业效益随年利用小时数的增加而提升,反之则随年利用小时数的增加而降低。结论认为:①两部制电价能起到促进企业管理和技术水平提升,引导和鼓励电力投资的作用,符合我国电力体制改革的方向;②政策制定时应针对不同时期建成的项目加以区别对待,实现上网电价、天然气价格和供热蒸气价格的"三个联动";③应建立大数据平台,实行气网、电网联合调度;④发电企业应创新管理,降低电厂建设及维护成本,提升机组效率,降低气耗。 相似文献

This paper proposes an efficient and automated scheme to predict and identify the position and motion errors of rotary axes on a non-orthogonal five-axis machining centre using the double ball bar (DBB) system. Based on the Denavit-Hartenberg theory, a motion deviations model for the tilting rotary axis B and rotary C of a non-orthogonal five-axis NC machine tool is established, which considers tilting rotary axis B and rotary C static deviations and dynamic deviations that total 24. After analysing the mathematical expression of the motion deviations model, the QC20 double ball bar (DBB) from the Renishaw Company is used to measure and identify the motion errors of rotary axes B and C, and a measurement scheme is designed. With the measured results, the 24 geometric deviations of rotary axes B and C can be identified intuitively and efficiently. Industrial-grade cardanol and 2-mercaptoethanol were reacted to generate hydroxyl-functionalized cardanol by UV, free-radical-initiated thiol-ene coupling between the double bond moieties of the cardanol long carbon side chain and thiol functional groups. The average hydroxyl number of the hydroxyl-functionalized cardanol was controlled by reaction time, with the hydroxyl values of this ranging within 168–201 mg KOH g−1. This cardanol was then used as a polyol to prepare cardanol-based polyurethane with hexamethylene diisocyanate and a NCO/OH ratio of 1. To compare the effect of cardanol-based polyols with the properties of cardanol-based polyurethane, cardanol modified with 10-undecylenate was used as a raw material to prepare cardanol-based polyols, including the long carbon chain of 10-undecylenate. All properties were examined, and data revealed that cardanol-based polyols including this long carbon chain can improve the hydrophobic and mechanic properties of the cardanol-based polyurethane. 相似文献

A comprehensive study of the phase composition, microstructure evolution, microhardness and wear performance of WC-12Co composite coatings fabricated by laser cladding using coaxial powder-feed mode was presented. It was shown that a combination of high scan speed and high laser energy density made WC on the edge of WC-12Co composite powders partially melt in liquid Co and 304 stainless steel matrix, and then new carbides consisting of lamellar WC and herringbone M3W3C (M=Fe, Co) were formed. Meanwhile, WC-12Co composite coatings with no porosity, cracks and drawbacks like decarburization were obtained, showing high densification and good metallurgical bonding with the substrate. Furthermore, a considerably high microhardness of HV0.3 1500-1600, low coefficient of friction of 0.55 and wear rate of (2.15±0.31)×10-7 mm3/(N·m) were achieved owing to the synergistic effect of excellent metallurgical bonding and fine microstructures of composite coating under laser power of 1500 W. 相似文献

Host cardinality estimation is an important research field in network
management and network security. The host cardinality estimation algorithm based on
the linear estimator array is a common method. Existing algorithms do not take memory
footprint into account when selecting the number of estimators used by each host. This
paper analyzes the relationship between memory occupancy and estimation accuracy and
compares the effects of different parameters on algorithm accuracy. The cardinality
estimating algorithm is a kind of random algorithm, and there is a deviation between the
estimated results and the actual cardinalities. The deviation is affected by some
systematical factors, such as the random parameters inherent in linear estimator and the
random functions used to map a host to different linear estimators. These random factors
cannot be reduced by merging multiple estimators, and existing algorithms cannot
remove the deviation caused by such factors. In this paper, we regard the estimation
deviation as a random variable and proposed a sampling method, recorded as the linear
estimator array step sampling algorithm (L2S), to reduce the influence of the random
deviation. L2S improves the accuracy of the estimated cardinalities by evaluating and
remove the expected value of random deviation. The cardinality estimation algorithm
based on the estimator array is a computationally intensive algorithm, which takes a lot of
time when processing high-speed network data in a serial environment. To solve this
problem, a method is proposed to port the cardinality estimating algorithm based on the
estimator array to the Graphics Processing Unit (GPU). Experiments on real-world highspeed network traffic show that L2S can reduce the absolute bias by more than 22% on
average, and the extra time is less than 61 milliseconds on average. 相似文献
