浅析两种喷丸工艺对车轮表面残余应力的影响

综合考虑了车轮喷丸标准的要求,对两种喷丸标准的工艺制作进行了分析,用有限元方法计算出Th+V2工况下最大拉应力的径向位置,并试验出喷丸强度为约为10C和8C的数据,制作出喷丸饱和曲线。分析车轮喷丸覆盖率的确定过程,并用Avrami估算法分别计算出强度为10C和8C时达到100%覆盖率所需的时间。对不同喷丸强度和不同覆盖率的喷丸辐板表面残余应力测试数据进行比较,得出10C喷丸强度产生的残余应力要优于8C的喷丸强度产生的残余应力,并证明并不是喷丸的覆盖率越大越好。     

一种改进型自适应加权模糊均值滤波算法

针对原有的自适应加权模糊均值AWFM滤波器对局部噪声幅度估计不足的缺点。提出了一种新的改进型自适应加权模糊均值MAWFM滤波算法。该算法采用了一种新的模糊检测方法，可以同时检测各个像素点的正负向噪声幅度，从而能够建立一种新的自适应的模糊信号空间，以适应噪声在各个图像局部的变化。实验结果表明，MAWFM滤波器比以前的AWFM滤波器及传统的中值滤波器均有较优越的性能。
