Kernel Spectral Matched Filter for Hyperspectral Imagery   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
In this paper a kernel-based nonlinear spectral matched filter is introduced for target detection in hyperspectral imagery, which is implemented by using the ideas in kernel-based learning theory. A spectral matched filter is defined in a feature space of high dimensionality, which is implicitly generated by a nonlinear mapping associated with a kernel function. A kernel version of the matched filter is derived by expressing the spectral matched filter in terms of the vector dot products form and replacing each dot product with a kernel function using the so called kernel trick property of the Mercer kernels. The proposed kernel spectral matched filter is equivalent to a nonlinear matched filter in the original input space, which is capable of generating nonlinear decision boundaries. The kernel version of the linear spectral matched filter is implemented and simulation results on hyperspectral imagery show that the kernel spectral matched filter outperforms the conventional linear matched filter.  相似文献

Hydrogels are recognized as one of the most promising materials for e-skin devices because of their unique applicable functionalities such as flexibility, stretchability, biocompatibility, and conductivity. Beyond the excellent sensing functionalities, the e-skin devices further need to secure a target-oriented 3D structure to be applied onto various body parts having complex 3D shapes. However, most e-skin devices are still fabricated in simple 2D film-type devices, and it is an intriguing issue to fabricate complex 3D e-skin devices resembling target body parts via 3D printing. Here, a material design guideline is provided to prepare multifunctional hydrogels and their target-oriented 3D structures based on extrusion-based 3D printing. The material design parameters to realize target-oriented 3D structures via 3D printing are systematically derived from the correlation between material design of hydrogels and their gelation characteristics, rheological properties, and 3D printing processability for extrusion-based 3D printing. Based on the suggested material design window, ion conductive self-healable hydrogels are designed and successfully applied to extrusion-based 3D printing to realize various 3D shapes.  相似文献

Abstract

This study applies a state-of-art optimization technique, SSDP/ESP (Sampling Stochastic Dynamic Programming with Ensemble Streamflow Prediction), to derive a monthly joint operating policy for the Nakdong multi-reservoir system in Korea. A rainfall-runoff model, SSARR (Streamflow Synthesis And Reservoir Regulation), is linked to the SSDP/ESP model to provide ESP scenarios for runoff during the next month in the Nakdong River basin. The primary advantage of the SSDP/ESP is that it updates the derived operating policy as new ESP forecasts become available. Another SSDP model that employs historical runoff scenarios (SSDP/Hist) is also developed. The main difference between the two SSDP models is that SSDP/Hist is an off-line model whereas the SSDP/ESP is on-line. The developed operating policies are tested with a simulation model using an object-oriented simulation software, STELLA. The simulation results show that SSDP/ESP is superior to SSDP/Hist with respect to the water supply criterion, although both models perform similarly with respect to the hydroelectric energy production criterion.  相似文献

Magnetoelectric (ME) property modulation in heterostructured (Ni0.5Zn0.5)Fe2O4/Pt/Pb(Zr0.3Ti0.7)O3 (NZFO/Pt/PZT) thin films on platinized Si substrate by thermal annealing condition variation was studied. In an attempt to prevent interfacial reaction between NZFO and PZT layers during high temperature annealing, thin Pt layer was deposited which can serve as inter-diffusion barrier as well as electrode. The ferroelectric, magnetic, and ME properties of the heterostructured film were noticeably modulated due to microstructural evolution and clamping relaxation developed during thermal annealing process. Room temperature ME voltage coefficient of the heterostructured thin films was enhanced with increasing annealing temperature and reached to 29 mV/cm·Oe when annealed at 650 °C.  相似文献

0.97(Na0.5-xLixK0.5)(Nb0.89Sb0.11)O3-0.03CaZrO3 [(N0.5-xLxK)(NS)-CZ] piezoceramic (x = 0.325) has a pseudocubic-tetragonal-orthorhombic (PC-T-O) multi-structure. The PC structure formed in this piezoceramic was identified as the R3m rhombohedral structure. This piezoceramic showed the large piezoelectric charge constant (d33) of 515 pC/N due to the PC-T-O multi-structure. The NaNbO3 (NN) templates were used to texture the (N0.5-xLxK)(NS)-CZ thick films along the (001) direction, and the textured thick film (x = 0.0375) had a large Lotgering factor of 95.6%. The PC-T-O multi-structure was observed in this thick film (x = 0.0375), but the thick film (x = 0.0325) showed a PC-O structure owing to the diffusion of the NN templates into the thick film. The textured thick film (x = 0.0375) exhibited an increased d33 of 625 pC/N because of the PC-T-O multi-structure and the lineup of grains along the [001] direction. A textured thick film (x = 0.0375) was used to fabricate a planar-type actuator to confirm its applicability to electrical devices. This actuator exhibits large acceleration (580.3 G) and displacement (150 μm) at a low electric field of 0.2 kV/mm with a short response time of 3.0 ms. Therefore, the (N0.5-xLxK)(NS)-CZ thick films are excellent lead-free piezoceramics.  相似文献

