Coplanar stripline resonators modeling and applications to filters   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
This paper presents coplanar stripline (CPS) resonators and their practical implementations to filters. Five types of CPS resonator are built using open and short-ended strips. Lumped-element equivalent circuits are presented for each resonator. Their performances are investigated and compared in terms of Q factor or bandwidth. Two types of bandpass filter are developed with the resonators. The bandpass filters have low-passband insertion losses and wide-stopband suppression bandwidths. Lumped-element equivalent circuits are presented for the bandpass filters. A wide-band CPS-to-microstrip transition is developed for the measurements. The back-to-back transition has an insertion loss of less than 3 dB and a return loss of better than 10 dB for the frequency range from 1.3 to 13.3 GHz (1:10.2)  相似文献

A virtual target tracking approach is proposed for kinematic control of mobile robot. In the controller, linear and angular velocity inputs are generated by using the local data of robot position and orientation along with the estimated velocity of target object. Applying the proposed approach to a cooperative robot group with arbitrary number of multiple mobile robots, it is possible to create various robot formations for cooperative navigation and tracking of moving object. The developed controller is shown to be stable and convergent through theoretical proof and a series of experiments.  相似文献

Coronary heart disease is a great concern in the field of healthcare, and one of the main causes of death across the world. In the USA, as in Europe, it is responsible for the highest mortality rate. Although the risk of coronary heart disease has been recognized, few studies have been conducted on this topic. On the other hand, computer science has become an important part of our lives. The use of medicine and medical science-related artificial intelligence facilitating the diagnosis and analysis of diseases and health problems is attracting considerable attention. The present study focuses on the determination of the optimum method for using artificial intelligence in a clinical decision support system in order to provide a solution and diagnosis regarding the research and medical issues related to the application of such a system. In the present study, we have developed a prediction model capable of the risk assessment of coronary heart disease by optimizing an adaptive-network-based fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) and linear discriminant analysis (LDA) on the basis of the dataset of Korean National Health and Nutrition Examinations Survey V. The ANFIS–LDA method, which is optimized using a hybrid method, exhibits a high prediction rate of 80.2 % and is more efficient and effective than the existing methods. We expect that our study to contribute to the prevention of coronary heart disease.  相似文献

Presents a navigation-grade capacitive microaccelerometer, whose low-noise high-resolution detection capability is achieved by a new electrode design based on a high-amplitude anti-phase sense voltage. We reduce the mechanical noise of the microaccelerometer to the level of 5.5 /spl mu/g//spl radic/Hz by increasing the proof-mass based on deep RIE process of an SOI wafer. We reduce the electrical noise as low as 0.6 /spl mu/g//spl radic/Hz by using an anti-phase high-amplitude square-wave sense voltage of 19 V. The nonlinearity problem caused by the high-amplitude sense voltage is solved by a new electrode design of branched finger type. Combined use of the branched finger electrode and high-amplitude sense voltage generates self force-balancing effects, resulting in an 140% increase of the bandwidth from 726Hz to 1734 Hz. For a fixed sense voltage of 10 V, the total noise is measured as 2.6 /spl mu/g//spl radic/Hz at the air pressure of 3.9torr, which is the 51% of the total noise of 5.1 /spl mu/g//spl radic/Hz at the atmospheric pressure.  相似文献

A detailed investigation was made into the production of high temperature lithium cobalt oxide (HT-LiCoO2) particles by continuous hydrothermal synthesis via the reaction of cobalt nitrate, lithium hydroxide, and hydrogen peroxide. The experiments were carried out in both subcritical and supercritical water, at temperatures ranging from 300 to 411 °C, with residence times less than 1 min in all instances. Although Co3O4 particles were synthesized in subcritical water at similar reaction conditions designed for comparison, well-ordered particles of HT-LiCoO2 were obtained in supercritical water. In supercritical conditions, the variations in temperature and residence time did not have significant impacts on the average particle size, particle size distribution, or morphology of obtained HT-LiCoO2. However, it was important to supply excessive lithium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide in order to synthesize single-phased HT-LiCoO2 particles without undesired by-products. The hydrothermal synthetic route for LiCoO2, CoO, and Co3O4 in both subcritical and supercritical conditions was postulated.  相似文献

We have investigated the cell signal distributions of ferroelectric random access memories (FeRAMs) using newly developed design scheme, hybrid bit line architecture and their reliability against imprint degradation. Since FeRAMs have relatively large signal distributions due to nonuniform ferroelectric storage capacitors, cell signal interference between neighboring bit lines severely degrades the sensing signal margin. In order to remove the cross-talk noise, hybrid bit line architecture is developed, which is a combination of the conventional folded and open bit line schemes. The lifetime against imprint degradation of FeRAM devices is also increased using hybrid bit line architecture.  相似文献
