针对莺山断陷北部沙河子组沉积相带变化快、钻遇井较少、沉积分布规律及物源认识不清等问题,采用单井相、地震相分析等手段开展研究区沉积特征研究。结果表明,研究区发育湖泊相、辫状河三角洲相、扇三角洲相,其中扇三角洲相包括3亚相9种微相,辫状河三角洲包括2亚相6种微相,湖泊相包括2亚相4种微相。依据地震反射特征,将其地震相划分为3类:①平行、中低振幅、连续;②似平行、中低振幅、中低连续性;③杂乱反射、中低振幅、断续。结合区域构造特征,表明研究区沙河子期主要受三支物源体系控制(西北部、东北部、东南部),最终明确各个砂组沉积演化规律,每个砂层组时期沉积类型存在差异。该研究成果可为莺山断陷北部沙河子组勘探部署提供指导。 相似文献

Machine learning algorithms have been widely used in mine fault diagnosis. The correct selection of the suitable algorithms is the key factor that affects the fault diagnosis. However, the impact of machine learning algorithms on the prediction performance of mine fault diagnosis models has not been fully evaluated. In this study, the windage alteration faults (WAFs) diagnosis models, which are based on K-nearest neighbor algorithm (KNN), multi-layer perceptron (MLP), support vector machine (SVM), and decision tree (DT), are constructed. Furthermore, the applicability of these four algorithms in the WAFs diagnosis is explored by a T-type ventilation network simulation experiment and the field empirical application research of Jinchuan No. 2 mine. The accuracy of the fault location diagnosis for the four models in both networks was 100%. In the simulation experiment, the mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) between the predicted values and the real values of the fault volume of the four models was 0.59%, 97.26%, 123.61%, and 8.78%, respectively. The MAPE for the field empirical application was 3.94%, 52.40%, 25.25%, and 7.15%, respectively. The results of the comprehensive evaluation of the fault location and fault volume diagnosis tests showed that the KNN model is the most suitable algorithm for the WAFs diagnosis, whereas the prediction performance of the DT model was the second-best. In actual engineering scenarios, limited fault data leads to insufficient model training and over-fitting, which negatively affects the diagnostic performance of intelligent diagnostic models. To solve the problem, this paper proposes a variational information constrained generative adversarial network (VICGAN) for effective machine fault diagnosis. Firstly, by incorporating the encoder into the discriminator to map the deep features, an improved generative adversarial network with stronger data synthesis capability is established. Secondly, to promote the stable training of the model and guarantee better convergence, a variational information constraint technique is utilized, which constrains the input signals and deep features of the discriminator using the information bottleneck method. In addition, a representation matching module is added to impose restrictions on the generator, avoiding the mode collapse problem and boosting the sample diversity. Two rolling bearing datasets are utilized to verify the effectiveness and stability of the presented network, which demonstrates that the presented network has an admirable ability in processing fault diagnosis with few samples, and performs better than state-of-the-art approaches. 相似文献

针对目前轧机伺服液压缸故障诊断过程中,故障特征提取困难,信号非线性变化,数据量大的问题,提出了一种基于深度置信网络的轧机伺服液压缸故障诊断的方法。根据轧机系统工作原理,建立轧机系统仿真模型,对轧机内泄漏故障状况进行模拟。利用深度置信网络在智能故障诊断的优越性,将信号归一化处理后放入深度置信网络进行训练,然后通过反向传播学习,优化网络各参数,提高诊断精度。深度置信网络模型由多层玻尔兹曼机以及顶层BP神经网络组成。与传统BP神经网络方法进行比较,结果表明,在训练样本数据足够的条件下,深度置信网络模型在伺服液压缸内泄漏故障诊断具有更高的诊断精度。 相似文献

近年来,由于传统人工提取特征的方法不足以准确表征滚动轴承的健康状态,深度学习算法被逐渐应用于滚动轴承的故障诊断中,它能够自适应的从输入数据中学习出所需要的特征。其中,相较于普通的深度学习算法,深度残差网络通过恒等映射的方式可以大幅度降低模型的训练难度。因此,采用了一种用于滚动轴承故障诊断的深度残差网络(ResNet),它可以直接将原始振动信号作为模型的输入,通过池化层、残差模块和分类层相互连接,更加有效的挖掘信号特征之间的信息,从而增强了轴承振动信号的特征学习能力。实验结果表明,该模型能够达到99.75%的轴承故障诊断精度,实现了良好的故障分类任务,为以后的机械故障诊断研究提供了理论指导和借鉴。 相似文献

There are various types of distributed generators (DGs) with diferent grid integration strategies. The transient char?
acteristics of the fault currents provided by the DGs are diferent to those of conventional synchronous generators. In
this paper, a distribution network with multi-type DGs is investigated, including consideration of DG low-voltage ride
through (LVRT). The fault current characteristics of two typical DGs, i.e. an inverter-interfaced distributed generator
(IIDG) and a doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG), are analyzed, considering the specifc operation modes. Based on
analysis of the fault characteristics, an equivalent model of the multi-type DGs under symmetrical/asymmetrical fault
conditions is established. A fast-iterative fault calculation method for enhancing the calculation efciency while avoid?
ing local convergence is then proposed using an improved particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm. A simula?

This paper presents a fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control algorithm, which can be used for a class of multi-input multi-output (MIMO) nonlinear state systems. First, a state estimator is proposed, which is able to detect fault occurrence, by using a residual signal. Second, when the state is at an abnormal condition, the fault-tolerant control will be triggered to minimize the impact of the fault occurrence. This fault-tolerant control is designed by using a robust controller (original controller), and an on-line approximator to capture a nonlinear function that indicates the fault occurrence.
