This paper concentrates on multi-row machine layout problems that can be accurately formulated as quadratic assignment problems (QAPs). A genetic algorithm-based local search approach is proposed for solving QAPs. In the proposed algorithm, three different mutation operators namely adjacent, pair-wise and insertion or sliding operators are separately combined with a local search method to form a mutation cycle. Effectiveness of introducing the mutation cycle in place of mutation is studied. Performance of the proposed iterated approach is analyzed and the solution qualities obtained are reported.  相似文献

为提高二次指派问题的求解质量,设计了一个有效的最大最小蚂蚁求解算法。首先,运用最优迭代思想,让每只蚂蚁从当前最优路径中随机地选择位置及其对应的任务作为下一轮迭代的初始值,增强每轮搜索的有效性;其次,采用加入新任务后目标值的增量作为启发式因子来引导状态转移,增加每步搜索的目的性;然后,应用多精英策略来进行信息素更新,增加解的多样性;并设计有效的双重变异技术来提高解的质量,提高算法的收敛速度;最后,应用QAPLIB数据集进行了大量实验,结果表明:该算法在二次指派问题的求解质量和稳定性上显著优于其他算法。  相似文献

本文结合二次分配问题(quadratic assignment problem,QAP)的特点,通过分析传统蚂蚁算法在解决QAP问题时收敛过快,精度不高的缺点,提出一种以ACS(ant colony system)为基础的改进蚁群算法――信息素迭代累积ACS(ACS with accumu-lated pheromone by iteration,ACS_API)。新方法通过对定义启发式信息和信息素更新规则的改进,扩大了搜索空间,从而避免过早收敛,陷入局部最优解中。该算法已应用于QAP标准测试数据,并通过与另外两种先前提出的改进蚂蚁算法(HAS_QAP,ACO_GLS)的比较分析得出了它在算法精度和执行时间上的优势。  相似文献

Finance is the core of modern economy, and a strong country cannot do without the support of financial system. With the rapid development of economy and society, the traditional financial services can not support the increasingly large and complex economic system. As a brand-new format, financial technology can help the financial industry to restructure and upgrade. At the same time, as an international consensus, green development is the only way for China to achieve sustainable development. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the impact of finance on the regional development of green finance. Based on the essence of green finance development, fuzzy principal component analysis is used to build the green finance evaluation index system in this paper. Taking the data of three provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2015 to 2019 as an example, QAP analysis is used to study the impact of financial technology on the regional development of green finance. Research shows that explanatory variables are highly significant, that is, financial technology has a significant role in promoting green finance. Finally, based on the research conclusions, this paper puts forward suggestions on how green technology can better promote the development of green finance from three aspects of top-level design, technical research and supervision.  相似文献

A quadratic assignment problem (QAP), which is a combinatorial optimisation problem, is developed to model the problem of locating facilities with material flows between them. The aim of solving the QAP formulation for a facility layout problem (FLP) is to increase a system’s operating efficiency by reducing material handling costs, which can be measured by interdepartmental distances and flows. The QAP-formulated FLP can be viewed as a discrete optimisation problem, where the quadratic objective function is optimised with respect to discrete decision variables subject to linear equality constraints. The conventional approach for solving this discrete optimisation problem is to use the linearisation of the quadratic objective function whereby additional discrete variables and constraints are introduced. The adoption of the linearisation process can result in a significantly increased number of variables and constraints; solving the resulting problem can therefore be challenging. In this paper, a new approach is introduced to solve this discrete optimisation problem. First, the discrete optimisation problem is transformed into an equivalent nonlinear optimisation problem involving only continuous decision variables by introducing quadratic inequality constraints. The number of variables, however, remains the same as the original problem. Then, an exact penalty function method is applied to convert this transformed continuous optimisation problem into an unconstrained continuous optimisation problem. An improved backtracking search algorithm is then developed to solve the unconstrained optimisation problem. Numerical computation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed new approach.  相似文献

This paper describes a heuristic algorithm for solving the plant/facility location problem by applying ant-colony optimization meta-heuristic. The facility location problem is discussed, and a mathematical formulation is presented. The problem is then modelled as a quadratic assignment problem. An ant algorithm is developed to solve the problem. The results reveal that the proposed algorithm can be adaptively constructed to solve discrete plant location problems. This has been applied to a set of known test problems and appears to be able to compete with other current solutions with encouraging results.  相似文献

针对郊狼优化算法(COA)优化性能不足的问题,提出一种强化最优和最差狼的COA(BWCOA)方法。首先,对于组内最差郊狼的成长,在最优郊狼引导的基础上引入全局最优郊狼引导操作,以提高最差郊狼的社会适应能力(局部搜索能力);然后,在组内最优郊狼的成长过程中嵌入一种随机扰动操作,即以郊狼之间的随机扰动促进成长,发挥组内每个郊狼的能动性,提高种群的多样性进而强化全局搜索能力;最后,组内其他郊狼的成长方式保持不变。将BWCOA运用到复杂函数优化和以医院科室布局为例的二次指派问题(QAP)中。在CEC-2014复杂函数上的实验结果表明,与COA以及其他最先进的算法相比,BWCOA获得1.63的平均均值排名和Friedman检验中1.68的秩均值,均排名第一。另外,在6组QAP上的实验结果表明,BWCOA获得了5次均值最优的结果。实验结果均表明BWCOA具有更强的竞争性。  相似文献

Here, an attempt is made to present a state-of-the-art review of papers on facility layout problems. This paper aims to deal with the current and future trends of research on facility layout problems based on previous research including formulations, solution methodologies and development of various software packages. New developments of various techniques provide a perspective of the future research in facility layout problems. A trend toward multi-objective approaches, developing facility layout software using meta-heuristics such as simulated annealing (SA), genetic algorithm (GA) and concurrent engineering to facility layout is observed.  相似文献
