Large interfacial resistance plays a dominant role in the performance of all-solid-state lithium-ion batteries. However, the mechanism of interfacial resistance has been under debate. Here, the Li+ transport at the interfacial region is investigated to reveal the origin of the high Li+ transfer impedance in a LiCoO2(LCO)/LiPON/Pt all-solid-state battery. Both an unexpected nanocrystalline layer and a structurally disordered transition layer are discovered to be inherent to the LCO/LiPON interface. Under electrochemical conditions, the nanocrystalline layer with insufficient electrochemical stability leads to the introduction of voids during electrochemical cycles, which is the origin of the high Li+ transfer impedance at solid electrolyte-electrode interfaces. In addition, at relatively low temperatures, the oxygen vacancies migration in the transition layer results in the formation of Co3O4 nanocrystalline layer with nanovoids, which contributes to the high Li+ transfer impedance. In this study, microbes were isolated from the rice slurry of a fermented rice cake to obtain lactic acid bacteria and yeast species. These species were identified using microbial physiology and gene sequence analyses. As the growth of the lactic acid bacterial strain R-2b and the yeast J-3a strains were found to be the best, a composite starter comprising these microbes was used for the preparation of fermented rice cakes. Based on single factor and orthogonal experiments, when the proportion of Lactobacillus plantarum, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, and Candida humilis was 1:3:6, the optimal fermentation conditions were addition of sugar and starter amounts of 20% and 6%, respectively, a fermentation temperature of 32 °C, and fermentation time of 8 h. The fermented rice cake with this optimum ratio had the most abundant volatile components and qualified physicochemical and microbial indexes. Alkali metal ion substitution is an effective strategy to improve the luminescence properties of phosphors. In this work, a series of red-emitting phosphors Na1-xLix/2Kx/2La0.6Eu0.4MgWO6 were prepared by a traditional high-temperature solid-state reaction. Their phase structure, microstructure, luminescence properties and potential application in phosphor-converted white light-emitting diodes (pc-WLEDs) were investigated in detail. X-ray diffraction (XRD) result revealed the formation of a solid solution when x?≤?0.3, which kept monoclinic structure of NaLaMgWO6. Photoluminescence investigation indicated that the partial substitution of Li+/K+ ions for Na+ ions improved largely the red emission of Eu3+. Based on the optimized Na0.7Li0.15K0.15La0.6Eu0.4MgWO6 sample with relatively good thermal stability, a WLED device was fabricated by combining a near-ultraviolet (NUV) chip (~400?nm) with the phosphor mixture of commercial green/blue phosphors and the optimized red phosphor. The results indicated that the optimized red phosphor in this work could be a potential candidate for WLEDs pumped by NUV chips. 相似文献

8306是重要的高香气烤烟育种材料,因其腺毛分泌物中含有赖百当化合物而使其杂交后代具有晾晒烟香气特征。为此,本研究利用CRISPR/Cas9技术,对8306中赖百当生物合成途径的关键酶基因NtCPS2进行敲除,获得了gRNA区发生单碱基插入突变导致翻译提前终止的纯合突变体8306-1。与8306相比,该突变株系生长发育正常,腺毛类型和腺毛密度无显著变化;利用GC-MS技术对叶面化学成分进行检测,在8306-1中并未发现8306中所含有的顺冷杉醇和赖百当二醇等赖百当类化合物,而腺毛分泌物的其他主要成分,如西柏三烯一醇、西柏三烯二醇及蔗糖酯的含量与对照相比并无明显变化;RT-PCR检测分析显示,8306-1与8306中MEP途径及二萜生物合成途径的关键基因,如NtDXS、NtDXR、NtCMS、NtGPPS、NtGGPPS、NtCYC、NtCYP71D16等在转录水平上的表达均无明显差异。该研究结果表明,NtCPS2基因敲除能有效降低烟草赖百当类二萜化合物的含量,而对叶面其他化学成分及类萜途径基因表达无明显影响。因此,NtCPS2基因是进行烟草叶面化学成分定向改良的理想靶点,对烤烟高香气育种具有重要意义。 相似文献

Aluminum-ion batteries (AIBs) are considered as alternatives to lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) due to their low cost, good safety and high capacity. Based on aqueous and non-aqueous AIBs, this review focuses on the research progress of the latter cathode materials. Firstly, we fully explain the aluminum storage mechanism of different types of materials. Next, according to relative statistical data, the research trend of different cathode materials (transition metal chalcogenides, transition metal oxides and carbon-based materials) in non-aqueous AIBs is summarized, and related electrochemical performance are analyzed and compared in detail. In addition, as for the research of non-aqueous AIBs cathode materials, the existing problems and expected solutions are discussed, as well as the proposed future research directions. 相似文献

采用单因素实验与均匀设计试验相结合,进行即食捻转的工艺优化,并在此基础上,通过主成分分析建立捻转在贮藏期内的品质综合评价模型,对灭菌工艺进行优化。结果表明:以每公斤青麦仁计,食盐添加量为21.5 g,花椒与辣椒添加量为25.0%(两者质量分别为102.4 g、147.9 g),菠菜粉添加量为6.5 g,浸泡时间为79 min,焙烤时间为63 min,制作的即食捻转感官评分为96.29。最佳灭菌工艺主成分分析中选取2个主成分能解释全部指标90.003%的信息,达到降维的目的,100 ℃蒸煮6 min-紫外杀菌10 min,对即食捻转的灭菌效果最佳。此试验结果为即食捻转工业化生产提供理论依据。 相似文献
