针对数字图像相关(DIC)技术难以获得精准的裂纹尖端应变场问题,提出一种基于DIC技术和伽辽金无网格法(EFG)的混合方法来分析裂尖应变场。该方法基于DIC技术导出场节点建立无网格模型,采用EFG法结合衍射法表示裂纹不连续性,进而计算全场应变值。以Q235qE钢材制成的紧凑拉伸(CT)试样为例开展了准静态循环拉伸试验,通过比较裂尖应变解析解和试验结果,证明该方法的有效性和稳定性。进一步研究DIC EFG法在裂尖塑性区域和应力强度因子(SIF)计算等方面的应用。研究结果表明:DIC EFG混合方法建模简单,不需要荷载和约束条件,能够获得准确的包括裂尖在内的全平面应变场。相较于传统DIC技术,DIC EFG混合方法解决疲劳裂纹附近结果缺失的问题,结合J积分法计算SIF结果更为精准,可应用于疲劳裂纹的塑性区域和SIF计算等断裂性能研究。 相似文献

This paper analyzes the thermal aging embrittlement occurred in a cast stainless steel valve, which is part of the reactor water clean-up (RWCU) system of a Spanish boiling water reactor (BWR) nuclear power plant. The aim is to estimate the current and future state of the material and the corresponding structural integrity of the valve. Given that there is no data available for the experimental characterization of the material, the evolution of the mechanical properties (fracture toughness, yield stress, flow stress and Ramberg-Osgood parameters) has been estimated using the ANL procedure.With the obtained estimations, the critical crack size has been calculated using the European procedure FITNET FFS and the ASME Code.This analysis considers not only the evolution of the mechanical properties up to now but also its future evolution in case there is a life extension of the plant until year 2029. 相似文献

The near tip stress intensity factor KItip for an edge-crack in a Pb(ZrxTi1−x)O3 thin film was investigated by superposition of the applied stress intensity factor KIapp under a continuous laser irradiation and the shielding stress intensity factor ΔKI for 90° domain switching. Both KIapp and ΔKI were solved by the weight function method, and switching toughening was analyzed based on the small scale domain switching theory. Results show that KItip of the edge-crack in the thin film is significantly affected by the initial poling angle, and the edge-crack tip is toughened by the domain switching area with the increase of the initial poling angle. The methodology can predict the fracture toughening of Pb(ZrxTi1−x)O3 thin films quantitatively. 相似文献

The Safety Integrity Level (SIL) of a Safety Instrumented Function (SIF) depends on failures of the various components involved in performing the function. These failures depend on various factors and can be random hardware failures and/or systematic failures. Failure of a SIF need not necessarily result in a hazardous event when there are other layers of protection. Hence the residual risk probability that is left out after various layers of protection is of interest and it should be tolerable. In order to find the residual risk due to a hazard we need to know the demand rate of the hazard, the failure rates of various layers of protection and the factors which influence these failures. So the failure rates are not static and are dynamic, as various factors come into play during the lifecycle of the protection devices involved. In this paper the author proposes Bayesian belief networks to build the scenario based hazard probability model and uses that in the post-design phase to track the residual risk probability.
