Recently, a number of classification techniques have been introduced. However, processing large dataset in a reasonable time has become a major challenge. This made classification task more complex and expensive in calculation. Thus, the need for solutions to overcome these constraints such as field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs). In this paper, we give an overview of the various classification techniques. Then, we present the existing FPGA based implementation of these classification methods. After that, we investigate the confronted challenges and the optimizations strategies. Finally, we highlight the hardware accelerator architectures and tools for hardware design suggested to improve the FPGA implementation of classification methods.  相似文献

Object detection performed by Autonomous Vehicles (AV)s is a crucial operation that comes ahead of various autonomous driving tasks, such as object tracking, trajectories estimation, and collision avoidance. Dynamic road elements (pedestrians, cyclists, vehicles) impose a greater challenge due to their continuously changing location and behaviour. This paper presents a comprehensive review of the state-of-the-art object detection technologies focusing on both the sensory systems and algorithms used. It begins with a brief introduction on the autonomous driving operations and challenges. Then, different sensory systems employed on existing AVs are elaborated while illustrating their advantages, limitations and applications. Also, sensory systems employed by different research are reviewed. Moreover, due to the significant role Deep Neural Networks (DNN)s are playing in object detection tasks, different DNN-based networks are also highlighted. Afterwards, previous research on dynamic objects detection performed by AVs are reviewed in tabular forms. Finally, a conclusion summarizes the outcomes of the review and suggests future work towards the development of vehicles with higher automation levels.  相似文献

针对配电网发生单相接地故障且分布式电源(distributed generations, DGs)大量接入后,配电网结构和运行方式复杂多变、故障后电气量不明显、故障特征弱等特点,提出一种基于改进局部均值分解(improved local mean decomposition, ILMD)和能量相对熵的主动配电网故障定位方法。首先,利用镜像延拓将信号在两端延拓,消除LMD存在的端点效应,同时,在信号中加入自适应噪声,克服LMD存在的模态混叠问题,对各区段暂态零序电流进行ILMD分解;然后对分解后所有乘积函数(product function, PF)的能量相对熵进行计算,所有PF分量的相对能量熵之和即为区段间的相对能量熵,通过所设置的定位判据,对故障区段进行判断。仿真结果表明,所提算法在10 kV小电流接地系统和改进的IEEE33节点系统中,在不同的仿真条件下故障定位结果准确率高,验证了所提方法的准确性。  相似文献

The paper suggests a new methodology for secure cyber–physical systems design. The proposed methodology consists of two main cycles. The main goal of the first cycle is in design of the system model, while the second one is about development of the system prototype. The key idea of the methodology is in providing of the most rational solutions that are improving the security of cyber–physical systems. Such solutions are called alternatives and built according to functional requirements and non-functional limitations to the system. Each cycle of the methodology consists of the verification process and seven stages that are associated with the used cyber–physical system model. The objective of the verification process is in checking of constructed models and prototypes in terms of their correctness and compatibility. The model represents cyber–physical systems as sets of building blocks with network between them, takes elements internal structure into account and allows direct and reverse transformations. The novelty of the suggested methodology is in the combination of design, development and verification techniques within a single approach. To provide an example of the design methodology application, in this paper it is used to improve the semi-natural model of the railway infrastructure.  相似文献

Camera-based transmission line detection (TLD) is a fundamental and crucial task for automatically patrolling powerlines by aircraft. Motivated by instance segmentation, a TLD algorithm is proposed in this paper with a novel deep neural network, i.e., CableNet. The network structure is designed based on fully convolutional networks (FCNs) with two major improvements, considering the specific appearance characteristics of transmission lines. First, overlaying dilated convolutional layers and spatial convolutional layers are configured to better represent continuous long and thin cable shapes. Second, two branches of outputs are arranged to generate multidimensional feature maps for instance segmentation. Thus, cable pixels can be detected and assigned cable IDs simultaneously. Multiple experiments are conducted on aerial images, and the results show that the proposed algorithm obtains reliable detection performance and is superior to traditional TLD methods. Meanwhile, segmented pixels can be accurately identified as cable instances, contributing to line fitting for further applications.  相似文献

Built-in applications built on a stand-alone device, TCP / IP network and interconnected are a need for high integration with other systems. The system provided through Web services interconnects service-oriented distributed architecture. The TCP / IP network is widely employed to integrate business applications. This integration is still not provided through the embedded application. The applications connected to the Internet are an especially difficult problem in embedded systems to interpret the sensor data. Real-time sensor function generates a training/classification result for IoT application selected, customized, or data structure design. It has an integrated hardware/software system to achieve the continuous training and real-time data analysis and re-training of Machine Learning (ML) algorithm. World of English native speakers on top of all, this is the database of words that have been separated from the local and non-collection English. It also reported a variety of methods that are used in the English vocabulary recognition system. Please check the study of learners of mediation based on the part of the corpus. In recent days, the manufacture of automotive vehicles is dramatically enhanced worldwide. Most vehicle crashes are due to the drive distraction on the real highway roads and traffic-density. In this proposed method, a novel collision detection and avoidance algorithm are coined for Midvehicle Collision Detection and Avoidance System (MCDAS), addressing two scenarios, namely, (a) A rear-end collision avoidance with host vehicle under no front-end vehicle condition and (b) offset-based curvilinear motion under critical conditions, while, suitable parallel parking manoeuvring also addressed using offset-based curvilinear motion. The Monte Carlo analysis of the proposed MCDAS is demonstrated using the Constant Velocity (CV) manoeuvring strategy and simulated with real-time data using the NGSIM database.
