Based on multidisciplinary design optimization (MDO), a new design method is put forward for hydraulic shift mechanism of heavy-duty vehicle automated manual transmission (AMT). Taking a shift cylinder for example, the collaborative optimization (CO) method for the design problem of a cylinder is devided into one system level design optimization problem and three subsystem level design optimization problems. The system level is an economic model and the subsystem level is mechanics, kinetics, and a reliability model. Application of the multidisciplinary design optimization software iSIGHT modeling and solving, optimal solution of the shifting cylinder CO model is obtained. According to the optimal solution, oil cylinders are machined out and installed on the gearbox of an AMT system for the bench cycle shift test. The results show that the output force and action speed of the optimized mechanism can meet requirements very well. In addition, the optimized mechanism has a better performance compared to the structure of the traditional design method, which indicates that the CO method can optimize the design of hydraulic transmission. 相似文献

The operating mode of a single shaft hybrid electric vehicle (SSHEV) in which the electric motor exerts negative torque on the shaft to imitate engine braking is analyzed. The method of determining the quantity of regenerative braking torque is proposed with the premise that the braking intensity required by the driver is satisfied. On this basis, factors that affect torque generated by the motor are listed, and how the battery' s temperature and state of charge ( SOC ) restrict and correct the braking torque is expounded. Finally, road test results show that the motor' s constant power or constant torque control is an effective way to recover the mechanical energy during decelerating. 相似文献

研究加氢法生产白色环烷基橡胶油的工艺条件及产品性能。加氢工艺路线为原料油→高压加氢处理→临氢降凝→切割→高压加氢脱芳烃→产品。以稠油减二线馏分油生产的橡胶油KFW4006的日光稳定性和紫外光稳定性均优于采用传统磺化工艺生产的食品级商业石蜡基和环烷基参比油;以稠油减三线馏分油生产的橡胶油KFW4010的日光稳定性和紫外光稳定性均与参比油相当;两种橡胶油的热稳定性均优于参比油。填充橡胶油KFW4006和KFW4010的苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)充油胶的邵尔A型硬度、300%定伸应力、拉伸强度、拉断永久变形和熔融指数均比填充石蜡基参比油的SBS充油胶有所增大,且各项性能均达到国家标准要求。 相似文献

根据机械式自动变速器自动换挡时的需要,分析了在动力一传动系统中应用CAN总线对换挡时间、冲击度和离合器滑磨功的影响,阐述了控制系统中总线报文的详细内容和通信过程,编制了通过总线接收和发送报文的通信程序,在此基础上设计开发了基于CAN总线的应用层协议-SAE J1939的控制模块,实现了电控柴油机转速、油门位置等车辆动力系参数的共享,同时该模块可以在换挡过程中实时控制柴油机的输出转矩和转速。试验结果表明:该项协调控制技术将使柴油机输出特性和变速器换挡过程相互匹配,因而不仅可使自动机械变速器的硬件得到简化,而且有效地减少了换挡时间,降低了离合器磨损,从而改善了换挡品质。 相似文献

无人驾驶履带车辆的轨迹跟踪面临着系统不确定性和外界干扰等难以克服的不利因素。针对这一问题,通过研究履带车辆的滑动转向特性,建立了基于瞬时转向中心的履带车辆运动学模型。同时,针对参考路径是离散路点序列的特点,提出了一种基于3次Bezier曲线的参考路径自适应拟合方法,在实现路径平滑基础上提供道路的曲率信息。考虑到模型不确定性和外界干扰对轨迹跟踪精度的影响,设计了基于模型预测控制的轨迹跟踪控制器,并引入反馈校正,系统地处理无人驾驶履带车辆建模误差、环境约束以及执行机构约束。实车试验结果表明,该方法可以有效地抑制系统不确性和外界干扰的影响,实现无人驾驶履带车辆高精度的轨迹跟踪控制。 相似文献
