国际橄榄理事会的定位和使命及相关标准（网络首发、推荐阅读）

The International Olive Council(IOC) is an international intergovernmental organization dedicated to olive oil and table olives, aiming at modernizing olive production, coordinating olive policies, improving the regulation of international trade, defending the quality of the olive sector and promoting olive oil and table olives to increase their consumption. The IOC grants recognition of laboratories and tasting panels in annual trials when they meet the conditions given in the decisions adopting the IOC certificate for laboratories for the physico–chemical testing of olive oil and laboratories for the sensory analysis of virgin olive oils. The IOC establishes analysis methods applying to olive oils and olive pomace oils for purity, quality and organoleptic assessment. The IOC elaborates guides of storage conditions for olive oils and olive pomace oils, of managing virgin olive oil tasting panels and of sensory testing laboratories. In future works, the IOC includes activities to identify analytical criteria for detecting fraud and guaranteeing the quality of olive oils and olive pomace oils.     

An IoT-Aware System for Managing Patients’ Waiting Time Using Bluetooth Low-Energy Technology

It is a common observation that whenever patients arrives at the front desk of a hospital, outpatient clinic, or other health-associated centers, they have to first queue up in a line and wait to fill in their registration form to get admitted. The long waiting time without any status updates is the most common complaint, concerning health officials. In this paper, UrNext, a location-aware mobile-based solution using Bluetooth low-energy (BLE) technology is presented to solve the problem. Recently, a technology-oriented method, the Internet of Things (IoT), has been gaining popularity in helping to solve some of the healthcare sector’s problems. The implementation of this solution could be illustrated through a simple example of when a patient arrives at a clinic for a consultation. Instead of having to wait in long lines, that patient will be greeted automatically, receive a push notification of an admittance along with an estimated waiting time for a consultation session. This will not only provide the patients with a sense of freedom but would also reduce the uncertainty levels that are generally observed, thus saving both time and money. This work aims to improve the clinics’ quality of services, organize queues and minimize waiting times, leading to patients’ comfort while reducing the burden on nurses and receptionists. The results demonstrate that the presented system is successful in its performance and helps achieves a pleasant and conducive clinic visitation process with higher productivity.     

基于大数据的智慧林业系统设计

With the development of 5G, big data, cloud computing, IOT, mobile Internet and other information technologies of new generation, the design of forestry information system establishes a new mode of forestry development integrating three-dimensional perception, collaborative management and internal and external services by means of perception, IOT and intelligence. Intelligent forestry system is a comprehensive information management system integrating forest management, intelligent forestry business management, green maintenance management and emergency command and dispatching management. Based on the specific project practice, this paper puts forward the overall framework design scheme and management platform design scheme of intelligent forest- ry.     

基于LoRa物联网技术的智能照明控制方案在高速公路上的应用——以北京新机场高速公路(南五环-北京新机场)为例

文章结合北京新机场高速公路照明工程实例,阐述了常规照明控制系统的现状,分析了基于新兴的LoRa物联网技术智能照明控制方案的系统原理和系统构成、系统在高速公路智能照明控制领域的应用以及系统应用能达到的节能和管理效益的提升效果,并对系统的扩展应用前景做了研究分析。     

Rainbow over the Internet: How Internet use curtails homophobia in China

China, despite its rapid economic modernization and the lack of powerful conservative institutions, is not known for embracing diverse sexual orientation. The present study investigates whether and how Internet use, a increasingly important part of contemporary people's daily life, leads to changes in people's attitudes toward homosexuality in China, and relevant policy implications. Analyzing the Chinese General Social Survey data from 2010 to 2015, this paper develops an ordered probit model to quantify the influence of Internet use on homosexuality tolerance, adopts a substitution variable method to conduct the robustness check, and utilizes instrument variables to address the potential endogeneity in the regressions. The results show that Internet use has a significant positive impact on Chinese people's homosexuality tolerance. Further studies have found that the influence of Internet use on homosexuality tolerance is also heterogeneous to different populations. Besides, compared with traditional media, the Internet has a more significant impact on homosexuality tolerance. This paper provides some explanations for the rise in China's homosexuality tolerance from 2010 to 2015, and additional impetus for the international community to push for a liberal Internet policy in China.     

智融标识网络基础研究

现有互联网因其原始设计不足已在服务质量、资源利用率、管控能力等诸多方面暴露出严重弊端，难以支撑起"互联网+"新业态高速发展对通信网络与服务日趋复杂化、多元化的需求.因此，如何设计全新的互联网已成为信息领域最为迫切与核心的研究内容之一，受到学术界与产业界的高度重视.本文基于前期"标识网络"与"智慧标识网络"研究，创造性提出"智融标识网络"体系及其关键机制，通过全网多空间、多维度资源的智慧融合，实现个性化服务的按需供给与灵活化组网的有效支撑，为不同行业与用户提供高效的差异化、定制化通信网络服务，以普遍适用于高铁网络、工业互联网、车联网等各类迥异应用情景.     

物联网环境下基于情境的语义Web服务选择

当前Web服务海量增加，物联网应用技术快速发展、不断普及，而现有的Web服务选择算法低效、用户匹配度低。针对该问题提出一种物联网环境下基于情境的语义Web服务选择方法。该方法应用QoS参数的无量纲化与语义Web服务动态选择方式，将物联网环境下服务与语义Web服务相结合，并根据用户需求针对QoS选择最优的服务集。实验表明，该方法能有效地提高用户服务动态选择的成功率。     

基于数据挖掘的开源电子资源访问行为统计模型

为了解决当前图书馆资源个性化推荐过程中存在推荐的准确率、召回率以及效率较低的问题,采用二维距离模型构建用户社区模型,用于描述访问用户与图书馆开源电子资源之间的关系,并对互联网用户需求和访问行为进行模糊规则推理.依据互联网用户属性和图书馆资源访问需求属性之间的模糊规则,建立图书馆开源电子资源访问行为统计模型,并利用该模型向用户提供个性化推荐服务.仿真结果表明,所建模型的推荐召回率高达98. 4%,推荐准确率为99. 2%,运行时间小于0. 04 s.所建模型能够为互联网用户提供准确、高效地图书馆资源个性化推荐服务.     

非全日制研究生线上线下混合式教学模式研究 ——以《现代电气控制技术》为例

随着教育信息化技术的发展，线上线下混合式教学模式已成为一种趋势。为了解决非全日制研究生课堂教学召集困难、效果不佳等问题，提出了基于“互联网＋虚拟仿真技术”的线上线下混合式教学模式。本文以控制工程专业学位研究生为例，结合《现代电气控制技术》课程，探讨了线上线下混合式教学实现途径、师生互动方法、项目驱动案例教学法以及电气控制系统虚拟仿真实验平台的构建方法，切实提升非全日制研究生的培养质量。     

互联网+产学研合作智能服务平台的生态服务模式

在“互联网+”大环境下，以用户价值为导向、加速供需双方实现技术转移、各取所需为核心的，以产业链整合、加强横向用户关系圈扩展、助力进一步解决产学研信息不对称的，以扩大产学研合作范围、提升产学研合作成效为目标的产学研合作生态服务模式应运而生.基于产学研合作生态服务模式，构建生态服务模型，应用于实践，建设“互联网+产学研合作智能服务平台”，提供多样化的产学研内容、社交和对接生态服务，并取得了显著的成效.
