Zinc oxide is widely used in gas sensors, solar cells, and photocatalysts because of its wide bandgap and exciton binding energy of 60 meV in various metal oxides. To use ZnO as a gas sensor, it is necessary to synthesize it with surface defects and a large specific surface area. In this study, hydrothermal synthesis without surfactants was employed to obtain organic-additive-free ZnO. For morphology control, we varied the ratio of the hydroxide ion concentration to the zinc ion concentration. To confirm the growth mechanism of ZnO, we performed X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and transmission electron microscopy analyses. Raman spectroscopy and photoluminescence measurements were performed to analyze the surface properties. The Brunauer–Emmett–Teller method and probe stations were used to measure the specific surface area and sensitivity of the gas sensor, respectively. The results confirmed that flower-shaped ZnO is the most suitable gas-sensing material.  相似文献

为了精确地评价纱线的表观条干均匀性,提出一种基于亚像素边缘检测的纱线条干均匀度检测方法。首先通过图像采集装置获取纱线图像;然后对纱线图像进行亚像素边缘检测获取纱线边缘点集;利用开运算对获取的边缘点集进行处理,进而获得纱线条干的边缘;最后采用坐标直方图方法计算纱线平均直径和条干CV值。为验证方法的有效性和准确性,对多种不同线密度的纯棉纱线进行测试,并将测试结果与电容式条干仪的均匀度检测及基于模糊C均值分类和Otsu图像法的检测结果进行了对比。结果表明:基于亚像素边缘检测的纱线条干均匀度检测方法与电容式的测量结果有着较好的一致性,证明所提方法可得到准确的结果。  相似文献

针对基于局部熵进行加密图像视觉安全性评估存在块效应的局限性,引入图像的边缘特征,通过共有边缘来衡量加密图像与原始图像的边缘相似度,消除了块效应。由于局部熵对加密等级低的图像不敏感,边缘相似度对加密等级高的图像不敏感,将两个评估方法进行自适应融合,提出[SLEES](Local Entropy and Edge Similarity,[SLEES])指标。通过改变图像像素位置和图像像素值的加密方式处理图像和视频帧进行测试,实验结果表明,[SLEES]指标相比传统评估指标有更好的鲁棒性,评估范围更广。  相似文献

The present study investigates the influence of the magnetic field, thermal radiation, Prandtl number, and leading‐edge accretion/ablation on Blasius and Sakiadis flow. The convective boundary condition is employed to investigate the heat transfer. The nondimensional governing boundary layer equations have been solved by the homotopy analysis method for different values of the pertinent parameters. The effects of these parameters on the dimensionless velocity, temperature, skin friction, and Nusselt number are also investigated for various values of relevant parameters affecting the flow and heat transfer phenomena. The most relevant outcomes of the present study are that enhancement in magnetic field strength undermines the flow velocity establishing thinner velocity boundary layer for both Blasius and Sakiadis flows while an increase in accretion/ablation effect at leading‐edge manifests in a deceleration in velocity for Blasius case and the opposite trend is observed for Sakiadis flow. Another important outcome is that an increase in radiation and accretion/ablation at leading‐edge upsurges the fluid temperature leading to enhancement in the thermal boundary layer. For both Blasius and Sakiadis flow, the skin friction coefficient and the heat transfer rate decline with the enhancement of the leading‐edge accretion parameter. The results are compared with the existing data and are found in good agreement.  相似文献

An analytical nonlinear solution was provided for unbalanced composite single-lap joint (CSLJ) using an improved one-dimensional beam model, which incorporated the effect of bending–tension coupling. The bending–tension coupling stiffness was introduced to characterize the coupling bending and tension behavior induced by the un-symmetric stacking sequence of composite laminates. The governing differential equations captured the bending–tension coupling behavior and the geometrically nonlinear features were constructed based on the displacement compatibility conditions of flexible interface. The transverse deformation in overlap region, edge moment factors and adhesive stress distributions for the unbalanced CSLJ with inflexible, intermediate flexibility and flexible adhesive can be determined by the present one-dimensional beam model. The accuracy of the present model was validated by the comparison with nonlinear finite element model. The effect of bending–tension coupling on edge moment factors and peak values of adhesive stresses was shed light on with the present model.  相似文献

针对未考虑正偏心正交车铣切削层几何形状而导致难以全面反映正交车铣切削层几何形状变化规律的问题,基于正交车铣运动规律,在不考虑动力学影响的情况下,对切削层的形成过程进行了静态分析。建立的正偏心正交车铣切削层几何形状的解析模型涉及铣刀侧刃和底刃的切入/切出角度、切削厚度和切削深度。通过试验验证了该解析模型的正确性,并分析了切削参数对铣刀切削层的影响。研究结果为正偏心正交车铣切削层几何形状的变化提供了定量的分析依据,为切削力和颤振的研究提供了理论指导。  相似文献

针对国内外风电和工业齿轮箱轻量化的设计趋势,较低的安全系数对齿轮齿根弯曲强度提出了更为严格的要求。研究表明,在材料技术和齿形设计难以再优化的情况下,滚齿加工的粗糙度,尤其是齿根部位的粗糙度对齿轮弯曲强度的影响尤为敏感。针对滚齿工艺过程,从滚齿加工参数、刀具前刀面粗糙度和刀具刃口圆角三方面进行分析,验证其对齿根粗糙度的影响。  相似文献

Scanning probe lithography is used to directly pattern monolayer transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) without the use of a sacrificial resist. Using an atomic‐force microscope, a negatively biased tip is brought close to the TMD surface. By inducing a water bridge between the tip and the TMD surface, controllable oxidation is achieved at the sub‐100 nm resolution. The oxidized flake is then submerged into water for selective oxide removal which leads to controllable patterning. In addition, by changing the oxidation time, thickness tunable patterning of multilayer TMDs is demonstrated. This resist‐less process results in exposed edges, overcoming a barrier in traditional resist‐based lithography and dry etch where polymeric byproduct layers are often formed at the edges. By patterning monolayers into geometric patterns of different dimensions and measuring the effective carrier lifetime, the non‐radiative recombination velocity due to edge defects is extracted. Using this patterning technique, it is shown that selenide TMDs exhibit lower edge recombination velocity as compared to sulfide TMDs. The utility of scanning probe lithography towards understanding material‐dependent edge recombination losses without significantly normalizing edge behaviors due to heavy defect generation, while allowing for eventual exploration of edge passivation schemes is highlighted, which is of profound interest for nanoscale electronics and optoelectronics.  相似文献
