提出一种基于静态层次融合博弈视角的风电机组节能工程的造价预测算法实现财务分析。构建了风电机组节能工程的造价参量约束模型,采用静态层次融合方法对风电机组节能工程的参量数据进行质量-效率-成本融合,计算风电机组节能工程开销工程造价的潜在市场效益,结合参量约束条件,得到造价预测的优化函数。在博弈视角下,进行财务数据分析时发现,对风电机组节能工程造价的预测精度提高32.87%,质量水平均为90%以上、效率水平为100%、单位成本降低了10.5万元。仿真结果表明,采用该模型能实现风电机组节能工程的质量、效率和成本的优化配比,提高了工程质量和施工效率,降低工程成本。 相似文献

Currently, selenium (Se)-based compound semiconductors (CISe, CIGSe and CZTSe) are considered as the active materials in the photovoltaic world. However, these materials exhibit couple of issues related to stoichiometry maintenance and scarcity of their constituent elements (In, Ga), which limit their massive production for future energy demands. These issues could be rectified by introducing a non-toxic, inexpensive and earth-abundant binary material. One such material is a tin monoselenide (SnSe), which exhibits a high chemical stability along with attractive physical properties namely, suitable band gap (1.3 eV), high absorption coefficient (105 cm?1) and p-type conductivity. These properties indicate SnSe as a competitive substitute in place of conventional absorbers in thin film solar cells. Despite of its remarkable properties, only a few reports were published on the fabrication of SnSe-based solar cells with poor efficiency (≤1 %). This indicates a need to review on the physical properties of SnSe and its device structures in a deeper sense. In this context, the present review describes the different methods of preparation of SnSe films and their physical properties along with the details of photovoltaic device fabrication. We highlighted the different factors that are limiting the efficiency of SnSe solar cells, and a few suggestions were included to overcome these problems for further improvement of these cells. This review will enrich and stimulate the readers to further investigate the growth of SnSe thin films and their devices, for the development of >20 % efficient SnSe solar cells. 相似文献

激励控制是确保项目工期、质量和成本目标实现的基础,传统的建筑项目激励模型多考虑的是一个或某两个目标的激励控制。有关多要素激励模型的研究尚不成熟。没有考虑到多要素之间的关联性,以及质量目标难以量化等。这容易导致建筑项目在施工过程中忽视一些重要因素,造成无法挽回的损失。针对上述问题,本文引入挣值管理(earned value method, EVM)中两个基本业绩测度,同时将质量因素量化,考虑多要素间的可替代性,建立了一个多要素委托代理模型,并对模型的应用条件进行了说明。进一步给出了最优激励强度的计算方法以及模型的应用步骤。最后,进行了案例研究和数据模拟。 相似文献

Supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) of sorghum bug oil (SBO) with carbon dioxide was performed and compared with Soxhlet
extraction using hexane. Response surface methodology (RSM) was used to determine the effects of pressure (200–400 bar) and
temperature (50–70 °C) on the sorghum bug oil yield in SC-CO2. The high extraction yield (more than 45.0%) was obtained at 300 bar and 60 °C followed by 400 bar and 70 °C, while the lower
yield was obtained at 159 bar and 60 °C. At low pressure levels (159 and 200 bar), the oil yield decreased due to the reduced
density of CO2 at higher temperatures. Gas chromatography was used to characterize the fatty acids of the oils obtained while α-tocopherol
was quantified by HPLC. No differences were found in the fatty acid compositions of the various extracts, while the α-tocopherol
extracted from sorghum bug oil by the conventional solvent method was less than that extracted by the SFE process using CO2. It can be observed that the conventional solvent extraction method exhibited notable DPPH radical-scavenging activity, with
an efficacy slightly lower (IC50 7.45 ± 0.3) than that of the SFE extracts. 相似文献
