对比研究了低碳钢带铸材不同处理状态钢带和薄板铸坯中不同位置切片的组织特征、晶体学织构和15%工程应变条件下的塑性异向性.结果表明,带铸材试样中存在{111}与{114}特征织构,织构强度均较弱;铸坯切片中存在{111}与{001}特征织构,并且因局部凝固冷速不同存在明显的织构强度差异.两组低碳钢的法向异向性与平均晶粒尺寸的对数之间尽管均存在线性关系,但斜率明显不同.分析表明法向异向性的晶粒尺寸依存性与钢带中织构的强弱有关,由此提出了“有效织构强度比”的概念,从塑性变形理论的角度解释了微观组织对塑性异向性的影响.  相似文献

In this paper the entity is defined as the constituent unit of the work group. Actually the entity means the individual worker, supervisor, or task. These entities have respectively their attributes and also contribute to the effectiveness of the design of the work group. Similar types of entities are constructed by considering the interrelations between attributes and effectiveness.

The suggested MDC (multidimensional classification method) is a new method of classifying the entities in relation to the defined attribute space and effectiveness space and of better constructing similar types. From the viewpoint of the operationality of design and redesign of the work group, the MDC is useful to determine rationally the similar types of entities. In fact, in relation to job satisfaction, the similar task types could be successfully constructed by the use of the MDC. As a result, higher job satisfaction could be realized by manipulating the similar task types so determined.

The similar types which are determined by the MDC are useful to create the design rules for manipulating the entities in the process of designing an effective work group. By determining the similar types of workers and supervisors and also adopting work performance and productivity as effectiveness indexes, the methodology can be established for designing an effective work group.  相似文献

This paper suggests a new multidimensional classification method (CMDC-II), which is a method for finding the design rules of effective work groups by determining rational combinations of workers, tasks and supervisors. The CMDC-II is a new method for providing design rules from the viewpoint of design goal attainment. The features of our methodology are summarized as follows.

Technical, social and organizational factors are introduced as attributes of task, worker and supervisor.

Goals, criteria, standards and goal sets are integrated into a multidimensional space.

The design rules are found by the use of the CMDC-II.

Thermal gelation of squid mantle muscle was studied by means of gel strength measurement and SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The gel strength of thermally induced squid meat gel decreased when squid meat paste was heated in two steps (35°C for 30 min followed by 90°C for 30 min). This decrease in gel strength was effectively depressed by the addition of protease inhibitors such as ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA), phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride (PMSF), and soybean trypsin inhibitor, indicating that me-tallo- and/or serine-proteases were mainly involved in the deterioration of squid meat gel prepared by two-step heating. SDS-PAGE analysis demonstrated that EDTA or PMSF suppressed the degradation of myosin heavy chain.  相似文献

This paper suggests a new multidimensional classification method for finding design rules for work groups from the viewpoint of optimizing the interaction of technical, social and organizational factors in work groups. It is called the contingent multidimensional classification method (CMDC)

For classifying tasks, the CMDC evaluates three kinds of similarities.

(1)Similarity in the attributes of tasks.

(2)Similarity in the effects of tasks.

(3)Similarity in the attributes of worker and supervisors being assigned the tasks.

The effects are measured by such effectiveness indexes as job satisfaction or work performance.

Several design rules are needed to adapt to various situations, because there is no single best rule for designing effective work groups. The diverse design rules for determining interrelationships among constituent units of the work group—task, worker and supervisor—can be found by examining the properties of ‘similar task types’ resulting from classifying tasks by CMDC  相似文献

Progenitor cells play an important biological role in tooth and bone formation, and previous analyses during bone and dentine induction have indicated that they may be a good alternative for tissue engineering. Thus, to clarify the influence of the microenvironment on protein and gene expression, MDPC23 cells (mouse dental papilla cell line) and KUSA/A1 cells (bone marrow stromal cell line) were used, both in vitro cell culture and in intra-abdominal diffusion chambers implanted in 4-week-old male immunodefficient mice (SCID mice). Our results indicate that KUSA/A1 cells differentiated into osteoblast-like cells and induced bone tissue inside the chamber, whereas, MDPC-23 showed odontoblast-like characteristics but with a low ability to induce dentin formation. This study shows that MDPC-23 cells are especial cells, which possess morphological and functional characteristics of odontoblast-like cells expressing dentin sialophosphoprotein in vivo. In contrast, dentin sialophosphoprotein gene and protein expression was not detected in both cell lines in vitro. The intra-abdominal diffusion chamber appears as an interesting experimental model for studying phenotypic expression of dental pulp cells in vivo.  相似文献

As a part of the study regarding an effective use of underutilized resources, type I collagen was prepared from several fish bones and partially characterized. The yield of collagen was fairfy high with values ranging from about 41 to 54% on the basis of lyophilized dry weight. The pattern of lysyl endopeptidase peptide fragments from fish bone collagen obtained from different fish specie were very similar. However, the submit structures were quite different and were as follows: Japanese sea bass; (α1)2α2, horse mackerel; (α1)3 and ayu; α1 α2 α3. These results suggest a wide distribution of molecular forms in fish bone collagen.  相似文献

A deformation of microstructure was attempted on native potato starch and the change in the microstructure was analyzed from the fractal view point. The surface area calculated from the monolayer molecular number was different depending on the molecules used (Ar, N2, Kr, 1-propanol, and benzene), which showed the surface microstructure was a fractal with the dimension 2.1-2.4. The specific surface area measured using N2 and benzene was a function of the mean diameter of the material particles, which also showed that the porous structure of the particle was a fractal with the dimension 2.2-3.0. On the other hand, the sorption isotherm of water vapor was independent of particle diameter.  相似文献
