目的:探索炎性疾病患者的乳酸林格氏液(Ringer's lactate,RL)液体动力学特征以及炎性生物标记物是否可以作为协变量影响RL分布和排泄。方法:本研究为前瞻性队列研究。选择40例美国麻醉医师分级(ASA)I-II级,腹腔镜下择期胆囊切除术(胆囊炎组,n=20)或者腹腔镜下急诊阑尾切除术(阑尾炎组,n=20)。所有患者麻醉诱导前开始输注RL,按15 mL/kg,35 min内输毕。采用酶联免疫(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)方法测定血浆炎症(TNF-α,IL-10和CRP)或者内皮损伤生物标记物(syndecan-1,SDC-1);利用血红蛋白(Hb)稀释-时间曲线和尿量,使用Phoenix软件,采用非线性混合效应模型分析计算RL液体动力学参数和协变量的影响。结果:与胆囊炎组相比,阑尾炎组RL从组织间隙到血浆的转运速率常数(k21)显著降低(14×10-3min-1 versus 35×10-3min-1;P=0.012)。阑尾炎组C反应蛋白(CRP)升高[中位数38.1(1.8-143.6) μg/mL versus 1.3(0.1-159.0) μg/mL;P<0.001];与清醒状态相比,麻醉期间(输液开始后30~45 min),液体从中央室中到外周室的转运速率常数(k12)显著增加(57×10-3min-1 versus 32×10-3min-1;P<0.01)。清除速率常数(k10)降低90%(0.6×10-3min-1 versus 5.3×10-3min-1;P<0.001)。无论在清醒状态还是麻醉状态下低血压均能降低液体清除;炎症或者内膜损伤的生物标记物不能作为显著影响RL液体动力学参数的协变量。结论:阑尾炎或者胆囊炎患者术前输入液体后“炎症反应的生物标记物”不是RL的液体动力学的协变量,但是两组患者中,全身麻醉期间输入液体的清除率下降。 相似文献

以艾叶挥发油提取率为考核指标,采用单因素实验考察浸泡时间、料液比、提取时间等对艾叶挥发油提取率的影响,在此基础上,采用响应面法优化艾叶挥发油的共水蒸馏提取工艺,并通过紫外分光光度法测定艾叶挥发油对DPPH自由基的清除率来评价其抗氧化性能。结果表明,艾叶挥发油的最佳提取工艺条件为:浸泡时间1.5 h、料液比1∶10(g∶mL)、提取时间4.5 h,在此条件下,艾叶挥发油提取率最高,为0.83%。当艾叶挥发油浓度为80 mg·mL~(-1)时,DPPH自由基清除率最高,为39.12%。表明艾叶挥发油具有一定的抗氧化活性。 相似文献

In this article, two novel kinds of focusing elements as reflectors are analyzed and compared. One is the grooved Fresnel zone plate reflector with continuous phase‐correcting. The other called subzone paraboloid reflector, has the profile that consists of a series of paraboloids. Their diffraction efficiencies and bandwidths are described. The two elements still preserve the advantages of Fresnel zone plates, namely, low profile, high efficiency, and simple fabrication. Two dual‐reflector antennas using the proposed focusing elements as the main reflectors are simulated and the results show that these antennas have good radiation performances. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Lithium-sulfur batteries (LSBs) are considered a promising next-generation energy storage device owing to their high theoretical energy density. However, their overall performance is limited by several critical issues such as lithium polysulfide (PS) shuttles, low sulfur utilization, and unstable Li metal anodes. Despite recent huge progress, the electrolyte/sulfur ratio (E/S) used is usually very high (≥20 µL mg−1), which greatly reduces the practical energy density of devices. To push forward LSBs from the lab to the industry, considerable attention is devoted to reducing E/S while ensuring the electrochemical performance. To date, however, few reviews have comprehensively elucidated the possible strategies to achieve that purpose. In this review, recent advances in low E/S cathodes and anodes based on the issues resulting from low E/S and the corresponding solutions are summarized. These will be beneficial for a systematic understanding of the rational design ideas and research trends of low E/S LSBs. In particular, three strategies are proposed for cathodes: preventing PS formation/aggregation to avoid inadequate dissolution, designing multifunctional macroporous networks to address incomplete infiltration, and utilizing an imprison strategy to relieve the adsorption dependence on specific surface area. With excellent specific capacity, superior cycle stability, safety and strong practical, Nb2O5 has been considered as one of the prospective anode materials for lithium-ion batteries (LIBs). However, current study suggests that Nb2O5 electrode materials for LIBs still face the vital issues of low electrical conductivity and poor rate performance. Therefore, carbon-coated TT-Nb2O5 materials are designed and synthesized through solid state method in this work, which present high specific capacity (228 mA h g?1 at 0.2C), satisfactory rate properties (107 mA h g?1 at 20 C). The outstanding electrochemical property can not only give the credit to the pseudocapacitance effect of TT-Nb2O5, but also attribute to introduction of carbon. The homogeneous carbon-coated materials enhance the electrical conductivity, increase the electron transmission speed and alleviate particle crushing. This research not only offers a new method for preparing excellent electrode materials, but also provides a kind of excellent anode material with prospective application for LIBs. 相似文献

The relationship between the particle size distribution and the extinguishing effectiveness of the new K‐powder fire extinguishing agent has been studied experimentally, to explore the reason of the great extinguishing efficiency exhibited by the new K‐powder fire extinguishing agent on Class B fire (liquid fuel fire). The results of the experiment showed that the extinguishing effectiveness increased along with the decrease of the particle size distribution. In addition, a sharp discontinuity appeared around the limiting size, about 40 μm. The powder with the particle size below 40 μm exhibited highly effective extinguishing with the minimum effective extinguishing concentration Cxr = 23 g·m?3, while the powder with the particle size above 40 μm exhibited little fire extinguishing efficiency. Compared with other fire extinguishing agents produced by different substances, the new K‐powder fire extinguishing has the bigger limiting size. That means, in the same particle size distribution, the new K‐powder fire extinguishing agent contains more highly effective powder than others contain, and is more effective. 相似文献

In the early design stage, automotive modeling should both meet the requirements of aesthetics and engineering. Therefore, a vehicle CAD (computer aided design) model that can be easily adjusted by feedbacks is necessary. Based on CE-Bézier surface, this paper presents a set of algorithms for parametric segmentation and fairing surface generation in a car model. This model is defined by a simplified automotive template and relevant control points, shape parameters and segmentation parameters, which can be modified to alter the car form efficiently. With this model and the corresponding adjustment method, more than fifty various vehicle models are established in this research according to different parameters. And two methods for calculating similarity index between car models are constructed, which are suitable for brand design trend analysis and modelling design decisionmaking. 相似文献

The corrosion behavior of synthetic Cu–Sn bronze alloys with six different Sn contents was examined through an electrochemical test and a synthetic test in a simulated corrosive medium. The mechanism of corrosion and the morphology of the corroded surfaces were characterized through field emission scanning electron microscopy equipped with energy-dispersive spectroscopy. At the corrosion potential, the corrosion behavior appears to be determined by the charge transfer step and the diffusion process. It was found that the bronze-IV (Cu–26.8Sn) specimen exhibited the best corrosion resistance, as evidenced by a low corrosion current density and a high impedance. This improvement resulted from an increase in the content of the Cu–Sn solid solution in the alloy, which was conducive to forming a relatively more protective passive film on the surface of the bronze alloy.
