Fresh and frozen-thawed (F-T) pork meats were classified by Vis–NIR hyperspectral imaging. Eight optimal wavelengths (624, 673, 460, 588, 583, 448, 552 and 609 nm) were selected by successive projections algorithm (SPA). The first three principal components (PCs) obtained by principal component analysis (PCA) accounted for over 99.98% of variance. Gray-level-gradient co-occurrence matrix (GLGCM) was applied to extract 45 textural features from the PC images. The correct classification rate (CCR) was employed to evaluate the performance of the partial least squares-discriminate analysis (PLS-DA) models, by using (A) the reflected spectra at full wavelengths and (B) those at the optimal wavelengths, (C) the extracted textures based on the PC images, and (D) the fused variables combining spectra at the optimal wavelengths and textures. The results showed that the best CCR of 97.73% was achieved by applying (D), confirming the high potential of textures for fresh and F-T meat discrimination. 相似文献

In the paper two new locally one-dimensional alternating segment schemes for solving the 2-D parabolic problems are developed. 为了确保大海则煤矿井筒冻结施工安全,通过对井壁受力和温度进行信息化监测,获得外壁竖向钢筋应力和井壁横截面温度,并对外壁竖向钢筋应力与温度的关系进行线性回归分析.结果表明:外壁竖向钢筋应力随着井壁温度的变化可以分为6个阶段,应力与温度呈负相关性,在温度极值处应力也相应达到极值;监测期间外壁竖向钢筋处于安全状态;在显著性水平为0.05的条件下,外壁竖向钢筋应力与温度的相关系数为0.921 6~0.969 9,井壁浇筑完成后,外壁竖向钢筋的84.78%以上应力可以由温度应力来解释,温度应力是影响外壁竖向钢筋应力的主要因素,其中约束温度应力是最主要的影响因素,自生温度应力是次要因素. 相似文献

As an indispensable aspect of emerging flexible optoelectronics, flexible transparent electrodes, especially those comprised of metal nanowires, have attracted great attentions recently. Welding the nanowire junctions is an effective strategy for reducing the sheet resistance and improving the operational stability of flexible nanowire electrode in practical applications. Herein, a simple alcohol‐based solution approach is proposed to weld crossed silver nanowires by chemically growing silver “solder” at the junctions of the nanowires, forming transparent silver nano‐network electrodes with improved electrical conductivity and operational stability. Remarkably, silver nano‐networks can be rapidly formed by this simple approach under ambient condition and room temperature, requiring no assistance from heat, light, electrical current, or mechanical pressure. Furthermore, our results show that the nano‐network electrode formed from large diameter nanowires offers a better operational stability, whose trend is opposite to that of the untreated electrodes. To demonstrate the potential application of the highly stable silver nano‐network from large diameter nanowires, organic solar cells fabricated on the nano‐network electrode incorporated with silicon dioxide nanoparticles achieve comparable performance to the ITO control device. Consequently, strategy demonstrated in this work can contribute to low‐cost and highly stable transparent electrodes in emerging flexible optoelectronics. 相似文献

The extrabulbar olfactory projections (EBOP) is a collection of nerve fibers that originate from primary olfactory receptor neurons. These fibers penetrate into the brain, bypassing the olfactory bulbs (OBs). While the presence of an EBOP has been well established in teleosts, here we morphologically characterize the EBOP structure in four species each with a different morphological relationship of OB with the ventral telencephalic area. Tract‐tracing methods (carbocyanine DiI/DIA and biocytin) were used. FMRFamide immunoreactive nervus terminalis (NT) components were also visualized to define any neuroanatomical relationship between the NT and EBOP. Unilateral DiI/DiA application to the olfactory chamber stained the entire olfactory epithelium, olfactory nerve fibers, and ipsilateral olfactory bulb. Labeled primary olfactory fibers running ventromedially as extrabulbar primary olfactory projections reached various regions of the secondary prosencephalon. Only in Moenkhausia sanctaefilomenae (no olfactory peduncle) did lipophilic tracer‐labeled fibers reach the ipsilateral mesencephalon. The combination of tracing techniques and FMRFamide immunohistochemistry revealed a substantial overlap of the label along the olfactory pathways as well as in the anterior secondary prosencephalon. However, FMRFamide immunoreactivity was never colocalized in the same cellular or fiber component as visualized using tracer molecules. Our results showed a certain uniformity in the neuroanatomy and extension of EBOP in all four species, independent of the pedunculate feature of the OBs. Durum wheat (Triticum durum Desf.) has potential as an adjunct in brewing given its agronomic, chemical and technological properties. The aim of this work were to identify the cultivable microflora and evaluate the technological quality of the durum wheat variety ‘Senatore Cappelli’ grown and used by a craft brewery in Sardinia, Italy. The isolated bacterial strains were mainly rhizospheric (Kocuria rizophila, Microbacterium aerolatum and Bacillus pumilus) and associated with the microbiota of wheat (Staphylococcus spp.). None have been reported previously as spoilage species in brewing. The dominant yeast genera were Cryptococcus spp. and Rhodotorula spp., followed by Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The dominant filamentous fungus genera were Alternaria and Rhizopus. Low levels of mycotoxigenic Fusarium spp., Aspergillus spp. and Penicillium spp. were isolated. However, the levels of deoxynivalenol, T2‐HT2, fumonisin, aflatoxin and ochratoxin detected in the malt and grain were below the thresholds defined by European law. Malt obtained from raw grain showed interesting technological properties, but required specific malting parameters different from those of common wheat and barley. These data suggest that the use of locally grown durum wheat in brewing can increase sustainability and reduce costs, while reinforcing the link with the terroir and promoting reduced mycotoxin levels. © 2019 The Institute of Brewing & Distilling 相似文献
