ABSTRACT

The hydrophobic polyether sulfone membranes were prepared by the sol-gel method to be applied in an air gap membrane distillation setup for desalination. The surface modifications were carried out using Trimethylsilyl chloride (TMSCl) and Methyltrimethoxysilane (MTMS) solutions. The membranes were characterized using Attenuated Total Reflection Infrared (ATR-IR) spectroscopy, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), and Optical Contact Angle (OCA) methods. The effects of membrane preparation as well as operating conditions such as temperature difference, salt concentration, feed rotation speed, and cold-side temperature on membrane performance were investigated using central composite design method. It was found that feed temperature has the largest effect among the parameters on the permeation flux. The flow rate and salt rejection of the membrane in the optimum conditions were 4.47 Kg m?2 h?1 and 99.37%, respectively.  相似文献

In the present work, the heating performance of a new system combined with a new modified baseboard radiator and fan coil is investigated. Using longitudinal fins with special geometry and also forced airflow at the end of the system causes that at the lower inlet water temperature compared with the conventional models, higher heat output rate be obtained. The heat output rate of the new modified system is obtained by experimental metrology based on the European Standard No. EN-442. Temperature and velocity distribution in the room space is done by simulation of the modified system in the Flovent software. Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) results are validated against experimental results and there is a good agreement between them. Also, the energy consumption of the system during the winter season is calculated in TRANSYS software. Experimental results show that the heat output rate of a new modified heating system with inlet water temperature in the range of 45–55°C is on average 4.17 times higher compared with the conventional model. CFD simulation also showed that the combined system provides good thermal comfort conditions. Energy consumption of the new system reduced about 13% compared with conventional models.  相似文献

Formaldehyde is an important chemical that is mostly handled in aqueous solutions, which generally also contain methanol; furthermore, also solutions of formaldehyde in other alcohols are used. The density of these solutions is an important thermophysical property. The available models of the density of formaldehyde-containing solutions, however, all have shortcomings, such as a poor accuracy or a limited range of applicability. Therefore, in the present work, a new model of the density in systems of the type (formaldehyde + water + alcohol) was developed. The alcohols that are presently included in the new model are methanol, 1-propanol, and isoprenol; an extension to other alcohols is straightforward. The model was developed using literature data and extensive new density data measured in this work covering binary, ternary, and quarternary solutions of formaldehyde in water, methanol, 1-propanol, and isoprenol at temperatures of 283333 K and formaldehyde concentrations of 0.06 − 0.30 g g−1.  相似文献

For industrial chemical process, preliminary-summation-based principal component analysis (PS-PCA), an amended PCA method was recently provided for coping with both Gaussian and non-Gaussian characteristics. By summing the training and monitoring data respectively, PS-PCA is capable of resolving the issue of non-Gaussian processes and achieves higher fault detection rate than the traditional PCA. However, in the PS-PCA summation operation, all data samples are regarded as the same weight, which results in the fault information of newly-samples may be diluted, leading to significant detection delays. To address this challenge, in this paper, we propose a novel weighted PS-PCA (WPS-PCA) method that employs an exponential weighting scheme to put more emphasis on recent information. Subsequently, a mathematical argument demonstrates that when the number of variables is enough plentiful, the obtained summation combined with the generalized central limit theorem conforms to approximately a Gaussian distribution. The kurtosis relationships indicate this conversion will bring out well-pleasing feasibility for conventional PCA. Ultimately, the proposed technique verifies detection performance using the Tennessee Eastman process, which is compared with the existing PCA and PS-PCA schemes, in terms of the fault detection time and fault detection rate. The simulation studies reveal that the proposed method is efficient and superior.  相似文献

二次侧非能动余热排出(ASP)系统是压水堆核电厂应对全厂断电事故的重要措施之一。为研究ASP系统的运行特性,设计建造了ASP系统试验装置(ASPTF)。在ASPTF上开展了ASP系统运行稳定性影响试验,并对试验结果进行了理论分析。试验研究与理论分析结果表明:低压低功率下ASP系统中出现流动不稳定性;增加蒸汽管线或回水管线阻力系数可抑制ASP系统出现流动不稳定性;降低加热功率时ASP系统更易出现流动不稳定性;主泵运行状态影响ASP系统的输入功率进而影响系统的流动不稳定性。  相似文献

