There is a growing trend towards miniaturization, and with it comes an increasing need for miniature sensors and actuators for control. Moreover situations occur wherein implementation of external physical sensor is impossible, here self-sensing lends its hand appropriately. Though self-sensing actuation (SSA) is extensively studied in piezoelectric, exploring this property in shape memory alloy is still under study. A simple scheme is developed which allows differential resistance measurement of antagonistic shape memory alloy actuated wires to concurrently sense and actuate in a closed loop system. The usefulness of the proposed scheme is experimentally verified by designing a one link manipulator arm and is performed in a real time tracking control. In a practical implementation of the self-sensing actuator a newly proposed signal processing electronic circuit is used for direct differential resistance feedback control upto a bandwidth of 1.8 Hz. The control design uses fuzzy PID which requires no detailed information about the constitutive model of SMA. At an operating frequency of 1 Hz, the result of the self-sensing feedback control with an angular tracking accuracy of ±0.06° over a movement range of ±15° is demonstrated.  相似文献

In this paper, the output tracking control problem for a class of switched nonlinear systems with multiple time-varying delays is studied based on equivalent-input-disturbance (EID) approach. More precisely, with the use of suitable Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional together with average dwell-time technique, an output feedback tracking controller is designed which makes that the states of resulting system can asymptotically track the desired trajectory. Further, the EID estimator is implemented to reject both matched and unmatched disturbances effectively without requiring any prior knowledge of the disturbances. Simulation results are presented to illustrate the effectiveness and potential of the developed EID-based output tracking control design technique. The results reveal the fact that the tracking controller based on EID provides a better tracking performance than the feedback controller based on sliding mode technique.  相似文献

With the development of the internet of things, which is widely applied not only to everyday objects but also to industrial areas, the production of big data is accelerating. To provide intelligent services without human intervention in the internet of things environment, intelligent communication between objects becomes the key, and since the failure of the mechanical equipment attached to the sensor causes malfunction of the object and product failure, big data analysis to predict equipment failure is becoming more important. The purpose of this study is to propose a model for predicting mechanical equipment failure from various sense data collected in the manufacturing process. This study constructed a RHadoop-based big data platform to distribute a large amount of datasets for research, and performed logistic regression modeling to predict the main variables causing the failure from various collected variables. As a result of the study, the main variables in the manufacturing process that cause equipment failure were derived from the collected sense data, and the fitness and performance evaluation for the prediction model were made using the ROC curve. As a result of the performance evaluation of the prediction model, the ROC curve showed a fairly high prediction accuracy with AUC close to 1. The results of this study are expected to be applicable to the prediction of malfunctions, product failure, or abnormal communication between objects due to miscellaneous product faults in our daily lives in the internet of things environment.  相似文献

Summary Metathesis polymerization has been employed for the synthesis of polyphenylacetylene (PPA) containing redox-active ferrocene groups at both ends. Two reversible one electron oxidation waves were detected in CV. The ΔE values decreased with increase in chain length of the polymer, indicating that the metal-metal interaction decreases by increasing the chain length. With natural sunlight, particulate TiO2 (anatase), CuO, ZnO, Pb2O3, PbO2 and Bi2O3 photomineralize oxalic acid and the mineralization depends linearly on the acid concentration and the surface area of the catalyst bed. Oxygen is essential for mineralization and the metal oxides show sustainable photocatalysis. While oxalic acid is effectively mineralized, the oxalate ion is not so. Pre-sonication fails to enhance the photocatalytic efficiencies and the system does not respond to application of a potential bias for enhancement of photocatalysis. The photocatalytic performance is of the order ZnO>CuOTiO2Bi2O3Pb2O3>PbO2 and the ease of degradation is formic acid>oxalic acid>acetic acid>citric acid.  相似文献
