Zn-doped TiO2 nanoparticles were successfully fabricated using sonochemical method accompanying post calcination process. Titanium isopropoxide (Ti[OC3H7]4) and Zinc chloride (ZnCl2) were used as starting precursors for Ti and Zn sources, respectively. The homogeneous mixing solution of different Zn (0–1 mol%) and Ti ratio were irradiated in high intensity ultrasound sonometer (750 W 20 kHz) for 30 min at room temperature to obtain as-synthesized Zn-doped TiO2 nanoparticles followed by calcination at 400–700°C. To evaluate the structure and phase identification of prepared powders, the X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Raman spectroscopy were employed. The results reveal that the as-synthesized Zn-doped TiO2 nanoparticles are in anatase phase and their crystallinity increases with increasing calcined temperature. The morphology of as-synthesized powders was investigated by transmission electron microscope (TEM). The effect of Zn content and calcinations temperature on TiO2 properties was also discussed.  相似文献

Lead-free piezoelectric 0.992(0.95K0.5Na0.5NbO3–0.05LiSbO3)–0.008BiScO3; KNN-LS-BS ceramics were successfully prepared using the combustion method. The highest % perovskite phase was found in the sample calcined at 700 °C for 1 h. The structural phase of orthorhombic structure was also detected in this sample. For the sintered ceramics, a pure tetragonal perovskite phase was observed in the samples sintered between 1025 and 1100 °C. The microstructure of ceramics showed a square or rectangular shape and the average grain size increased with increasing of sintering temperature. The density of the ceramics increased with increasing of sintered temperature up to 1075 °C, were it reached 97.5% of theoretical density and then dropped in value when the sintered temperature further increased. The excellent electrical properties of εr at Tc=6600, tanδ at Tc=0.04, Pr (at 40 kV/cm)=19.4 μC/cm2 and Ec (at 40 kV/cm)=24.1 kV/cm were obtained in the most dense ceramic. The results indicate that the KNN-LS-BS ceramics are promising lead-free piezoelectric materials.  相似文献

Knowledge of sorption and transport of heavy metals in soils in the presence of other metals is crucial for assessing the environmental risk of these metals. Competitive sorption and transport of four metals, Pb(2+), Ni(2+), Zn(2+), and Mn(2+), were investigated using multi-metal column experiments with lateritic soils obtained from a gold mine impacted by acid mine drainage. Based on Pb(2+) breakthrough time for single-metal system at a pH of approximately 5, the sorption capacity of Pb(2+) was estimated to be higher in lateritic soil than the other metals. For multi-metal systems, the estimated retardation factors for the metals from highest to lowest were: Pb(2+)>Zn(2+)~ Ni(2+)>Mn(2+), suggesting the mobility of metals through lateritic soil for a multi-metal system would be in the order of Mn(2+)>Ni(2+)~ Zn(2+)>Pb(2+). For binary and multi-metal systems, the estimated sorption capacities of individual metals were found to be lower than the sorption capacities in single metal system - indicating possible competition for sorption sites. Mass recoveries estimates showed that the sorption of metals was more reversible under competitive multi-metal systems than in single metal systems.  相似文献
