Cyberbullying: Effect of emergency perception on the helping tendencies of bystanders

The effect of the emergency perception of bystanders of cyberbullying victims on helping behaviors is often neglected in research on cyberbullying. In this study, we explored the influence of this cognitive factor on cyber-bystanders’ helping tendencies as well as elucidated possible underlying processes. The results of two studies were reported. In Study 1, 150 undergraduates read a true case of a girl experiencing cyberbullying. The results indicated that when the participants perceived the victim’s situation to be more critical (i.e., higher emergency perception), their helping tendencies were stronger, partly through increased state empathy followed by feelings of responsibility to help. In Study 2, we randomly assigned 300 undergraduates to two groups. The low emergency group read the same cyberbullying case as Study 1, whereas the cyberbullying case read by the high emergency group contained additional emergency information of the victim. The results indicated that the high emergency group expressed stronger helping tendencies than did the low emergency group. This effect was caused by a stronger perception that the victim was in an emergency situation, which not only strengthened the participants’ helping tendencies directly but also indirectly through increasing their state empathy and feelings of responsibility to help.     

高校网络安全建设的探索与思考

The construction of cybersecurity is an important part of the information construction in university. It is an indispensable condition to help the information construction and a strong guarantee to serve the information support of teachers and students in uni- versity. The cybersecurity environment, atmosphere and guarantee ability of university need to be improved. Based on the related work and achievements of cybersecurity construction, some general schemes are put forward to provide reference for cybersecurity construction in university.     

关于构建塑料包装废弃物的分类、收集与管理体系的思考

简介了我国塑料包装行业发展状况和塑料包装废弃物治理的有关政策与法规；阐述了为解决塑料包装废弃物等对环境造成的污染不同主体应承担与落实的责任，包括政府部门、企业和消费者等；提出了为高值（质）化回收利用塑料包装废弃物构建细化分类、收集与管理体系的一些设想。     

Extending social responsibility to small and medium-sized suppliers in supply chains: A fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis

Buying firms’ sales and reputation will be greatly damaged by any non-responsible behaviors on the part of suppliers, especially when those suppliers, like small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), have restricted resources and capabilities. To eradicate these risks, a growing number of buying firms have introduced socially responsible supplier development (SRSD). SRSD, including monitoring and evaluating suppliers, can provide them with incentives and assistance. Based on configuration theory and contingency theory, fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) is adopted in this study to examine how SRSD practices adopted by buying firms, supply chain partnership, and market turbulence affect the corporate social responsibility (CSR) performance of their SME suppliers. We find that, as core factors, supplier monitoring, supplier assistance, and supply chain partnership can work together with peripheral conditions to achieve superior CSR performance. In addition, even at different levels of market turbulence, superior CSR performance can be realized through different causal configurations.     

企业社会责任对跨国并购绩效的影响——基于沪深A股上市企业的实证研究

为了帮助我国企业在跨国并购交易中更好地应对因企业社会责任表现所引起的跨国并购风险，平衡好经济利益诉求与社会责任的履行，论文以2009—2017年沪深A股上市公司109起成功的跨国并购事件为研究对象，基于利益相关者理论、社会契约理论与委托代理理论，研究了企业社会责任对于跨国并购绩效的影响，同时考虑了企业所有制、行业一致性和跨国并购经验的调节作用。采用多元回归模型的实证结果表明：1）企业社会责任对跨国并购绩效存在显著的正向影响；2）企业社会责任与跨国并购之间的正向关系受到国有属性与跨国并购经验的负向调节；3）当并购双方属于同一行业时，行业一致性会显著促进企业社会责任对跨国并购绩效的正向影响。建议企业主动披露企业社会责任履行状况并引入国际通行标准，也可借助国际公关公司制定企业社会责任战略。以上研究结论对中国企业履行社会责任方面具有一定的指导意义，同时也为跨国并购绩效的影响因素研究提供了新的理论视角。     

浅谈供电企业抄核收存在的问题及处理措施

为了提高企业的综合竞争力，以佛山局为例，从供电企业基础工作抓起，做好抄核收工作，在提高经济效益的同时，提升企业的竞争能力。阐述了供电企业抄核收工作对提升企业综合竞争力的重要意义，分析了供电企业现阶段抄核收部门工作中存在的问题，并提出了相应的处理措施，仅供参考。     

陈四楼煤矿“123456双重预防体系”的建设与应用

针对煤矿“双重预防体系”如何落地生根问题，结合陈四楼煤矿在风险分级管控和隐患排查治理方面的实用方法和“双重预防体系”的建设经验，深入研究了“双重预防体系”的相关标准、风险隐患事故之间的关系及其各自的产生和发展机理、安全风险的有关辨识评估方法、事故隐患的排查和治理方法，分析了传统安全管理模式与“双重预防体系”的新型安全管理模式的差别，总结出了“123456双重预防体系”这个囊括了事前安全风险辨识、事中隐患排查治理、事后安全现状评估的创新成果，实现了“事前、事中、事后”的全过程控制，对夯实煤矿安全管理根基、促进矿井平稳有序发展发挥着越来越重要的作用，为煤炭行业“双重预防体系”的落地生根提供了借鉴和参考。     

Muzzling social media: The adverse effects of moderating stakeholder conversations online

Many organizations struggle to meaningfully engage with their stakeholders on political, societal and environmental topics via social media. Often such discourses unravel into splintered and negative conversations, raising the question whether organizations can and should exercise some level of control and ‘steering’ in these conversations and, if so, how stakeholders would react to such ‘top down’ moderation. Existing studies lack empirical insights into the impacts of different levels of moderation in social media conversations on stakeholder attitudes. Two experimental studies were developed to test the effect of different levels of organizational moderation on stakeholder attitudes towards organizations. We show that increased levels of moderation negatively affect attitudes towards an organization, satisfaction with an organization's performance, and trust in the organization. Increased moderation also significantly undermines beliefs in the commitment of the organization to its stakeholders and control mutuality. This paper extends recent qualitative attempts to build new theory around stakeholder dialogues on social media by testing the effects of varying levels of moderation in such dialogues.

为了在竞争日益激烈的市场中提高竞争力,达到个性化销售目的,创造更大品牌价值,提出一种基于农产品品牌社会责任的消费者智能消费推荐研究。实验利用离散函数及品牌认可度描述推荐结果,分析推荐结果指数,证明基于社会责任的智能推荐研究令消费者认可度更高,与文献方法比较推荐结果有更高的精确度,设计的推荐模型可实现农产品个性销售目的,令农产品有更大的发展空间。
