The effect of physical and chemical properties of the gaseous medium on the formation of triple Mach configurations and vortex contact structures and on the stagnation pressure and drag force dynamics has been studied for supersonic flows with external energy sources. For the ratio of specific heats that varies in a range of 1.1–1.4, a significant (up to 51.8%) difference has been obtained for the angles of triple-shock configurations in flows at Mach 4 past a cylindrically blunted plate. When studying the dynamics of the decreases in the stagnation pressure and drag force, it has been revealed that these effects are amplified and the vortex mechanism of drag reduction starts to prevail as the adiabatic index decreases.  相似文献

Triple configurations of shock waves that arise in a steady supersonic flow of a real gas have been numerically simulated. Previously, we have theoretically predicted that a new triple shock configuration with a negative reflection angle can appear in a gas flow at large Mach numbers and small adiabatic indices. This configuration is now obtained for the first time in numerical experiments. It is shown that the formation of this triple shock configuration leads to instability of the entire flow pattern.  相似文献

The concentration dependences of the coefficients of shear viscosity of molecules in a wide range of pore fillings (from a rarefied gas to a liquid state) for different potentials of molecule–surface interactions have been theoretically investigated with the use of the latticegas model allowing for the volume occupied by atoms and the interaction between the atoms in the quasichemical approximation. This model allows one to find the selfconsistent equilibrium characteristics of a vaporliquid system and the coefficients of shear viscosity of molecules with the use of a single set of energy parameters. Molecular interpretation of the coefficient of sliding friction of the fluid near the pore walls is discussed.  相似文献

A cDNA encoding farnesyl diphosphate (FPP) synthase (FPPS) has been cloned from a cDNA library of Artemisia annua. The sequence analysis showed that the cDNA encoded a protein of 343 amino acid (aa) residues with a calculated molecular weight of 39420 kDa. The deduced aa sequence of the cDNA was highly similar to FPPS from other plants, yeast and mammals, and contained the two conserved domains found in polyprenyl synthases including FPPS, geranylgeranyl diphosphate synthases and hexaprenyl diphosphate synthases. The expression of the cDNA in Escherichia coli showed enzyme activity for FPPS in vitro.  相似文献
