Methods are proposed for designing interpolation models for the preliminary determination and subsequent forecasting of general and fractional breakthrough coefficients for dust used with granular filters, as employed in energy-saving and high-performance dust trapping from technological gases and ventilation discharges in refractory production. The models are supplied with nomograms, which makes them widely suitable for experts working in environmental protection at refractory-producing organizations. The main factors are identified that influence the performance. The results are of interest to experts in related areas of industry such as building materials and engineering ceramics and so on. An experimental setup for studying filter-assisted dust collection is described. The role of various factors — hydraulic resistance, filtering velocity, dust concentration, pressure drop, efficiency of recovery — in the performance of filters intended for use in the production of refractory materials is considered. The dust removal method was tested under industrial conditions at the Semilukskii Refractory Plant and can be recommended for wider use in different branches of industry.  相似文献

Multilayered nitride heterostructures AlN/AlGaN/GaN/AlGaN are grown using a Nanofab-100 multichamber domestic complex involving a STE3N3 specialized installation of molecular beam epitaxy. The prospects of using aerodynamic methods for improving the efficiency of dust catching in the refractory industry are discussed. The suggested computation models relating the efficiency of dust catchers and the nonuniformity of the distribution of the dust-and-gas flow over the cross section of the device have been tested experimentally.
