LDPE/SEBS复合材料化学交联及相关性能的研究

采用二段混炼的方法,制备低密度聚乙烯/苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(LDPE/SEBS)复合材料。探究SEBS的不同含量对LDPE/SEBS力学性能的影响。通过双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯(BIBP)化学交联LDPE/SEBS,制备LDPE/SEBS/BIBP复合材料,探究LDPE/SEBS/BIBP的力学性能、微观形貌、凝胶含量、热学性能和流变性能。结果表明:SEBS用量为50份时,LDPE/SEBS具有较好的力学性能。当BIBP用量为0.9份,LDPE/SEBS/BIBP的力学性能最佳,拉伸强度为26.22 MPa,断裂伸长率为732.23%。随着BIBP用量的增加,LDPE/SEBS/BIBP的界面相容性、凝胶含量和黏度上升,熔融温度、结晶度和损耗模量下降,储能模量曲线的斜率先下降后趋于稳定。     

Synthesis and characterization of hydrogel bonded with rare earth

Chitosan-poly（acryfic acid） hydrogel bonded with Eu^3＋ was prepared by radical solution polymerization. Biodegradable chitosan, N,N＇-methylen-diacrylamide, and potassium persulphate were used as the basic material, cross-linking agent, and initiator, respectively. The structure and thermal property of hydrogel were characterized by infrared spectrometry, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and differential scanning calorimetry. The swollen property and fluorescent performance were also characterized. The results showed that the rare earth presented unique distribution in the hydrogel due to the formation of chemical bonds after polymerization. The glass transition temperature of the hydrogel decreased remarkably, which might broaden the range of its elastic application considerably. Moreover, the characteristic fluorescent emission of Eu^3＋ was observed in the hydrogel, which was indicative of the excellent luminescent performance.     

改性壳聚糖生物质吸附剂对Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附研究

制备了改性壳聚糖(G-CAM),并以该聚合物制备成改性壳聚糖生物质吸附剂,研究了G-CAM吸附Pb(Ⅱ)时pH值、温度、溶液浓度对吸附量的影响及壳聚糖微粒对Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附动力学特性.结果表明,在t=30℃、pH=5、ρ0=1 000 mg/L条件下,吸附量为171.3 mg/g,且溶液pH值对Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附量影响最...     

活性硅醇与ENR开环反应及对硫化胶力学性能的影响

以过氧羧酸为环氧化剂,制得环氧化天然橡胶(ENR)。通过从水玻璃中提取的活性硅醇与ENR的开环反应,得到含硅杂化材料ENR-SiO2,测试了其对NE硫化胶力学性能的影响,发现含硅杂化材料对NR硫化胶有明显的增强作用。     

PMMA-SiO2杂化材料对天然橡胶的增强作用

提取了活性硅烷醇,用自由基共聚合法成了含硅高聚物,分析了SiO2含量对硫化天然橡胶力学性能的影响。     

单分散Eu3+-co-PMMA共聚荧光微球的制备及性能研究

通过乳液聚合的方法,将具有双键的稀土铕配合物与甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体共聚,得到具有稀土特征荧光的单分散微球。采用红外光谱仪(IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)对产物的形貌进行分析,结果表明共聚微球粒径均一性较好;借助同步热分析(STA)研究了产物的热性能,紫外光谱仪(UV)和荧光光谱仪测试了产物的光学性能,结果表明共聚微球具有稀土(Eu~(3+))的特征光学性质,并且通过改变稀土配合物含量,可以改变共聚微球的荧光强度。

Synthesis of Long Afterglow Photoluminescent Materials Sr2MgSi2O7：Eu^2＋,Dy^3＋ by Sol-Gel Method

Long afterglow photoluminescent materials Sr2MgSi2O7 dopeo With Eu^2 ,Dy^3 were prepared by sol-gel method. The synthesized samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction. The excitation spectrum, emission spectrum and long decay curve were measured and analyzed. XRD pattern indicates that phosphor is with Sr2MgSi2O7 crystal structure. The wide range of excitation wavelength indicates that luminescent material can be excited by light from ultraviolet ray to visible light. The main peak of emission spectrum is located at 466nm. Sample excited by visible light can emit bright blue light, and the afterglow time lasts more than 8h.     

Study on Preparation and Properties of PVC Film Modified by Rare Earth

The transparent PVC films were prepared by tape casting. In the process of preparation, rare earth nitrate, as a kind of modifier, was added to the solution of PVC and THF. These PVC films were tested after being crosslinked by ultraviolet light. It is found that the mechanical and physical properties of all the PVC films modified by rare earth nitrate are greatly enhanced.     

含铝PSBR复合橡胶的制备及其力学性能

利用铝的醇盐与PSBR季铵盐乳液反应,制成含铝有机－无机杂化弹性体胶片,再与天然橡胶进行并用,制得含铝PSBR复合硫化胶,这种复合硫化胶具有优良的力学性能和独特的抗震作用,用IR和NMR以及其它方法分析了其相关结构.
