The choice of an adequate electrolyte is a fundamental aspect in polymer light-emitting electrochemical cells (PLECs) as it provides the in situ electrochemical doping and influences the performance of these devices. In this study, a hyperbranched polymer (Hybrane DEO750 8500) blended with a Li salt is used as a novel electrolyte in state-of-the-art Super Yellow (a polyphenylenevinylene) based LECs. Due to the desirable properties of the hyperbranched polymer and the homogeneous and smooth films that it forms with the emitting polymer, PLEC with excellent electroluminescent properties are obtained using a pulsed current bias scheme. The devices are very stable, with lifetimes in excess of 2000 h with initial luminance values above 450 cd m−2, a peak efficiency of 12.6 lm W−1, and sub-minute turn-on times. The stability of the devices is also studied by measuring the photoluminescence (PL) of the semiconductor during electroluminescent operation. The findings suggest that it is possible to observe the quenching of the PL in vertically stacked devices due to the advancement of the doped fronts in the film and an immediate PL recovery when the bias is removed.  相似文献

归一化水体指数(NDWI)是水体遥感反演的一种重要指标,其阈值及修正直接影响反演结果的精度。基于Landsat-8与GF-1光学多光谱影像,使用归一化水体指数法阈值0(TH0)、最大类间方差法(OTSU)自适应阈值(THotsu)与均值漂移聚类算法(Mean-Shift)自适应阈值(THMS)分别对典型正常水体、云雾覆盖水体、富营养化水体、高含泥沙水体进行水体遥感提取与效果分析,结果表明:正常水体以TH0为阈值提取精度最高,THMS提取精度次之,THotsu提取精度最差;而云雾覆盖水体、富营养化水体以及含泥沙水体使用THMS提取精度最高,尤其少量云雾覆盖下的水体,THMS具有更明显的优势,TH0提取精度次之,THotsu提取精度最差;对于不同的阈值,Land?sat-8比GF-1总体表现出更高的水体提取精度。Mean-Shift算法应用于NDWI阈值修正与水体遥感反演具有快速、水质适应性强、效果稳定的优势,对尤其是复杂条件下的水体信息遥感反演具有较好的提取效果。  相似文献

In this study, we conducted a numerical simulation to examine the cooling performance of an aluminum finned heat sink attached to a silicon chip, placed in a chamber of a rectangular cross-section. The heat sink is cooled by convective heat transfer utilizing nine commercially available gaseous coolants, namely air, hydrogen, helium, nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide, freon12 vapor, propane, and ammonia. To select an appropriate coolant for electronic devices in terms of thermal–hydraulic performance, the maximum temperature on the chip domain and the associated pressure drop in the cooling channel as a function of coolant velocity are analyzed for the aforementioned fluids. It has been found that the minimum temperature is recorded for propane and freon12 vapor, which is approximately 31.1°C, for a coolant velocity of 0.5 m/s, but freon12 vapor shows the highest pressure drop, approximately 900 mPa, among all coolants. In the overall velocity regime, hydrogen shows the best cooling performance in terms of both cooling capacity and hydrodynamic characteristics. But considering safety issues, helium can be a better alternative. This comprehensive study provides a better understanding of different coolant performances, which will aid engineers to develop an effective cooling technique to accommodate the inexorably rising power demand.  相似文献

为研究径向弹簧蓄能密封结构的密封特性,针对典型径向弹簧蓄能密封结构,分析其密封机制以及O形弯曲金属螺旋弹簧的弹性特性;采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立典型弹簧蓄能密封结构的非线性有限元分析模型,对弹簧蓄能密封圈在不同压缩率、不同介质压力下的接触应力进行分析,研究在多种工况下最大接触应力的变化情况。结果表明:压缩率保持不变时,最大接触应力随着介质压力的增大而增大;介质压力保持不变时,随着压缩率的增大,最大接触应力先增大再减小。对压缩率、介质压力与最大接触应力的关系进行曲线拟合,可用于指导弹簧蓄能密封结构的精确设计。  相似文献

The delayed failure of SiC fibrous reinforcement has continuously been investigated to warrant the long term performances of Ceramic Matrix Composite (CMC). Chiefly assessed on multifilament tow samples to alleviate some handling difficulties, subcritical crack growth (SCG) parameters are however ruled by structural artifacts which hinder the identification of intrinsic filament behavior. In this paper, we propose to estimate the true filament parameters for 5 fiber types from bundle behavior using a recently communicated Monte Carlo algorithm integrating flaw and stress distributions through a deterministic fracture mechanics law under Paris’ formulation. So computed tow lifetime are broadly dispersed, encompassing raw data, and show a structure-dependent scale effect, revealed by nfilament>ntow where n is the stress exponent. The relationship between SCG coefficient and chemical composition of the substrate is discussed and highlights the major effect of doping elements (Ti or Zr), oxygen or hydrogen content.  相似文献