Feature-based ensemble learning, where weak hypotheses are learned within the associated feature subspaces constructed by repeated random feature selection, is described. The proposed ensemble approach is less affected by noisy features or outliers unique to the training set than the bagging and boosting algorithms due to the randomized selection of feature subsets from the entire training set. The individual weak hypotheses perform their own generalization processes, within the associated feature subspaces, independently of each other. This allows the proposed ensemble to provide improved performance on unseen data over other ensemble learning methods that randomly choose subsets of training samples in an input space. The weak hypotheses are combined through three different aggregating strategies: majority voting, weighted average and neural network-based aggregation. The proposed ensemble technique has been applied to hyperspectral chemical plume data and a performance comparison of the proposed and other existing ensemble methods is presented.  相似文献

High-power piezoelectric energy harvesters (PEHs) require piezoceramics with a large kp and d33 but small εT33/ε0 values. The [0 0 1]-textured 0.96(Na, K)(Nb1−xSbx)–0.04SrZrO3 piezoceramics (x = 0.025 and 0.045) exhibited the improved electromechanical coupling factor (kp) and piezoelectric charge constant (d33); however, the increase of dielectric constant (εT33/ε0) was not significant. Further, the textured piezoceramic with x = 0.045 shows the large d33 × g33 value of 21.5 pm2/N, where g33 is piezoelectric voltage constant, indicating that texturing is a good technique to fabricate the piezoceramics for PEH. The impedance curve of the PEH consisting of the metal substrate and textured piezoceramic shows a piezoelectric resonance peak at a low frequency, which is the same as the mechanical resonance frequency of the PEH. Hence, the PEH can be considered a piezoelectric material. The figure of merit of the PEH was determined using the mechanical quality and electromechanical coupling factor calculated from the impedance curve of the PEH. A large power output of 1.7 mW was obtained from the type-1 PEH at the resonance frequency produced using the textured thick film (x = 0.045). Hence, this PEH can be used as a permanent power source for microelectronic devices in the Internet of Things.  相似文献

Nightsoil and piggery wastes generally present high strength organics and nitrogen. This study evaluated the nitrogen removal characteristics with the existing and modified nightsoil and piggery waste treatment plants. The existing conventional plants showed 20 to 40% nitrogen removal, but the modification with SBR or MLE process could remove effectively both nitrogen and organics with the minimum COD/TN and alkalinity/TN ratios of 6 and 3.6, respectively. Nitrite nitrification and denitrification rates obtainable at higher nitrogen loads were faster than the rates of nitrate nitrification and denitrification resulting in less reactor volume requirement. However, the higher nitrogen loads increased the organic loads resulting in the reactor temperature inhibiting nitrification. Thus, a combined treatment with anaerobic digestion with the adjustment of influent bypass rates was proposed to reduce the reactor temperature and the external carbon requirement. The biological treatment could discharge about 1,100 mg/L soluble COD and 50 mg/L soluble nitrogen, respectively.  相似文献

Digital On-Channel Repeater (DOCR) can be used for Single Frequency Networks (SFN's). It is much simple and low cost compared to Distributed Transmitter which needs Studio to Transmitter Link (STL). However, traditional DOCR has one of those defects such as a power limit, a long time system processing delay or a poor output signal quality. In order to overcome all of those defects, we introduce Equalization DOCR (EDOCR) which regenerates the original 8-VSB output signal with relatively short time system processing delay. Lab. and Field test results show that the EDOCR can eliminate the loop-back signal up to 5.5 dB with 5.5 /spl mu/s system processing delay. By using EDOCR, we can save spectrum resources and extend coverage areas.  相似文献
