引子渡水电站大坝施工质量控制及成果简析

混凝土面板堆石坝是引子渡水电站的主要水工建筑物,在大坝坝体填筑及混凝土面板的施工过程中,通过室内及现场试验确定了质量控制参数,并采取了必要的质量控制措施,从而保证了工程质量。本文主要对质量控制情况及检测成果作简要介绍。     

Diagnostic of capacitively coupled radio frequency plasma from electrical discharge characteristics: comparison with optical emission spectroscopy and fluid model simulation

The capacitively coupled radio frequency(CCRF)plasma has been widely used in various fields.In some cases,it requires us to estimate the range of key plasma parameters simpler and quicker in order to understand the behavior in plasma.In this paper,a glass vacuum chamber and a pair of plate electrodes were designed and fabricated,using 13.56 MHz radio frequency(RF)discharge technology to ionize the working gas of Ar.This discharge was mathematically described with equivalent circuit model.The discharge voltage and current of the plasma were measured atdifferent pressures and different powers.Based on the capacitively coupled homogeneous discharge model,the equivalent circuit and the analytical formula were established.The plasma density and temperature were calculated by using the equivalent impedance principle and energy balance equation.The experimental results show that when RF discharge power is 50–300 W and pressure is 25–250 Pa,the average electron temperature is about 1.7–2.1 e V and the average electron density is about 0.5?×?10~(17)–3.6?×?10~(17)m~(-3).Agreement was found when the results were compared to those given by optical emission spectroscopy and COMSOL simulation.     

浅谈频谱分析在离心通风机中的应用及实践

In this paper, the working principle and basic structure of the centrifugal fan are introduced, and the main causes of the vibration failure of the centrifugal fan and the related characteristic frequency are expounded. By quoting the typical failure cases of fan,the misalignment of fan coupling and rotor imbalance and bearing failure are analyzed and diagnosed. Adopting the spectrum analyzer to collect data, the cause of equipment failures are found out accurately to solve the problem of equipment failure.     

步进驱动器的比较和改进

本文指出步进驱动器前途光明,今后我国应发展混合式步进电机和异极性斩波电源。提出混合式电机和电源的改进方案,并进行简要分析。进一步提高步进驱动器性能,应开展微步电子技术和闭环控制的研究。     

模糊控制器的两种设计方法

介绍了两种模糊控制的设计方法，一种是模糊控制规则固定的用户图形界面方法，另一种是模糊控制规则可调的命令行方法。并基于Simulink实现了模糊控制系统的建立和动态仿真。     

基于虚拟仪器的声脉冲法隔声测试技术研究

针对声脉冲法隔声测试的需要,基于虚拟器技术构建了隔声测试系统,并对一块五合板试件的隔声量进行了实际测试以验证系统的可靠性。结果表明,4000Hz以下的频段,测试值与理论值吻合得较好。误差在5dB以内。该方法节约了测试成本,可实现非消声室环境下对结构隔声量的测量,对噪声控制工程具有一定实用价值。     

一种穴盘苗振动松脱装置的动力学研究

针对全自动机械化苗移植易造成取投苗装置对基质构形的破坏和苗的损伤,设计了一种手动穴盘苗振动松脱装置,以满足特定幼苗移栽的农艺需求。解决了在缺乏动力的条件下,苗与穴苗盘间可靠松脱的问题,为后续的全自动机械化移栽提供了可靠保障;所研发的手动穴盘苗振动松脱装置包含振动松脱系统和冲击激励系统两大主要部分;根据系统的动态研究结果,针对不同的苗、基质、含水率、生长时间等,适当调节动态特定系统参数,可以实现多工况下的苗松脱。文中研究对于深入开展全自动机械化育苗移栽具有十分重要的理论价值和深远的现实意义。