Aggregates are the biggest contributor to concrete volume and are a crucial parameter in dictating its mechanical properties. As such, a detailed experimental investigation was carried out to evaluate the effect of sand-to-aggregate volume ratio (s/a) on the mechanical properties of concrete utilizing both destructive and non-destructive testing (employing UPV (ultrasonic pulse velocity) measurements). For investigation, standard cylindrical concrete samples were made with different s/a (0.36, 0.40, 0.44, 0.48, 0.52, and 0.56), cement content (340 and 450 kg/m3), water-to-cement ratio (0.45 and 0.50), and maximum aggregate size (12 and 19 mm). The effect of these design parameters on the 7, 14, and 28 d compressive strength, tensile strength, elastic modulus, and UPV of concrete were assessed. The careful analysis demonstrates that aggregate proportions and size need to be optimized for formulating mix designs; optimum ratios of s/a were found to be 0.40 and 0.44 for the maximum aggregate size of 12 and 19 mm, respectively, irrespective of the W/C (water-to-cement) and cement content.  相似文献

Failure of plasma-sprayed thermal barrier coatings (TBCs) is very complicated upon temperature cycling, therefore, to ascertain the crack propagation behavior is beneficial to understand the failure mechanism and life prediction of TBCs. In this paper, a finite element model is developed by coupling the dynamic growth of thermally grown oxide and dynamic crack propagation to explore the failure of TBCs induced by the instability of the interface between top coat (TC) and bond coat (BC). The thermal cyclic lifetime is deduced by obtaining the thermal cycles corresponding to the occurrence of complete delamination. The influence of the non-uniformity of the interface on thermal cyclic lifetime is quantitatively evaluated. Sensitivity studies including the effects of constituent properties and crack distance to the interface on the thermal cyclic lifetime are further examined. The results show that the incipient cracks usually nucleate above the valley due to the large tensile stress, and the shear stress near the peak plays a very crucial role. The crack growth involves three stages with different fracture dominated-mode. The crack propagation behavior obtained by simulation is in line with that observed by experiments. The TBCs system with a uniform interface exhibits a longer thermal cyclic lifetime compared to the non-uniform interface. Coating optimization methods proposed in this work may provide an alternative option for developing a TBCs system with longer service lifetime.  相似文献

最大反应速率到达时间(TMRad)是化工工艺热风险评估中一个十分重要的参数。一般计算TMRad的方法是基于N级模型的分析。但对于复杂的反应过程统一采用N级模型分析计算可能会引起较大偏差甚至得到错误的评估。因此,提出运用基于反应类型的数值计算方法进行TMRadTD24的评估,通过分别代表N级反应和自催化反应的20% DTBP甲苯溶液和CHP的ARC测试分析表明:对于N级反应,该方法能可靠地用于TMRadTD24的求取;而对于自催化反应,尽管拟合效果很好,原有方法计算偏差很大,原因是不同模型下动力学参数不同,还进行偏差大小分析。由此可知该数值计算方法有广泛的适用性,对于放热曲线,需在了解其反应类型的基础上利用该方法进行TMRadTD24的评估,由此评估的结果更为可靠准确。  相似文献

MnO2 and Nb2O5 co-doped 0.9BaTiO3-0.1(Bi0.5Na0.5)TiO3 powders with excellent dielectric properties were fabricated using a conventional solid-state reaction method and sand milling. The doping effects of various amounts of MnO2 on the dielectric properties were investigated. The results revealed that the dielectric properties greatly depended on the concentration of MnO2. All the ceramics met the X9R specification. The dielectric loss decreased with an increasing concentration of MnO2. The specimen with an appropriate amount of 0.2 mol% MnO2 exhibited the most enhanced properties: high insulation resistance (2.49 × 1013 Ω/cm) and improved degradation properties. Multilayer ceramic capacitor (MLCC) chips were prepared by tape casting using a 0.2 mol% Mn-doped 9010BTBNT-based ceramic powder. The capacitance of the MLCC chip was approximately 100 nF, and the dielectric loss was approximately 1.75% at room temperature. The high-temperature accelerated lifetime was over 1000 hours under 250 V (five times the working voltage) and at 230°C, indicating that the MLCC chips possess superior reliability.  相似文献
