A novel image sequence-based risk behavior detection method to achieve high-precision risk behavior detection for power maintenance personnel is proposed in this paper. In this method, the original image sequence data is first separated from the foreground and background. Then, the free anchor frame detection method is used in the foreground image to detect the personnel and correct their direction. Finally, human posture nodes are extracted from each frame of the image sequence, which are then used to identify the abnormal behavior of the human. Simulation experiment results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm has significant advantages in terms of the accuracy of human posture node detection and risk behavior identification.  相似文献

机器视觉技术依靠非接触、获取信息丰富的特点,在煤矿智能化的进程中得到了广泛应用,同时在煤炭开采中,掘进机的位姿检测有利于掘进机的自动化以及智能化操作进而有利于煤矿智能化进程的推进,不仅能缓解采掘失衡的矛盾,同时能降低工人的劳动强度,本文分析了近几年来机器视觉技术在掘进机位姿检测中的应用现状与趋势,研究了各种掘进机位姿检测方法中所涉及的图像预处理以及位姿检测模型的关键共性问题,并就关键共性问题,提出了机器视觉技术在掘进机位姿检测的应用中,应在图像采集硬件、位姿检测的冗余性以及特征提取的精确性方面做出突破。  相似文献

考虑危险品采样的特殊性以及远程遥控多自由度机械臂灵活性不高的问题,提出了一种基于姿态库的机械臂远程控制方法.首先,分析了机械臂运动学,在控制器中搭建了机械臂正解模型和逆解模型的应用层;然后,通过示教多个常用于采样危险品的姿态,在控制器里搭建了姿态库控制的应用层;最后,通过无线通信实验和有无姿态库对比实验,验证了基于姿态库的机械臂远程控制方法的有效性和实用性.  相似文献

针对现有潜航员作业姿态识别分析方法中识别过程繁琐、识别精度低的问题,提出基于卷积姿态机的潜航员作业姿态识别分析方法. 对人体姿态特征进行结构化编码,构建空间及投影坐标系进行解析,定义肢体角度计算公式与肢体特殊状态判断流程. 通过搭建潜航员作业姿态识别算法,实现作业姿态RGB图像空间特征与纹理特征的提取,输出潜航员作业姿态关节点、肢体角度与状态数据. 通过采集潜航员作业姿态图像构建潜航员作业姿态样本数据集,对所提方法进行应用验证. 在算法测试中,识别算法的PCK指标值达到81.2%. 在应用验证实验中,算法识别关节点的平均准确率达到87.7%. 该方法在潜航员作业姿态识别分析上是可靠的,可以有效地识别与分析潜航员作业姿态中的危险因素.  相似文献

针对目前如何实现水下巡逻、水下作业等问题,介绍一种可对水中环境实时监控并在水下进行作业的巡逻机器人.采用半球罩加三舱式结构设计,模块化设计分为控制模块、动力模块、探测模块、导航模块和水下作业模块,并通过实验进行验证.实验结果表明:该机器人具有功能实用,操作简单,航行稳定,机动性强,易于携带、回收等优点.  相似文献

Association between smartphone use and head-down tilt posture has not yet been quantitatively evaluated in natural settings. This study aimed to objectively assess the angle and duration of head-down tilt posture of smartphone users during a typical working day via naturalistic data collection. Thirty-one college students conducted their typical school activities while their head posture and smartphone-app usage records were collected simultaneously for 8?hours. Participants spent 125.9?minutes (median usage duration) on their smartphones with significantly larger head-down tilt (p?<?.05) than when they were not using the phone. Head tilt angle greater than 30° was found to be more common when using the phone, while head tilt less than 20° was more common when they were not using the phone. Study findings provide empirical evidence that supports an association between the duration of smartphone use and the intensity of head-down tilt posture.

