Retrieving 3D shapes with 2D images has become a popular research area nowadays, and a great deal of work has been devoted to reducing the discrepancy between 3D shapes and 2D images to improve retrieval performance. However, most approaches ignore the semantic information and decision boundaries of the two domains, and cannot achieve both domain alignment and category alignment in one module. In this paper, a novel Collaborative Distribution Alignment (CDA) model is developed to address the above existing challenges. Specifically, we first adopt a dual-stream CNN, following a similarity guided constraint module, to generate discriminative embeddings for input 2D images and 3D shapes (described as multiple views). Subsequently, we explicitly introduce a joint domain-class alignment module to dynamically learn a class-discriminative and domain-agnostic feature space, which can narrow the distance between 2D image and 3D shape instances of the same underlying category, while pushing apart the instances from different categories. Furthermore, we apply a decision boundary refinement module to avoid generating class-ambiguity embeddings by dynamically adjusting inconsistencies between two discriminators. Extensive experiments and evaluations on two challenging benchmarks, MI3DOR and MI3DOR-2, demonstrate the superiority of the proposed CDA method for 2D image-based 3D shape retrieval task.  相似文献

Through a facile hydrothermal method, we have successfully prepared Ti3C2/Bi2.15WO6 (TC/BWO) composite, and systematically investigated their reactivity for the photocatalytic reduction of Cr(VI) under visible light. X-ray diffraction and Raman analysis confirm the formation of heterostructure between Bi2.15WO6 and Ti3C2. The resultant 7TC/BWO composite exhibits enhanced photoactivity toward Cr(VI) reduction. After 120 min irradiation, the conversion of Cr(VI) reaches 92.5% with the quasi-first-order kinetic constant of k = 0.0145 min?1, which is higher than that of pure BWO (30% and k = 0.0005 min?1). The electrochemical and photoluminescent characterization confirm that the introduction of Ti3C2 is conducive to the separation of carriers, thus significantly improves the photocatalytic performance of TC/BWO. Furthermore, the radical capture experiments verify that the electrons are important for enhancing reduction of Cr(VI) to Cr(III). As a result, this research provides a comprehensive understanding of the reduction of Cr(VI) by TC/BWO composite under visible light.  相似文献

In this paper, the stabilization for Schrödinger equation subject to internal damping and boundary disturbance at the control end is investigated. Due to its immeasurability, the nonlinear observer system is designed to obtain the state information, and the existence of weak solution and its convergence for the nonlinear observer system are proved. The feedback control is realized by the backstepping transformation. In addition, the adaptive disturbance rejection control is applied to estimate the disturbance. According to the observer and disturbance estimation, the feedback control is finally designed to stabilize the system asymptotically.

Jingdezhen is famous for its bluish white (Qingbai) porcelains of the Song Dynasty, and those decorated with iron spots are distinctive among them. Herein, iron spots on a bluish white porcelain were investigated using a series of microscopic and spectroscopic characterizations. We found the decreasing iron content from more than 8 wt% to about 2 wt% during the glaze color transition from rusty to brown and finally into green, which built a connection on the coloring mechanism of iron-rich crystallized glaze and celadon glaze. We identified the rare ε-Fe2O3, a promising magnetic material, in both the dark brown crystals and the triangular crystals in the rusty area, which is its first discovery among bluish white porcelains. Based on these findings, we discussed the coloring mechanism of iron-spot decoration along with the physical form of the iron oxide crystals, indicating the partially reducing atmosphere during firing process.  相似文献

Tracking-by-detection (TBD) is a significant framework for visual object tracking. However, current trackers are usually updated online based on random sampling with a probability distribution. The performance of the learning-based TBD trackers is limited by the lack of discriminative features, especially when the background is full of semantic distractors. We propose an attention-driven data augmentation method, in which a residual attention mechanism is integrated into the TBD tracking network as supplementary references to identify discriminative image features. A mask generating network is used to simulate changes in target appearances to obtain positive samples, where attention information and image features are combined to identify discriminative features. In addition, we propose a method for mining hard negative samples, which searches for semantic distractors with the response of the attention module. The experiments on the OTB2015, UAV123, and LaSOT benchmarks show that this method achieves competitive performance in terms of accuracy and robustness.  相似文献

