文章论述了苏州工业园区规划建设局对"绿色施工"在政策支持上进行的积极探索创新,详细介绍了园区行政区域中新生态大厦和苏州广电传媒大厦2个项目在"绿色施工"方面的技术创新,为"绿色施工"的进一步推广实施提供了宝贵经验。     

Supporting SIP-based end-to-end Data Distribution Service QoS in WANs

Assuring end-to-end QoS in enterprise distributed real-time and embedded (DRE) systems is hard due to the heterogeneity and transient behavior of communication networks, the lack of integrated mechanisms that schedule communication and computing resources holistically, and the scalability limits of IP multicast in wide-area networks (WANs). This paper makes three contributions to research on overcoming these problems in the context of enterprise DRE systems that use the OMG Data Distribution Service (DDS) quality-of-service (QoS)-enabled publish/subscribe (pub/sub) middleware over WANs. First, it codifies the limitations of conventional DDS implementations deployed over WANs. Second, it describes a middleware component called Proxy DDS that bridges multiple, isolated DDS domains deployed over WANs. Third, it describes the NetQSIP framework that combines multi-layer, standards-based technologies including the OMG-DDS, Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), and IP DiffServ to support end-to-end QoS in a WAN and shield pub/sub applications from tedious and error-prone details of network QoS mechanisms. The results of experiments using Proxy DDS and NetQSIP show how combining DDS with SIP in DiffServ networks significantly improves dynamic resource reservation in WANs and provides effective end-to-end QoS management.     

基于计算机网络的煤矿井下语音通信系统研究

该系统在煤矿井下架设分层的基于IP技术的无线网络,该系统具有简单、成本低和可扩展性强等特点。同时借鉴SIP协议,设计了一个语音通信信令协议,满足无线通信系统的要求。     

基于SIP的无线视频监控系统信令的设计与实现

介绍了初始会话协议(SIP),设计和实现了基于SIP的视频监控系统,包括视频服务器和客户端。着重阐述了SIP模块的开发测试、实现过程,以及信令交互和方法应用。     

软交换调度系统设计分析

随着软交换技术在专网通信领域应用的不断深入,为调度通信系统的演进提供了新的动力。结合调度行业业务发展的需求,提出了一种基于软交换的调度系统,对其中的2个关键子系统:软调度交换机子系统和调度台子系统的设计方案进行了阐述,分析了设计方案中涉及到的3种关键技术:调度信令承载技术、业务交互技术和视频编解码技术,并给出了软交换调度系统的功能特色和未来的研究方向。     

音视频会议在MRF中的设计和实现

本文首先介绍了3GPP 定义的IMS 网络的体系架构,之后阐述了MRF 的组成结构及功能,然后着重讨论了音视频会议在MRF 中的具体设计方案,分别给出了MRFC 和MRFP 的功能模块的设计,最后具体描述了MRF 的音视频会议的信令流程的实现.     

统一通信系统在企业中的应用研究

近年来,随着电话、网络等通信基础设施的广泛建设以及企业和个人的通信需求不断提升,统一通信业务在企业中得到了快速发展。研究以协议SIP为企业通信基础,建立统一的即时通信协作,为企业员工提供了一系列桌面通讯工具。统一通信业务可以帮助企业用户及时处理信息和资源,极大的改善和提高工作效率。     

New monitoring approach for metabolic dynamics in microbial ecosystems using stable-isotope-labeling technologies

We have developed a new approach for monitoring the metabolic dynamics in microbial ecosystems using a combination of DNA fingerprinting and metabolome analysis based on stable-isotope-labeling technologies. Stable-isotope probing of DNA (DNA-SIP) has been used previously for the evaluation of cross-feeding in microbial communities. For the development and validation of our monitoring approach, fecal microbiota were analyzed with stable-isotope-labeled glucose used as the sole carbon source. In order to link the metabolic information and the microbial variability, we performed metabolic–microbial correlation analysis based on nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) profiles and denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) fingerprints, which successfully identified the glucose-utilizing bacteria and their related extracellular metabolites. Moreover, our approach revealed information regarding the carbon flux, in that the “first” wave of extracellular metabolites secreted by the glucose-utilizing bacteria were incorporated into the “secondary” group of substrate-utilizing bacteria, and that this “secondary” group further produced their own secondary metabolized substrates. Thus, this approach is a powerful tool for monitoring the metabolic dynamics in microbial ecosystems and allows for the tracking of the carbon flux within a microbial community.     

基于Asterisk的SIP/H.323视频网关研究

会话起始协议(Session Initiation Protocol,SIP)和H.323这2种协议都曾是主流的IP语音协议(Voice overInternet Protocol,VoIP),并且各自拥有大量的用户群。目前面对这2种协议的互通网关大多是以完成音频互通为目的,针对这2种VoIP协议之间的视频互通需求,提出了使用星号(Asterisk)IP专用分支交换(IP Private Branch eXchange,IP-PBX)软件将使用这2种协议的各类设备进行以视频为目标的互联互通方法,并描述了该方法实现的具体实现需要修改的内容和采用该方法实现二者互通时的呼叫流程。
