Sequence‐independent or “click”‐type chemistry is applied for the preparation of novel π‐conjugated oligomers. A variety of bi‐functional monomers for Wittig–Horner olefination are developed and applied in a sequential protection–deprotection process for the preparation of structurally similar π‐conjugated oligomers. Selected oligomers are incorporated as the organic semiconductors in light‐emitting diodes and a field‐effect transistor, demonstrating the potential of the approach.  相似文献

An 8-year-old girl presented with marked shortening of the right forearm due to destruction of both the radius and ulna secondary to neonatal osteomyelitis. A one-bone forearm operation was performed to achieve a stable forearm. Two years later, the one-bone forearm was lengthened for 6 months by callus distraction (callotasis) achieving 12 cm of extra length. The patient was last followed up at the age of 16. The appearance and functional outcome of the right upper limb had been improved and she was independent in all activities of daily living.  相似文献

Analysis and Design of Vibration Isolation System Using Open Trenches   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Field vibration tests were carried out at a proposed site for the vibration testing room, and 2D numerical analysis using finite difference tool FLAC 5.0 was performed to suggest effective vibration isolation systems. In the analysis, the numerical model is first calibrated with respect to material properties, damping value, and boundary conditions to obtain the output comparable to the field test results. The calibrated model was further used to perform a parametric study by (1)?providing vibrating input motions from vibrating machines to be operated; (2)?using two depths of cutoff trench; and (3)?providing gravel bed, gravel bed with rubber pad, and gravel bed with rubber pad and cutoff trench to study the isolation effects. Comparing the results from the parametric studies with the human perception level of vibration, a decision on the isolation system was determined.  相似文献

The effect of adjacent channel interference (ACI) on the error probability of the rectangular frequency pulse multi-h phase-coded modulation (1REC-MHPM) is studied. Evaluations through simulation were done for different values of the absolute adjacent channel frequency spacing |Δf|, different time delay τ between the main channel and the interfering channel, and schemes with different number of modulation indexes. It is found that ACI effects can only be eliminated when |Δf| approaches 2.0. Comparison with minimum shift keying (MSK) is also made through simulation  相似文献

The integration of graphene with colloidal quantum dots (QDs) that have tunable light absorption affords new opportunities for optoelectronic applications as such a hybrid system solves the problem of both quantity and mobility of photocarriers. In this work, a hybrid system comprising of monolayer graphene and self‐doped colloidal copper phosphide (Cu3?x P) QDs is developed for efficient broadband photodetection. Unlike conventional PbS QDs that are toxic, Cu3?x P QDs are environmental friendly and have plasmonic resonant absorption in near‐infrared (NIR) wavelength. The half‐covered graphene with Cu3?x P nanocrystals (NCs) behaves as a self‐driven p–n junction and shows durable photoresponse in NIR range. A comparison experiment reveals that the surface ligand attached to Cu3?x P NCs plays a key role in determining the charge transfer efficiency from Cu3?x P to graphene. The most efficient three‐terminal photodetectors based on graphene‐Cu3?x P exhibit broadband photoresponse from 400 to 1550 nm with an ultrahigh responsivity (1.59 × 105 A W?1) and high photoconductive gain (6.66 × 105) at visible wavelength (405 nm), and a good responsivity of 9.34 A W?1 at 1550 nm. The demonstration of flexible graphene‐Cu3?x P photodetectors operated at NIR wavelengths may find potential applications in optical sensing, biological imaging, and wearable devices.  相似文献

Sequence‐independent or “click” chemistry is applied for the preparation of a series of novel and structurally similar π‐conjugated oligomers. The new oligomers are prepared using Wittig–Horner chemistry from bifunctional building blocks that can be interconnected to one another at any desired sequence. The bifunctional building blocks consist of aromatic skeletons with acetal protected aldehyde groups on one side and a phosphonic acid diethyl ester group para to the aldehyde functionality. The first step in the arylenevinylene formation is a Wittig–Horner coupling of a functionalized aldehyde with the methyl phosphonate ester ylide of a bifunctional monomer. A stepwise protection–deprotection process is applied for the preparation of structurally similar π‐conjugated oligo‐phenylene vinylenes. New di‐, tri‐, penta‐, and hepta‐phenylenevinylenes are prepared and characterized. Selected penta‐arylenevinylenes are incorporated as the semiconductor channel in organic field‐effect transistors.  相似文献

A series of 4-[5-aryl-2-furfurylidene]amino-3-mercapto-5-substituted-1,2,4-tri azoles and 4-[5-Nitro-2-furfurylidene]amino-3-mercapto-5-substituted-1,2,4-tr iazoles have been synthesized and were converted into 1,2,4-triazolo [3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles. These triazolothiadiazoles are also synthesized by an alternative method in better yields employing arylfuroic acids and s-triazoles in the presence of phosphorus oxychloride. The newly synthesized compounds are screened for their antibacterial properties.  相似文献
