双管正激电路数字控制系统设计方法的分析与对比

主要针对双管正激电路进行数字化控制。首先,分别采用s域间接设计、ω域波特图设计和z域根轨迹设计3种方法对数字控制系统进行设计;然后,对这3种设计方法进行了详细的分析和对比,并且用Matlab仿真验证了设计方法的正确性;最后,给出了3种数字控制系统设计的总结和对比,对指导数字控制系统的设计有着积极的意义。     

Highly Sensitive Electro‐Plasmonic Switches Based on Fivefold Stellate Polyhedral Gold Nanoparticles

Electron–photon coupling in metal nanostructures has raised a new trend for active plasmonic switch devices in both fundamental understanding and technological applications. However, low sensitivity switches with an on/off ratio less than 5 have restricted applications. In this work, an electrically modulated plasmonic switch based on a surface‐enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) system with a single fivefold stellate polyhedral gold nanoparticle (FSPAuNP) is reported. The reversible switch of the SERS signal shows high sensitivity with an on/off ratio larger than 30. Such a high on/off ratio arises primarily from the plasmonic resonance shift of the FSPAuNP with the incident laser due to the altered free electron density on the nanoparticle under an applied electrochemical potential. This highly sensitive electro‐plasmonic switch may enable further development of plasmonic devices.     

SAFARI engineering model 50 mK cooler

SAFARI is an infrared instrument developed by a European based consortium to be flown in SPICA, a Japanese led mission. The SAFARI detectors are transition edge sensors (TES) and require temperatures down to 50 mK for their operation. For that purpose we have developed a hybrid architecture based on the combination of a 300 mK sorption stage and a small adiabatic demagnetization stage. An engineering model has been designed to provide net heat lifts of 0.4 and 14 μW respectively at 50 and 300 mK, with an overall cycle duration of 48 h and a duty cycle objective of over 75%. The cooler is self-contained, fits in a volume of 156 × 312 × 182 mm and is expected to weigh 5.1 kg. It has been designed to withstand static loads of 120 g and a random vibration level of 21 g RMS.     

High-voltage portable pulsed power supply fed by low voltage source

This article proposes a new structure of voltage multiplier for portable pulsed power applications. In this configuration, which is based on capacitor-diode voltage multiplier, the capacitors are charged by low AC input voltage and discharge through the load in series during pulse generation mode. The proposed topology is achieved by integrating of solid-state switches with conventional voltage multiplier, which can increase the low input voltage step by step and generate high-voltage high-frequency pulsed power across the load. After some discussion, simulations and experimental results are provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed topology.

球差对多色部分空间相干光衍射引起的光谱开关的影响

基于空间频率域交叉谱密度函数的传输公式,推导了有球差多色部分空间相干光被光阑衍射后轴上点光谱的解析表达式,而完全空间相干光的结果可作为本公式的特例。着重分析了球差对一阶光谱开关的影响,结果表明,球差会引起光谱移动的不同和光谱开关临界位置的变化。     

应用于DBS移动接收中的5位数字移相器——低成本、Ku波段

提出了一种应用于DBS移动接收中的5位数字移相器的设计方案,并通过实验验证了其实际性能。该移相器采用加载线型和反射型移相原理,首先应用ADS软件进行设计仿真;仿真结果显示该移相器具有频带内高移相精度、低插入损耗和低VSWR等性能,符合设计要求。最后使用Agilent矢量网络分析仪对实物进行测试,进而验证了设计方案的正确性。     

矿用隔爆型低压馈电开关拒合闸故障判断与处理

针对PIR-800(400)I型智能综合保护装置在井下运行中存在的问题,更换使用KBZ-400(500、630)/1140(660)智能型矿用隔爆型真空馈电开关。利用一次处理实例,具体介绍对该开关断路器拒合闸故障的判断与处理。
