锶和钙在镁-铝系合金中的应用及研究进展

论述了耐热镁合金的研究现状。介绍了碱土元素Ca和Sr对Mg-Al系合金的铸造性能、微观组织、拉伸性能和抗蠕变性能的影响。同时对Ca、Sr在镁合金中应用前景作了展望。     

Microstructure and tensile properties of magnesium alloy modified by Si/Ca based refiner

Microstructure and mechanical properties of pure magnesium and AZ31 alloy with Ca/Si based refiner addition were investigated. The results indicate that addition of Ca/Si based refiners to pure magnesium and AZ31 alloy results in remarkable microstructure refinement. With proper amount of refiner addition, the grain size in as cast ingots can be one order of magnitude lower than that without refiner addition. Small amount of refiner addition to AZ31 alloy increases both ultimate strength and yield strength significantly,while the ductility of the alloy with refiner addition is similar to that without refiner addition. Addition of refiner improves the deformability of AZ31 alloy and extruded or hot rolled specimens （rods or sheets） with refiner addition exhibit higher surface quality and mechanical properties than those without refiner addition.     

Creep resistance of Mg-4 %Al-2 %RE-2 ? alloy

The creep resistance of the alloy Mg-4Al-2RE-2Ca（AEC422） and the base alloy AE42 was studied. The results reveal that the precipitated phases of AEC422 consist of Al2La and Al2Ca by contrast with the precipitated phase Al11La3 in AE42, which is instable and decomposes to A1l2La and Al at high temperature. Creep resistance of AEC422 is significantly improved compared with that of AE42. The microstructure of AEC422 has no obvious changes after creep test at 175℃ and 70MPa, as compared to that before creep test, indicating that Al2La and Al2Ca have high thermal stability. Especially Al2Ca phase largely increases the strength of the grain boundaries in AEC422, which accounts for the creep resistance improvement.
