为探究含L-精氨酸和抗氧化物质组方的毒理学安全性,该文按照《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2003年版)重点开展了含L-精氨酸、山楂提取物、知母提取物和虾青素组方的毒理学评价。毒理实验显示,该组方小鼠经口急性毒性试验中最大耐受剂量值(maximum tolerance dose,MTD)>20.0 g/(kg·BW),Ames试验、小鼠骨髓微核试验和小鼠精子畸形试验均未见该组方样品有致突变作用。大鼠30 d喂养试验各项指标也均未见明显毒性反应。该组方属于无毒级、无遗传毒性,不会引起突变,为其临床应用及保健食品研发提供毒理学方面的科学依据。  相似文献

Tungsten heavy alloys (WHA) have been widely adopted in many engineering applications due to their excellent physicochemical properties. Microstructure characterization is a very powerful method ranging from testing materials properties to detecting material failures and defects. However, the microstructure of WHA was not well characterized with the sample prepared by conventional method of etching with strong acids, bases or oxidant after polishing for the coarse surface. To solve the problem, the exact characterization of W-Ni-Fe heavy alloys microstructure was conducted using the sample prepared by optimized polishing method. A series of experiments were conducted to find the suitable polishing conditions including polishing pad, abrasive slurry and slurry pH. The results show that a smooth and clear microstructure sample was obtained by polishing with alkaline colloidal silica and IC polishing pad, which contained few defects compared with that obtained by conventional method of etching after polishing. The microstructure of W-Ni-Fe heavy alloys was analyzed by XRD, EDS tests and EPMA detection. The slipping phenomenon was observed in nanoindentation test using the prepared sample for the first time and the mechanism of satisfactory microstructure sample preparation was illustrated.  相似文献

Recent experimental studies reveal that FinFET devices commercialized in recent years tend to suffer from more severe NBTI degradation compared to planar transistors, necessitating effective techniques on processors built with FinFET for endurable operations. We propose to address this problem by exploiting the device heterogeneity and leveraging the slower NBTI aging rate manifested on the planar devices. We focus on modern graphics processing units in this study due to their wide usage in the current community. We validate the effectiveness of the technique by applying it to the warp scheduler and L2 cache, and demonstrate that NBTI degradation is considerably alleviated with slight performance overhead.  相似文献

Although 5-axis free form surface machining is commonly proposed in CAD/CAM software, several issues still need to be addressed and especially collision avoidance between the tool and the part. Indeed, advanced user skills are often required to define smooth tool axis orientations along the tool path in high speed machining. In the literature, the problem of collision avoidance is mainly treated as an iterative process based on local and global collision tests with a geometrical method. In this paper, an innovative method based on physical modeling is used to generate 5-axis collision-free smooth tool paths. In the proposed approach, the ball-end tool is considered as a rigid body moving in the 3D space on which repulsive forces, deriving from a scalar potential field attached to the check surfaces, and attractive forces are acting. A study of the check surface tessellation is carried out to ensure smooth variations of the tool axis orientation. The proposed algorithm is applied to open pocket parts such as an impeller to emphasize the effectiveness of this method to avoid collision.  相似文献

This paper investigates the physicochemical and thermo-physical properties of CaO–CaF2–SiO2 and CaO–TiO2–SiO2 based electrode coating for welding offshore structures. Twenty-one electrode coating compositions have been formulated using extreme vertices design method. The coating was crushed to powder form. The powder was characterized for weight loss, density, specific heat, enthalpy, thermal conductivity, diffusivity, and specific heat. Coating's structural analysis was done using X-Ray Diffraction and Fourier transformation. X-Ray Fluorescence, Thermogravimetric Analyzer, and Hot disc have been used to characterize the coating mixture. The regression analysis has been used to study the effect of individual constituents and their binary, tertiary interactions on the properties. The obtained output of properties has been optimized using multi-response optimization.  相似文献

In the present work, BiVO4 microspheres were deposited on TiO2 NTAs via the solvothermal method using urea as the mineralizer. The binary heterojunction formation significantly enhanced the solar response region and intensity, and the electron transfer path was built at the interface of two semiconductors, which was the main reason for the enhanced photoelectrochemical and photocatalytic performances. The S-2 electrode prepared with urea concentration of 2 mol/L displayed the high visible light photocurrent of 73.76 μA/cm2 and photovoltage of −0.30 V. Furthermore, the S-2 photocatalyst also showed excellent photocatalytic decoloration ability of MO, RhB and MB dyes, and the corresponding decomposition efficiencies were 55.82%, 41.62% and 89.90% under solar irradiation. Except for the organic dyes, Cr(VI) ions also could be reduced into Cr(III), and the photocatalytic efficiency achieved 74.05% after 3 h solar irradiation. The active group and photocatalytic mechanism were proposed to illuminate the essential reason. The experimental results indicated that the novel BiVO4/TiO2 NTAs with binary heterojunction are attractive photocatalysts for the dyeing and printing water treatment.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel Dy2O3-Al2O3-SiO2 (DAS) glass ceramic was designed and prepared for joining zirconia toughened alumina (ZTA) ceramic. The crystallization, thermal expansion behavior and wetting behavior of the DAS glass filler were studied. The effect of cooling rate and joining temperature on the microstructure and flexural strength of joints was investigated. The results show that slow cooling rate (15 °C/min) leads to crystallization of brazing seam, which causes the formation of pores in the joints due to the large density difference between the glass and the crystalline phases. The dissolution of ZrO2 from ZTA substrate into the filler during joining process improves the mismatch of the coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) between the brazing seam and substrate. The maximum flexural strength of 535 MPa is obtained when the joining temperature and cooling rate are 1475 °C and 50 °C/min, respectively.  相似文献

针对飞机目标的自动识别问题,提出一种联合特征提取与分类的Chirplet神经网络方法,实现一维高分辨率距离像的识别。Chirplet神经网络将Chirplet原子变换用于多层前馈神经网络结构的输入层,替换传统的激励函数对距离像序列进行特征提取;网络的分类部分由隐层和输出层组成。在训练过程中调整神经网络权值的同时,完成对Chirplet原子时频参数的自动调整,协调优化特征参数和分类器参数,使Chirplet神经网络同时实现特征提取和目标分类。对4类飞机目标的仿真测试结果表明,相比时频变换和Gabor原子网络等方法,具有四特征参数的Chirplet神经网络方法具有较高的识别率和抗噪性能。  相似文献
