Single-photon imaging system with a fiber optic taper

We report a time-of-flight photon-counting imaging system in conjunction with a single-photon detector mounted with a fiber optic taper, which equivalently enlarges the active area of the single-photon detector by 100 times. The field of view of the imaging system is extended from ±0.57° to ±7° by using the fiber optic taper to collect the scattered photons. Since only a single avalanche photodiode is used, the noise level of the system is maintained at a low level. We demonstrate the scanning of the targets at a stand-off distance of 28 m with a centimeter depth resolution.     

永磁同步电机矢量控制解耦方法的研究

永磁同步电机是一个非线性、强耦合、多变量的复杂对象,转子磁场定向的矢量控制方法解决了永磁同步电机控制中励磁与转矩电流之间的耦合问题,但矢量控制无法消除永磁同步电机模型本质上存在d、q轴电压之间的动态耦合造成电流控制精度降低,动态性能变差的问题。对此,提出了电流反馈解耦和偏差解耦两种解耦控制方法,分析了各自的特性,并用Simulink搭建了仿真模型,仿真结果验证了解耦控制方法的有效性。     

基于ADO.NET油料装备管理系统多层架构的设计与实现

阐述多层架构的基本概念和ADO.NET数据库中间件的体系结构和连接模式。设计了油料装备管理系统的软件分层结构,以“配备标准”页面为例实现系统的多层架构。     

ControlLogix控制系统在选矿自动化中的应用

ControlLogix控制系统是美国罗克韦尔公司最新推出的技术先进的控制平台,本文以河北省蔡家营锌金矿改造项目为例详细论述ControlLogix控制系统在选矿自动化中的实际应用.该项目控制系统的硬件平台采用ControlLogix5000系列控制器,软件平台采用RSView SE作为人机接口,结合VBA二次开发,实现了对选矿生产过程的自动化控制,包括生产过程状态监测、电机集中控制、模拟回路调节、数据报表自动生成等功能.

Noncontact 3D measurement method on hole-structure precision inspection

In order to implement 3D point cloud scanning of small hole structure, which could not be contacted or damaged, we propose a noncontact 3D measuring method. The system contains a laser triangulation displacement sensor, a Michelson interferometer system and a coordinate measuring machine, with the advantages of non-invasive scanning, fast measurement speed and high precision. Focusing on reconstructing 3D point cloud data, random sample consensus is used to separate surface data and hole data respectively from the raw dataset. Least square optimization determines the function of the cylinder, as well as hole diameter and inclined angle between the hole and the surface. In the experiment scanning a round hole, the estimated result has diameter error and angle error within 30 μm and 0.2°, respectively. Results manifest the effectiveness and feasibility of this system and express practicality in manufacturing industry.     

钾盐浮选液位控制系统应用研究

介绍了采用Rockwel的PLC和触摸屏实现液位控制系统的方案,应用RSTune调节软件对PID指令控制参数进行整定,实现了钾盐浮选液位系统的自动控制,在现场工业生产中达到了预期效果。     

基于CUDA粒子系统的烟花仿真

粒子系统的基本理论符合自然世界的客观规律,适用于烟花等复杂现象的仿真。针对粒子系统仿真存在的计算和内存资源消耗巨大等问题,建立了基于统一计算设备架构(CUDA)框架的粒子系统基本模型,讨论了模型中粒子的存储与运动更新,研究了基于CUDA的并行KD-TRIE邻近粒子搜索算法。运用建立的CUDA粒子系统,研究了烟花仿真的具体实现。仿真结果表明,系统能够较逼真地仿真烟花的上升与绽放过程,帧率高达每秒312帧,仿真的真实感和实时性得到增强。
