The modifying effect of La addition on primary phase Mg2Si in Mg-5Si alloys was investigated. The results showed that a proper amount of La could effectively modify the primary phase Mg2Si, Based on the present experiment, the optimal modification effect was obtained with an addition of about 0.5 wt.% La. The size of the primary phase MgzSi was considerably reduced to 25μm or less and the morphology was modified from a coarse dendritic shape to a polyhedral shape. However, when the addition of La increased to 0.8 wt.% or higher, the primary Mg2Si grew into a coarse dendritic morphology again. Moreover, it was found that some LaSi2 compounds were formed during solidification and the amount of the compounds appeared to increase gradually with increasing La content. 相似文献

以ZrC,SiC,石墨为原料,采用热压烧结法制备了ZrC-SiC-C_g三元复相陶瓷,研究了石墨及其用量对所制备陶瓷材料的微观结构和力学性能的影响.结果表明:石墨的加入有效地促进了ZrC-SiC-C_g复相陶瓷的烧结,在添加约10%(体积分数, 下同)石墨时,密度达到最大.同时复相陶瓷表面随着石墨含量的增加,逐渐变得粗糙,即由于石墨与基体的结合较弱使材料表面出现剥落现象.力学性能分析表明,材料的抗弯强度在石墨含量小于10%时并未明显降低,其断裂韧性随着石墨量的增加呈现先增加后降低的趋势,当石墨含量为10%时,断裂韧性出现最大值4.29 MPa·m~(1/2).材料的断裂方式是沿晶和穿晶断裂相结合. 相似文献

研究了半连续水冷铸造方法制备的Al-Mg-Mn合金均匀化处理过程中显微组织的演变过程,同时采用 Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机对均匀化退火态合金的高温塑性变形行为进行了研究,分析了合金流变应力与变形温度和变形量之间的关系,并对合金变形过程中显微组织变化进行了探讨。结果表明,均匀化处理后原铸态合金中粗大的非平衡析出相逐渐溶解,变细、断裂,趋于球化,呈珠链状,数量减少。在热模拟变形过程中,475 ℃×15 h 均匀化退火态Al-Mg-Mn合金流变应力随着变形温度升高而降低;随着变形量增加,流变应力的峰值增大。随着变形温度升高,合金热变形组织首先发生缓慢的回复,位错密度降低,进而形成亚晶、出现再结晶晶粒组织特征。 相似文献

主要研究了Cr和RE及回火温度对Fe-Mn-Si-C合金形状记忆效应的影响规律.结果表明:形状回复率随Cr含量增加而增加,在Cr含量为10%wt.时形状回复率达到最大值98.75%;RE的加入使形状回复率呈现先减小后增加的特点.当加入RE0.1%wt.时,形状回复率明显降低,至最小值56.82%,超过0.1%wt.后,形状回复率迅速上升,至0.2%wt.后形状回复率趋于平稳;在预变形量和淬火温度相同的条件下,回火温度为500℃,Cr含量为10%wt.时,合金形状回复率最高可达98.75%;而回火温度为600℃,RE含量为0.2%wt.时,合金形状回复率可达98.66%. 相似文献
