BIM技术在大型项目上的应用——以连云港民用机场迁建工程旅客过夜用房酒店为例

在国家政策和市场需求的双重推动下,BIM技术在国内建筑领域迎来快速发展阶段,从最初的概念普及,到能够局部应用,再到现在能够全过程应用,其趋势是十分明确的,但是在其发展的过程中仍然存在着不少问题,如传统技术与BIM技术深入融合问题,BIM技术如何解决工程施工现场实际问题等.本文主要研究BIM技术在连云港民用机场迁建工程旅客过夜用房酒店项目中的综合应用,从协同建模、碰撞检查、管线综合、施工图深化出图及漫游展示等方面着手,着重解决BIM技术在施工过程中应用的落地问题,从而达到提高效率,缩短工期,降低成本,提升质量的目标.     

基于频率自适应复矢量PI控制器的PMSM电流谐波抑制策略

逆变器非线性和电机反电动势谐波给永磁同步电机（PMSM）系统引入了电流谐波,在对其特性分析的基础上,将复矢量PI控制器用于电流谐波的抑制。在磁场定向矢量控制的d、q轴电流环中,将若干复矢量PI控制器与原有PI控制器并联,其中心频率随着电机转速自适应调节,PI控制器调节d、q轴中的直流分量,通过复矢量PI控制器在中心频率处的高增益无静差跟踪控制d、q轴中不同频率的交流量,从而达到抑制电流谐波的目的。仿真和试验结果表明,复矢量PI控制器对电流的5、7等频次的谐波具有良好的抑制效果。     

油酸修饰纳米CaCO3对PP结晶行为和力学性能的影响

Oleic acid (OA)-modified CaCO3 nanoparticles were prepared using surface modification method. Infrared spectroscopy (IR) was used to investigate the structure of the modified CaCO3 nanoparticles, and the result showed that OA attached to the surface of CaCO3 nanoparticles with the ionic bond. Effect of OA concentration on the dispersion stability of CaCO3 in heptane was also studied, and the result indicated that modified CaCO3 nanoparticles dispersed in heptane more stably than unmodified ones. The optimal proportion of OA to CaCO3 was established. The effect of modified CaCO3 nanoparticles on crystallization behavior of polypropylene (PP) was studied by means of DSC. It was found that CaCO3 significantly increased the crystallization temperature, crystal-lization degree and crystallization rate of PP, and the addition of modified CaCO3 nanoparticles can lead to the for-mation of β-crystal PP. Effect of the modified CaCO3 content on mechanical properties of PP/CaCO3 nanocompo-sites was also studied. The results showed that the modified CaCO3 can effectively improve the mechanical proper-ties of PP. In comparison with PP, the impact strength of PP/CaCO3 nanocomposites increased by about 65% and the flexural strength increased by about 20%.

Effect of rubber particles on cement stabilized gravel system

The primary objective of this paper was to study the mechanical properties and durability of the cement stabilized gravel by different compact method. The influence of rubber particle content on mechanical properties of samples was studied by compaction tests and freezing thawing recycle tests. Pore structure and fractal characteristic of mixture were analyzed quantitatively using mercury intrusion porosimetry （MIP）. X-ray diffraction （XRD） was adopted to identify the composition phases. The morphology analysis in micro scale and elemental analysis of samples were carried out by scanning electron microscope （SEM）. The optimum compressive strengths of rubber cement stabilized gravel （RCSG） with static compaction method and with vibratory compaction method were obtained by controlling compaction degree and vibration time, respectively. From the compaction tests, the vibratory compaction method is preferred compared with the static compaction method as better compressive strength can be improved by about 340%-360%. Besides, test results also reveal that compressive strength of samples with vibratory compaction method or static compaction method will decrease with the rubber particle bulk content increasing. The freezing thawing recycle tests indicate that freezing thawing resistance has been improved （frozen stability coefficient K has been increased from 0.89 to 0.97） by the addition of rubber particles. MIP tests show that the mean pore diameter and porosity of mixture have been increased from 70 to 250 nm and 9% to 24% respectively, with the rubber particles content increasing. Component analysis shows that the calcium silicate hydrate （CSH） is the predominant hydrate product with or without the addition of rubber particles.     

Organic additive implantation onto cement hydration products

In polymer modified cementitious materials, it is hard to set up a chemical connection between the added polymer and the cement moiety. In this study FS （functional silane） was adopted to form this connection as a bridge component which has the functional group forming bonds with polymer. To testify the connection between FS and cement moiety, Q2/Q1 ratio （Qx： intensity ratio） investigation was carried out by the means of quantitative solid state 29Si MAS NMR. The results show that the Q2/Q1 ratio has increased with the addition of FS which indicates that the silicon chain length has increased, and the quantity of silicon atoms at site of Q2, chain site, has enhanced, showing that the silicon atom of FS has connected to the silicon chain of cement moiety by the bond ＂-Si-O-Si-＂ formation.     

碳热法合成具有蓝光发射特性的氧化镓纳米线、纳米带和纳米片

利用碳纳米管通过碳热法合成了氧化镓纳米线、纳米带和纳米片。采用扫描电镜和透射电镜对其进行了形态和结构表征。合成的氧化镓纳米结构是单晶体。室温光致发光谱分析发现，氧化镓纳米晶在蓝光区域487nm处产生明显的发射峰。     

一种低噪声分离装置研究

低噪声分离装置的主要功能是实现段间连接和可靠的低噪声分离。其工作原理主要为杠杆原理,主体采用完全机械结构,执行机构由小型机电结合件限位控制,在采用了适当的降噪措施后,其动作可靠,静音效果良好。