研究五味子泡腾片的制备工艺,并对其进行质量评价。以崩解时限、产气量、pH值为评价指标,采用单因素和正交试验优化泡腾崩解剂配比、泡腾崩解剂质量分数、聚乙二醇(polyethylene glycol,PEG)6000的用量,并通过片剂重量差异、崩解时限、pH值、产气量、硬度及脆碎度和五味子醇甲的含量对产品进行质量控制。结果表明,柠檬酸∶碳酸氢钠最佳配比为1∶0.7(质量比),泡腾崩解剂的最佳质量分数为55%,五味子水提物浸膏质量分数26%,PEG 6000的最佳质量分数为5%,甜菊糖苷2%,氯化钠2%,乳糖10%。最优工艺条件下制备的泡腾片,外表呈浅粉色,片剂表面光滑,可迅速溶于水中,产生丰富气泡,汤色呈浅粉色,并伴有五味子特有香气,口味酸甜适中,口感良好,每片泡腾片中五味子醇甲的含量为(9.79±0.18)mg,平均片重(500±20)mg,崩解时限为(87.42±1.91)s,pH值平均值为4.63±0.071,崩解时限、pH值均符合药典规定。  相似文献

目的从理化指标、特征有机酸以及检验方法等对2018年江苏镇江地理标志产品镇江香醋进行标准验证。方法对5个质量等级,共计20批次镇江香醋样品进行抽检,采用GB/T 18623-2011标准对特征性成分进行分析检测,并对检验标准进行验证。结果镇江香醋5个等级产品理化特性均符合标准规定,未检测到致病菌,菌落总数以及大肠菌群均未超过标准规定的限量要求;重金属铅和总砷、真菌毒素黄曲霉毒素B_1以及食品添加剂苯甲酸和山梨酸均符合标准规定技术限量要求;具有镇江香醋标志性特征有机酸(乳酸、乙酸、焦谷氨酸和琥珀酸),且随着等级要求越高,其有机酸含量越高。结论镇江香醋特征性成分完全符合其标准规定要求,镇江香醋标准与国家强制性标准一致,建议可对有机酸的液相检测方法进行优化,尝试离子排斥色谱柱或耐酸C_(18)柱,以满足镇江香醋有机酸液相检测更高的分析要求。  相似文献

目的分析果蔬汁中氯氰菊酯、多效唑、哒螨灵含量测定能力验证结果。方法本实验室参加中国检验检疫科学研究院测试评价中心组织的果蔬汁中氯氰菊酯、多效唑、哒螨灵的测定能力验证(ACAS-PT806-2019),根据能力验证作业指导书要求和样品情况,采用了QuEChERS样品前处理净化方案,气相色谱电子捕获检测器检测氯氰菊酯,内标法定量,液相色谱串联质谱检测多效唑和哒螨灵,外标法定量。结果 1号样品中氯氰菊酯、多效唑、哒螨灵残留量分别为0.098、0.043、0.084 mg/kg, 2号样品中氯氰菊酯、多效唑、哒螨灵残留量分别为:0.036、未检出、0.013 mg/kg。所有测定项目结果均为满意(|Z|≤2)。结论实验室解决了此次能力验证中没有空白样品,检测项目基质效应差异明显等难点。实验室农药残留检测能力得到有效验证和提高。  相似文献

黔北桑木场背斜位于上扬子地块黔北隆起区毕节弧形褶皱带与赤水克拉通盆地的交汇部位,属于有利的铅锌成矿区带。区内铅锌矿的赋矿层位主要有震旦系灯影组、寒武系清虚洞组、高台组及石冷水组,矿体多产于背斜核部并受断层或裂隙控制。通过对地层岩性特征、地表矿化特征、控容矿构造特征、化探异常特征、物探异常特征等进行综合研究,选择在成矿有利地段进行了工程验证,为进一步开展桑木场背斜铅锌矿深部找矿工作提供了思路。  相似文献
