课程群案例嵌入协同教学模式的探索

在课程群的教学中由于每门课程各自独立开展教学,缺乏知识的融合和衔接,导致学生运用综合知识解决问题的能力较弱。在课程群的教学中采用案例嵌入协同教学模式,将完整的工程案例嵌入到课程群各门课程的教学中,协同规划各门课程的教学任务,每门课程再围绕案例展开研究性教学。通过嵌入的工程案例衔接各门课程的知识点,帮助学生建构完整的知识体系,强化工程应用的概念；同时通过研究性教学,培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,两部分相结合,提高了学生运用综合知识解决复杂问题的能力。     

Systematic convergence of nonlinear stochastic estimators on the Special Orthogonal Group SO(3)

This paper introduces two novel nonlinear stochastic attitude estimators developed on the Special Orthogonal Group with the tracking error of the normalized Euclidean distance meeting predefined transient and steady‐state characteristics. The tracking error is confined to initially start within a predetermined large set such that the transient performance is guaranteed to obey dynamically reducing boundaries and decrease smoothly and asymptotically to the origin in probability from almost any initial condition. The proposed estimators produce accurate attitude estimates with remarkable convergence properties using measurements obtained from low‐cost inertial measurement units. The estimators proposed in continuous form are complemented by their discrete versions for the implementation purposes. The simulation results illustrate the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed estimators against uncertain measurements and large initialization error, whether in continuous or discrete form.

泌阳凹陷北部斜坡复杂断块群油田以断鼻、断块及断层+岩性油气藏为主,垂向含油层系多,平面上叠合连片,油气主要富集在鼻状构造主体部位的断鼻断块内。通过对研究区油气控制因素的分析,指出继承性的鼻状构造控制了油气聚集方向和富集程度,油气藏含油范围和油气藏高度则主要受断层封闭性和封闭程度的控制,油气分布规律受伸展构造所伴生的各种断块群构造型式的控制。     

Implicit Leadership Theories in Applied Settings: Factor Structure, Generalizability, and Stability Over Time.

The present empirical investigation had a 3-fold purpose: (a) to cross-validate L. R. Offermann, J. K. Kennedy, and P. W. Wirtz's (1994) scale of Implicit Leadership Theories (ILTs) in several organizational settings and to further provide a shorter scale of ILTs in organizations; (b) to assess the generalizability of ILTs across different employee groups, and (c) to evaluate ILTs' change over time. Two independent samples were used for the scale validation (N1 = 500 and N2 = 439). A 6-factor structure (Sensitivity, Intelligence, Dedication, Dynamism, Tyranny, and Masculinity) was found to most accurately represent ELTs in organizational settings. Regarding the generalizability of ILTs, although the 6-factor structure was consistent across different employee groups, there was only partial support for total factorial invariance. The ability of the Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory--Third Edition to detect malingering.

This study investigated the ability of the Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory--Third Edition (MCMI-III) to discriminate students malingering psychopathology (n=106) from bona fide psychiatric inpatients (n=202). Students were randomly assigned to a fake-bad or an honest-responding condition. Analyses investigated the ability of the modifier indices to discriminate fake-bad group participants from the psychiatric inpatients. Scale X raw cutoff score >178 yielded a positive predictive power (PPP) of 0.0, a negative predictive power (NPP) of 63.1, and a hit rate of 63.1%. Optimal cutoff scores were developed.