Practitioner Summary: Head postures of young smartphone users were quantified for 8?hours continuously during a typical workday using a wearable sensor. Participants spent more time in larger head-down tilt postures (greater than 30°) when they were using their smartphones as compared to when they were not using them.  相似文献

为了解决现有人体姿态库构建方法存在的装备维修性仿真验证任务针对性不足的问题,提出了一种基于改进花朵授粉算法与K-means算法的人体姿态库构建方法。针对花朵授粉算法寻优精度不够理想的问题,将乌鸦搜索算法引入花朵授粉算法。提出了一种改进花朵授粉算法。测试结果表明:相比粒子群算法和花朵授粉算法,改进花朵授粉算法具有搜索范围广和寻优精度高的优点。为避免K-means算法易陷入局部最优解,将改进花朵授粉算法引入K-means算法,在提出个体编码方式与定义个体操作函数的基础上,设计了改进花朵授粉算法的计算步骤,使改进花朵授粉算法与K-means算法相融合,进而对装备维修人员的维修作业姿态进行聚类。提取各类中心数据,将其作为人体姿态库中虚拟人体的部位动作角度输入参数,构建了具有装备维修性仿真验证任务针对性的人体姿态库。仿真实验结果表明:相比基于粒子群算法与K-means算法融合的人体姿态库构建方法等5种方法,改进花朵授粉算法与K-means算法的融合方法具有寻优精度高和聚类效果好等优点,适用于装备维修性仿真验证工程实践。  相似文献

Awkward shoulder postures have been suggested to be a cause of shoulder discomfort among bakery workers. This study aimed at long-duration assessment of upper arms posture and motion and their association with perceived symptoms among bakery workers. Among workers in three types of bread systems, fifty-seven bakers were randomly selected. The self-reported rates for the perceived severity and frequency of shoulder discomfort were collected through questionnaires. Working postures and movements of the shoulders during work were continuously recorded with inclinometry measurements for three hours. Percentage of time spent with the upper arm right elevated more than 60° was significantly correlated with the perceived discomfort rate in the right shoulder for all bakery workers (r = 0.48 to 0.63, p ≤ 0.05). A significant correlation was found between angular velocity with the perceived discomfort intensity for right upper arm.(r = 0.60 to 0.87, ≤0.005) of all workers in the three baking systems. Physical exposure in bakers was characterized by significantly more awkward postures and the percentage of time spent with the upper arms elevated more than 60°. The current findings can facilitate more informed decisions with respect to both engineering (e.g.ergonomic workstation and tool design) and administration (e.g. work organization) control strategies.  相似文献

对带有被动轮的蛇形机器人进行速度跟踪控制时,利用传统的动力学建模方法得到的动力学方程复杂且不利于控制器的设计. 本文基于微分几何的方法将带有被动轮的蛇形机器人动力学投影到速度分布空间中, 得到了动力学与控制统一模型, 更有利于速度跟踪控制器的设计. 考虑到蛇形机器人在进行速度跟踪时容易出现奇异位形, 提出增加头部扰动速度的方法. 基于头部扰动速度和统一模型, 提出避免奇异位形的速度跟踪控制方法, 最后通过逆向动力学得到控制力矩. 文中对速度跟踪控制进行了数值仿真和实验验证. 仿真和实验结果表明, 提出的速度跟踪控制方法能够跟踪想要方向的速度, 并且在跟踪过程中可以有效地避免奇异位形.  相似文献

Need and importance of modelling in human body vibration research studies are well established. The study of biodynamic responses of human beings can be classified into experimental and analytical methods. In the past few decades, plenty of mathematical models have been developed based on the diverse field measurements to describe the biodynamic responses of human beings. In this paper, a complete study on lumped parameter model derived from 50th percentile anthropometric data for a seated 54- kg Indian male subject without backrest support under free un-damped conditions has been carried out considering human body segments to be of ellipsoidal shape. Conventional lumped parameter modelling considers the human body as several rigid masses interconnected by springs and dampers. In this study, concept of mass of interconnecting springs has been incorporated and eigenvalues thus obtained are found to be closer to the values reported in the literature. Results obtained clearly establish decoupling of vertical and fore-and-aft oscillations.  相似文献
