By dragging a phospholipid solution on microstructured silicon surfaces, phospholipid molecules are selectively deposited inside the microstructures to get regular phospholipid multilayer patterns of controlled thickness over a large scale (~cm2). By varying the dragging speed, the thickness of the patterns varies between 28 and 100 nm on average (7 to 25 bilayers). Electroswelling of phospholipid multilayer patterns leads to the formation of giant liposomes of controlled size and narrow size distributions.  相似文献

Twenty of the programs (solvers) submitted to the SAT 2002 Contest had no disqualifying errors. These solvers were run on 2023 satisfiability problems of varying hardnesses. Each solver was judged by which problems it could solve within the allowed time limit. Twelve solvers were best on some problem – they could solve it and the others could not. Only two solvers could not beat each remaining solver on some problems (where the problems could vary depending on which solver it was trying to beat). Thus, there is evidence that 18 solvers were extremely good. It is interesting to analyze the contest results in a way that groups together solvers with similar strengths and weaknesses. This paper uses the parsimony algorithm to produce a classification of the twenty solvers. The paper also has a second classification, almost the same as the first, for the twenty solvers, updated versions of two solvers, and a fictitious state of the art solver. The contest problems came in three groups, Industrial, Hand Made, and Random. The Random group of problems was about three times as large as the other two together. The classification identifies four groups of solvers (plus a miscellaneous group): weak solvers, incomplete solvers which are very good at some satisfiable Random problems, complete solvers which are very good at most Random problems, and complete solvers which are very good at Industrial and Hand Made problems.  相似文献

The determination and the homogeneity of the sample temperature during consolidation of powders by Spark Plasma Sintering (SPS) are addressed. Densifications were carried out in three different facilities differing by their constructors and their size. A structural transformation activated in a TiAl alloy was used as a marker of the sample temperature and finite element modeling were performed to evaluate the temperature at each point of the set-up. A good agreement between experimental and simulated data is exhibited. Alloys with identical microstructures were sintered and the homogeneity of the microstructure was better in the largest machines or when the sample was isolated by alumina disks.Large specimens with a diameter of 100 mm and a height of 60 mm were sintered, with the aim to achieve full densification and good microstructural control. On the basis of this temperature mastering, samples with complex shape were successfully densified. SEM post mortem observations confirmed the absence of porosities, and the expected microstructure as predicted by FEM calculations.  相似文献

The development of telecommunications networks requires low-cost microwave and millimeter waves integrated devices. Among the microwave devices based on the non-reciprocity of ferrites, circulators are the most important. A typical use of circulators is in communication equipment (mobile phone and low power radar detection). Their operation allows to combine emission and detection using the same antenna. This work concerns the characterization of barium hexaferrite sputtered films and the device integration for the development of an integrated circulator working at a frequency of 40 GHz.  相似文献
