Optical design of the Lyman alpha based beam emission spectroscopy(LAB)diagnostic on the HL-2A tokamak

In this article, we present the optical design of a novel diagnostic on the HL-2 A tokamak, i.e. the20-channel edge Lyman-alpha beam emission spectroscopy, which is a promising solution for edge density turbulence research on tokamaks, as it offers the possibility of density fluctuation measurement with a 3.3 mm spatial resolution while maintains a high temporal resolution of1 μs. The optical path, including the reflective collection optics, the high-dispersion spectrometer, and the linear detector array, is carefully optimized to obtain a good image quality and a high throughput. The maximum root mean square radius of the collection optics is 64 μm.The detected photon flux is estimated to be about 10~(11) photons/s/channel.

Analysis and Simulation of S-shaped Waveguide in Silicon-on-insulator

The simulation and analysis of S-shaped waveguide bend are presented.Bend radius larger than 30 mm assures less than 0.5 dB radiation loss for a 4-μm-wide silicon-on-insulator waveguide bend with 2-μm etch depth.Intersection angle greater than 20° provides negligible crosstalk (<-30 dB) and very low insertion loss.Any reduction in bend radius and intersection angle is at the cost of the degradation of characteristics of bent waveguide and intersecting waveguide, respectively.

China Advanced Research Reactor （CARR） Experiment for the Flow Distribution in the CARR Fuel Assembly

CARR fuel assembly is a plate type fuel element, which has twenty rectangle coolant channels formatted by twenty-one fuel plates. The breadths of channel are symmetrically distribution along the central line. The channels are separately 2.59 mm, 2.45 mm, 2.32 mm, 2.20 mm （14 channels） from the outside channel to central channel. All of the channels lengths are 66.6 mm.     

Kinetic Studies on Reactions Between Monomethylhydrazine and Fe^3＋ as Well as N,N-Dimethylhydroxylamine and Fe^3＋ by Measuring Potential of Fe^3＋/Fe^2＋

The kinetic studies on the reactions between monomethyldrazine and Fe^3＋ as well as N,N-dimethyl- hydroxylamine and Fe^3＋ in nitric acid system are performed by measuring open-circuit potential of Fe^3＋/ Fe^2＋. The effect of some factors such as the concentration of MMH or DMHAN, the concentration of nitric acid, ionic strength, temperature and the concentration of Fe^3＋ on the reaction rate is also studied.     

纤维增强聚氨酯拉挤复合材料：Ⅱ.工艺参数对机械和耐热性能的影响

本文提出了一种制造拉挤聚氨酯(PU)复合材料新颖的工艺。研究了工艺参数对纤维增强PU拉挤复合材料的机械性能(如弯曲强度、弯曲模量等)和耐热性能(热变形温度,HDT)的影响。这些工艺参数包括牵引速率(模内线速度),模具温度,填料种类和含量以及后固化时间和温度。研究结果表明,复合材料在不同模具温度下具有不同的最佳牵引速率。以DSC固化曲线为基础可确定溶胀率,复合材科的机械性能和耐热性能,最佳的模具温度。研究发现复合材料的机械性能和耐热性能随着各类填料的含量增加而提高。机械性能在一适宜的后固化温度和时间下也提高。此外,对复合材料的性能在经长时间后固化,由于降解而使性能下降的情况也进行了讨论。