This paper presents an effective semi-analytical approach for predicting lower-order dynamics of a five degrees-of-freedom (DOF) hybrid robot named TriMule, which is composed of a 3-DOF parallel mechanism plus a 2-DOF A/C wrist. In this method, the governing equations of motion of limbs within the parallel mechanism are first formulated by finite element analysis (FEA) and then reduced to super-element models. This is followed by exploiting a general stiffness model of multiple DOF joints connecting the super-elements. These two threads lead to the reduced dynamic model of the parallel mechanism while keeping the full set of lower-order modes retained. Finally, the dynamic model of entire system is established by merging the models of parallel mechanism and wrist. The computational results show that the lower-order natural frequencies, mode shapes of the entire system, and the frequency response functions (FRFs) of the robot tool center point (TCP) estimated by the proposed approach have very good agreement with those obtained by a full order FE model and experimental modal tests. The merits of this approach lie in that the established model allows the full set of lower-order dynamics of the entire system to be predicted effectively and accurately by only using fourteen generalized coordinates.  相似文献

CaO–MgO–Al2O3–SiO2 (CMAS) deposition significantly degrades the performance of thermal barrier coatings (TBCs). In this study, the microstructure evolution of CMAS glass at temperatures below its melting point was investigated in order to study the potential influence of temperature on the applicability of CMAS glass in TBCs. The CMAS glass fabricated in this study had a melting point of 1240 °C, became opaque, and underwent self-crystallization when the temperature reached 1000 °C. After heat treatment at 1050 °C, diopside and anorthite phases precipitated from the glass; at a higher temperature (1150 °C), diopside, anorthite, and wollastonite were formed as the self-crystallization products. An increase in the dwelling time resulted in the transformation of diopside to wollastonite and anorthite. At 1250 °C, all products formed a eutectic microstructure and melted. The results indicate that even at low temperatures, CMAS glass underwent microstructure evolution, which could influence the coating surface and stress distribution when deposited on TBCs.  相似文献

Spinel ferrites are widely used for electromagnetic wave (EMW) absorption applications. In this study, spinel Ni–Zn ferrites with excellent microwave absorption properties were synthesized. Their EMW absorption characteristics and interaction mechanisms were studied to lay the foundation for the study of the role of Ni–Zn ferrite as a magnetic substrate for composites. Herein, Ni0·5Zn0·5Fe2O4 was prepared by the hydrothermal method (H-NZFO) and the sol–gel auto-combustion method (S-NZFO); both samples exhibited distinct microwave absorption properties. The S-NZFO absorber (thickness = 3.72 mm) demonstrated the best dual-zone microwave absorption with two strong reflection loss peaks at 5.1 and 10.5 GHz. The corresponding effective absorption bandwidth (EAB) reached 9.0 GHz, which covered part of the S-band and all of the C- and X-bands. These results were attributed to the high saturation magnetization, outstanding complex permeability, and multiple magnetic loss channels of S-NZFO. The H-NZFO sample exhibited excellent absorption capability and matching thickness. At a thickness as low as 1.71 mm, the minimum reflection loss (RLmin) of the H-NZFO absorber reached -60.2 dB at 13.1 GHz. The maximum bandwidth corresponding to RL below -10 dB was 4.6 GHz. These results can be attributed to small particle size, high complex permittivity, and multiple dielectric loss channels of H-NZFO. The observed wide effective absorption bandwidth of S-NZFO and strong microwave absorption capability of H-NZFO suggest the potential of both materials as substrates for efficient microwave absorbers in military as well as civilian absorption applications.  相似文献
