This paper presents an effective approach to achieve efficient electrical actuation and monitoring of shape recovery based on patterned Au electrodes on shape memory polymer (SMP). The electrically responsive shape recovery behavior was characterized and monitored by the evolution change in electrical resistance of patterned Au electrode. Both electrical actuation and temperature distribution in the SMP have been improved by optimizing the Au electrode patterns. The electrically actuated shape recovery behavior and temperature evolution during the actuation were monitored and characterized. The resistance changes could be used to detect beginning/finishing points of the shape recovery. Therefore, the Au electrode not only significantly enhances the electrical actuation performance to achieve a fast electrical actuation, but also enables the resistance signal to detect the free recovery process.  相似文献

Abstract:  A new method combining the split Hopkinson pressure bar (SHPB) technique with the back-propagation (BP) neural network program is proposed. By this method, the treated strain wave signals become smooth with less noises induced by the transverse inertia. Moreover, the dynamic rate-dependent constitutive behaviour of materials can be identified, without any pre-assumption of a constitutive model. It is found that by taking the experimentally measured data of strain, strain rate and time as 'input' and the corresponding data of stress as 'output' of the BP neural network, the dynamic constitutive behaviour with internal damage or phase transformation evolution is easy to be identified, where the time could represent either the internal damage evolution or phase transformation process accompanied with the deformation process. It is emphasised that the data learnt by the BP neural network must include both loading and unloading processes, if the whole loading and unloading response is to be correctly predicted. The comparisons between the predictions and experimental results are in good agreement for both polyamide (PA) polymer (as an example of nonlinear viscoelastic materials) and Ti–Ni alloy (as an example of superelastic materials with stress-induced phase transformation).  相似文献

Skyline查询的研究已从传统的静态Skyline操作延伸到动态的、不确定数据集上的Skyline查询和计算上。研究了移动环境下,查询点位置固定、目标点处于运动状态并且位置不确定情况下的连续概率Skyline计算问题。这个过程中,移动对象与查询对象之间的距离随时间不断变化。移动对象由于其运动状态导致位置无法精确定位,因此移动对象之间的支配关系只能采用概率形式表示,且随时间不断变化。给出了移动对象间的支配概率的定义,以及移动对象Skyline概率的定义,并定义了触发事件来记录对象支配概率发生变化的时刻,实现概率Skyline计算的连续跟踪和动态更新。提出了基于事件触发的连续概率Skyline查询算法(event triggered continuous probabilistic Skyline query for uncertain moving object,U-ECPS),对移动环境下的Skyline集进行连续查询和更新。大量的实验结果验证了U-ECPS算法的有效性。  相似文献

In this paper, a data-hiding algorithm with large data payload for H.264/AVC is proposed. The secret information is embedded by modulating the prediction modes of 4?×?4 luminance blocks. If the best mode does not match the information bit, the prediction mode should be modulated by replacing the best mode with the substitute mode. The substitute mode is the one with the least Lagrangian cost among those having different parity with the best mode. Due to high secrecy and easy reproducibility of chaos, the secret information is first encrypted by a chaotic sequence and then a small number of luminance blocks used for data embedding are randomly selected in each macroblock based on another chaotic sequence. The usefulness of multilevel chaotic keys and privacy of the number of 4?×?4 luminance blocks enhance the security. The hidden information can be extracted directly from the encoded stream without resorting to the original video, and merely requires decoding the intra-prediction mode from bit stream rather than decoding the whole video. Experimental results show that the proposed hiding scheme can effectively embed information with little bit rate increase and almost no quality degradation.  相似文献

提出了一种新的、基于声表面波的纸基微流开关。通过软光刻技术制作内含两个微孔的聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)微架,其上固定经折叠、长度可变的纸通道。PDMS微架贴附于压电基片之上,并在待连接的两微通道之下方,折叠纸通道最低端离压电基片间距为2 mm。压电基片上采用微电子工艺光刻一对叉指换能器和反射栅。当足够强度的电信号加到叉指换能器对时,激发两相向声表面波,使得压电基片上微流体输运到折叠纸通道,改变其长度,连接其上待连通的两纸基微通道,完成开关功能。对可编程微流器件提供了一种新的编程和开关控制方法。  相似文献

为提高石蜡相变乳液的传热性能,通过添加氧化石墨烯(GO),制备了GO/石蜡复合相变乳液并对其相关性能进行了表征。搭建了流动阻力、对流换热试验台,对比研究了石蜡相变乳液及GO/石蜡复合相变乳液的流动阻力特性和对流换热特性,试验结果表明,由于GO的亲水性,复合相变乳液都表现出较好的稳定性。当GO的质量分数为0.01%、0.02%、0.03%时,复合相变乳液的热导率分别增加了20.01%、30.50%、35.18%。添加GO使乳液的流动阻力略有增加,直管段最大增加了6.70%,90°弯管处最大增加了13.20%;对流传热系数随着GO浓度的增加而增大,当GO浓度为0.03%时,对流传热系数最大提高了43.90%。  相似文献

A chelating polymeric sorbent was developed by functionalizing poly(glycidyl methacrylate-co-trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate), poly(GMA-co-TRIM), with N-methylglucamine (MG) via a simple post-grafting route. The resulting well-defined millimeter-sized spheres of poly(GMA-co-TRIM)–MG had permanent macropore structures and low swelling degree, with accessible ligands of 1.84 mmol/g. The boron adsorption behavior of the sorbent was studied in batch mode by varying different parameters like the pH value, the initial concentration of boron and the adsorption time under noncompetitive conditions. It was found that the sorbent always maintained the high capacity between pH 2.6 and 8.6, in which the optimum pH was 7.5. The adsorption behavior of the sorbent obeyed the Langmuir isotherm well. The adsorption capacity of the sorbent for boron was in the same level as that of a commercially available N-methylglucamine-type polystyrene resin. However, it adsorbed boron more quickly. The sorbent also showed good durability and reusability through the fixed-bed adsorption tests. The study on the separation of boron from brine of salt lake showed a high selectivity of the sorbent, though the capacity for boron decreased due to the interference of diverse ions in brine.  相似文献

为了降低信号重构算法的复杂度,实现对稀疏度未知信号的重构,提出了一种基于一次投影子空间追踪(OPSP)的信号重构方法。首先根据约束等距性质确定信号稀疏度的上下界,并将最接近上下界中值的整数作为稀疏度的估计值;然后在子空间追踪(SP)算法的框架下,去掉了迭代中观测向量在支撑集上的投影过程,降低了算法的复杂度。为了更准确地衡量算法的重构性能,提出用完整信号的重构概率作为衡量算法重构性能的指标。与传统的SP算法相比,所提算法可以重构稀疏度未知的信号,且重构时间短,重构概率高。仿真结果验证了该算法的有效性。  相似文献
