The banking industry is rapidly developing to utilize e-banking as an efficient and suitable tool to satisfy customers. Online banking service is the general service suggested by customary banks to provide faster and more reliable services for customers. With fast technology improvement, e-banking has been utilized to absorb subscribers and conduct banking transactions. Still, the major problem with e-banking is satisfying customers who are now using Internet banking. Customer satisfaction is a significant factor in helping banks to keep their competitive advantage. Therefore, the present investigation aims to examine the factors influencing the satisfaction of customer with e-banking services. Four factors that can drive customer satisfaction towards e-banking are cloud services, security, e-learning, and service quality. This study has utilized the structural equation modeling method to evaluate the causal model with the measurement model's validity and reliability. The research model is analyzed based on the data which are collected from the questionnaires using SMART PLS 3.2. The results have shown that cloud services, security, e-learning, and service quality are four significant factors influencing customer satisfaction in using Internet banking services.  相似文献

In this work an economic evaluation of the operating cost and the water economy of the various commercial MAST (mixed air steam turbines) technologies is carried out. For the water requirements the analysis takes into account either the use of a reverse osmosis desalination plant or the use of a water recovery condenser. The two simulation tools used are the IPP (independent power producers) optimization algorithm and the CAROC (computer aided reverse osmosis calculations) optimization algorithm. Both software tools take into account the capital cost, the fuel cost and the operation and maintenance (O&M) requirements of each candidate scheme (MAST plant or RO desalination plant accordingly) and calculate the least cost configuration. The results indicate that when natural gas is used as a fuel it is more cost effective than gasoil. Also, by the integration of water recovery condenser the operating cost is slightly less than in the case of the use of a reverse osmosis desalination plant. Lastly, the least cost MAST technology is the LOTHECO cycle (LOw Temperature HEat COmbined cycle) with natural gas.  相似文献

The online marketplace for food products is continually expanding and all types of food and beverages can now be purchased over the internet. It is primarily the responsibility of the food business operator to ensure compliance with food safety law. However, the competent authorities are tasked with controlling the e-food sector as part of their regulatory duties to protect consumer health and to prevent fraud, regardless of the sales channel being used. For this purpose, a new software prototype concept was developed that automatically identifies and evaluates potentially non-compliant e-food products. The prototype was developed using a modular architecture comprising a research tool, an image analysis tool, and a monitoring tool. User-defined thresholds are applied to assess the reliability of the retrieved data. Results that are not deemed reliable enough can be reworked using a computer-aided evaluation interface. The research tool utilizes both internet search engines and customized search algorithms. A multi-stage filtering process is performed to limit the sites according to defined criteria (e.g. food product merchants only). The data acquisition module stores all matching data from webpages for later analysis and preservation of evidence. In another module, automatic recognition of a site's legal notice (impressum) is carried out for the respective vendor within whose online shop a potentially non-compliant food product is being offered. The image analysis tool performs logo recognition to enrich the text-based information of websites, thus providing additional visual information. The monitoring tool performs regular automated monitoring of e-food vendors, products and ingredients. The proof of principle of the prototype was achieved by conducting a web search for hazardous food products containing synephrine and caffeine. In total, 1242 product offerings on the internet for suspicious food products were identified among the 8683 search results. The software prototype has potential to enhance consumer protection and food safety with respect to e-foods.  相似文献

Waiting time appears to be an unavoidable part of the service industry, particularly at the airport, where you may encounter delays due to check-in, screening, and other activities. This waiting experience can vex customers, affecting their perception of the service provider and, consequently, their loyalty. Our study aimed to determine the effect of waiting time satisfaction and the use of self-service technology on the long-term sustainability of customer loyalty. 750 structured questionnaires were distributed to travelers at two international airports in Turkey. PLS-SEM was used to analyses the models. Our findings indicate that customer satisfaction with waiting times and the use of self-service technologies are critical for the long-term sustainability of customer loyalty. Additionally, we discovered that waiting time satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between self-service technology use and long-term customer loyalty. Finally, the managerial implications were discussed, including future research suggestions.  相似文献

Urban infrastructure economic benefit is the positive influence on urban economy generated by the use of urban infrastructure. This paper decomposes urban infrastructure economic benefit into four effects which are consumption effect, investment effect, government purchase effect and external demand effect for the first time and introduces an integrated approach to analyze its level taking four Chinese autonomous municipalities as an example. The level of urban infrastructure economic benefit is evaluated at first. Then the coordinated development among four effects is analyzed by constructing coupling coordination degree model. In final, the impact of the coordinated development among four effects on the level of urban infrastructure economic benefit is studied using panel regression model. The results show that raising the coordinated development level of four effects is beneficial to promote the improvement of urban infrastructure economic benefit. The proposed methods performed quite well at analyzing urban infrastructure economic benefit.  相似文献

In this paper, we present a literature review, classification schemes and a simple meta-analysis for scheduling of batch processors (SBP) research in semiconductor manufacturing (SM). This review is based on a study of journals and web-based documents/articles, which include conference materials, lecture notes in computer science, working papers, etc. There are 98 articles published in various publication outlets between 1986 and October 2004. Based on the literature review carried out and the nature of SBP research observed in SM, we have introduced two classification schemes to systematically organize the published articles. The first classification scheme is based on the problem configurations of SBP research in SM and the second one is based on the solution methodology followed by the researchers. These classification schemes indicate that there is much research scope on SBP research in SM. Furthermore, a simple meta-analysis is carried out to enhance understanding on the development and evolution of SBP research in SM and to identify potential research areas for further research and for improvement. The results show that there is an increasing trend in SBP research in SM. A comprehensive list of references is presented. This study is expected to provide a source of reference for other researchers (or readers), who are interested in SBP research particularly in SM and help stimulate further interest.  相似文献

Norway's fish processing industry generates large amounts of fish waste every year. The high-risk waste fraction with most of its oil removed has not yet been tested for energy production. The stability of an anaerobic digestion process that incorporates this material with steam exploded Salix and cow manure was tested using mesophilic, semi-continuous laboratory-scale digesters. The effects of recycling the liquid digestate fraction were also investigated. The removal of ammonium (NH4+) and phosphate (PO43−) from the rejected digestate using struvite precipitation and bentonite adsorption were tested to generate a nutrient-enriched, final solid fertiliser. Adding 20% fish by-product (volatile solids basis) increased methane yields by 35%, while recycling the digestate caused a slight increase. The NH4+–N levels reached 4–5 g l−1 in the reactors with recirculation and fish feed. Although these levels may threaten methanogenesis, the stability of the process was maintained during the entire period due to the good balance between the lignocellulose, proteins and fats provided by the co-digestion mixture and the positive effects of recirculation. The NH4+ and PO43− were successfully removed from the rejected liquid digestate. The reductions using struvite reached 87% and 60% (pH 9.5 and Mg2+:NH4+:PO43− ratio of 1.2:1:1), while bentonite achieved 82% and 52%, respectively.  相似文献

The virtual human is an interactive computer model integrating anatomical, biophysical, physiological and biomechanical characteristics of human being. The virtual Chinese human female number 1 (VCH-F1) is a high-resolution dataset of a standard Chinese female.This paper covers our 5-year work with VCH-F1 dataset. We will introduce the reconstruction of VCH-F1 three-dimensional (3D) model and our efforts to put this dataset into practical task such as the construction of the health sciences educational facilities, the research about the mechanism of acupuncture and the realization of virtual image-guided neurosurgery.Our experience with this work demonstrates a broad scope and variety of applications of VCH-F1 dataset in medicine and biology. Further works still need to be done to make this dataset a routine clinical tool.  相似文献
