The anisotropy of the resistivity and thermoelectric power (TEP)S of Nd1.85Ce0.15CuO4?δ single crystal (T c =17 K) has been investigated. In the temperature rangeT c <T<300 K the ratioρ c/ρab≈104 and the dependencesρ ab (T) andρ c (T) change from quadratic to linear atT~200 K. The dependencesS ab (T) andS c (T) reach a maximum atT>T c and then decrease almost linearly with increasing temperature, changing sign from positive to negative nearT~ 150 K. The features of the resistivity and TEP temperature dependences (the lawρ∝T 2 changing toρ∝T, the change in the sign of S with temperature, and the low TEP anisotropy at largeρ anisotropy) have been interpreted in the framework of the narrow-band model. 相似文献

Molybdenum sulphide was cathodically electrodeposited from aqueous solutions of sodium tetrathiomolybdate. The as-deposited films were X-ray amorphous with a composition, measured by microprobe analysis, close to MoS2. Annealing these films in Ar resulted in highly-textured films of MoS2 with the van der Waals planes parallel to the substrate. A small expansion in the c spacing of the annealed films was explained by the presence of oxygen in the crystals. A direct bandgap of 1.78 eV was found for the annealed films. 相似文献

Populations of CuI ground state, resonance, and metastable levels have been measured in CuBr laser with and without hydrogen additives. Temporal evolution and spatial distribution populations have been studied during the excitation pulse and also during the interpulse period of time. Addition of hydrogen results in a smaller rate of resonance and metastable levels excitation and smaller depopulation of the ground state during the excitation pulse. Repopulation of the ground state after the excitation pulse with hydrogen is much faster. CuBr molecules have been detected only in the periphery of the active zone. This paper presents the results of an experimental investigation on the optical properties of the TiO2 and TixCyOz nanopowders, produced by the pulsed plasma chemical method. Pulsed plasma chemical synthesis is realized on the laboratory stand, including a plasma chemical reactor (6 l) and TEA-500 electron accelerator. The parameters of the electron beam are as follows: 400–450 keV electron energy, 60 ns half-amplitude pulse duration, up to 200 J pulse energy, and 5 cm beam diameter. In TiO2 sample, obtained using the pulsed plasma chemical method, the particles can be divided into two groups: 100–500 nm large spherical particles and tiny complex particles (sized less than 100 nm). For TixCyOz sample, the morphology of the particles is mainly presented with irregular fragment shape. The average size of the particles is ranged from 200 to 300 nm. The band gap for all synthesized samples is within 2.94–3.35 eV. 相似文献
