电信业的客户投诉不断增多而又亟待高效处理。针对电信客户投诉数据的特点,提出了一种面向高维数据的改进的集成学习分类方法。该方法综合考虑客户投诉中的文本信息及客户通讯状态信息,基于Random Subspace方法,以支持向量机(Support Vector Machine,SVM)为基分类器,采用证据推理(Evidential Reasoning,ER)规则为一种新的集成策略,构造分类模型对电信客户投诉进行分类。所提模型和方法在某电信公司客户投诉数据上进行了验证,实验结果显示该方法能够显著提高客户投诉分类的准确率和投诉处理效率。 相似文献

We define the emerging research field of applied data science as the knowledge discovery process in which analytic systems are designed and evaluated to improve the daily practices of domain experts. We investigate adaptive analytic systems as a novel research perspective of the three intertwining aspects within the knowledge discovery process in healthcare: domain and data understanding for physician- and patient-centric healthcare, data preprocessing and modelling using natural language processing and (big) data analytic techniques, and model evaluation and knowledge deployment through information infrastructures. We align these knowledge discovery aspects with the design science research steps of problem investigation, treatment design, and treatment validation, respectively. We note that the adaptive component in healthcare system prototypes may translate to data-driven personalisation aspects including personalised medicine. We explore how applied data science for patient-centric healthcare can thus empower physicians and patients to more effectively and efficiently improve healthcare. We propose meta-algorithmic modelling as a solution-oriented design science research framework in alignment with the knowledge discovery process to address the three key dilemmas in the emerging “post-algorithmic era” of data science: depth versus breadth, selection versus configuration, and accuracy versus transparency. 相似文献

Existing approaches to data envelopment analysis focus mainly on the derivation of the efficiency of the individual decision‐making unit (DMU) or on the calculation of the weights of multiple inputs or outputs, but pay little attention to the team interest of all the DMUs. Motivated by the idea of team reasoning, in which the benefit of the team is of higher importance than that of each individual, this paper considers all the DMUs as a team and introduces the team indexes including the overall efficiencies, variance, boundaries of all the DMUs, and relationships between DMUs. Several models are first developed to estimate values of the team indexes based on which decision makers can provide their preferences regarding them. Then, models are established to obtain the interval efficiencies of individual DMUs under the condition that the team indexes are satisfied. 根据叶用甜菜品种的观赏特性,运用层次分析法初步建立叶用甜菜品种观赏价值的评价模型,包含叶梗、叶片和整体感3个方面共11个评价因子。结果表明:叶梗是评价叶用甜菜观赏价值的核心要素;叶梗色、叶梗厚、叶丛型是重要因子,分别以红、粉红、粉白叶梗,叶梗厚度厚和直立型叶丛为优良性状。利用该评价模型对8个甜菜品种进行观赏价值综合评价,筛选出‘Clnx-blush2018'、'Clnx-fen2018’和‘荷兰必久'3个观赏价值高、适于市场推广叶品种。 相似文献

中子管是一种用途广泛的关键部件,然而目前国产中子管的可靠性水平与国外相比还有一定差距,难以满足各行业的使用需求。本文分析了中子管的主要故障模式,采用模糊综合评判和层次分析法对中子管故障进行了多级模糊综合评判,并对中子管故障风险进行了评估。结果表明,中子管总体故障风险水平中等,故障风险前3位的部件为靶、氘氚储存器和加速极,在设计和使用中应重点关注靶释放氦气,靶膜氧化,氘氚储存器吸气剂局部破损,绝缘瓷管破损,加速极离子加速、聚焦不稳定等故障。 相似文献

It is eminent that partial differential equations are extensively meaningful in physics, mathematics and engineering. Natural phenomena are formulated with partial differential equations and are solved analytically or numerically to interrogate the system’s dynamical behavior. In the present research, mathematical modeling is extended and the modeling solutions Helmholtz equations are discussed in the fractional view of derivatives. First, the Helmholtz equations are presented in Caputo’s fractional derivative. Then Natural transformation, along with the decomposition method, is used to attain the series form solutions of the suggested problems. For justification of the proposed technique, it is applied to several numerical examples. The graphical representation of the solutions shows that the suggested technique is an accurate and effective technique with a high convergence rate than other methods. The less calculation and higher rate of convergence have confirmed the present technique’s reliability and applicability to solve partial differential equations and their systems in a fractional framework. 相似文献
