1工程概况 该工程为位于成都市温江城区某公司内的两个车间,一个车间为二层的大跨度厂房,跨度为两个18 m和一个9m,一层为生产车间,层高为9.6m,二层为全公司的中央空调机房,层高为12.9 m,使用荷载为7 kN/m2;另一个车间为三层的大跨度厂房,跨度为两个15 m、一个6 m、两个18 m,均为车间及库房,一层层高9.6m、二层层高6.6m、三层层高6.3m,车间、库房的使用荷载为10 kN/m2. 2结构方案选定 根据建筑布置及使用功能的要求,结构构件——大梁的高度被限制在1.2m(车间一)、1.3m(车间二)以内,可选用的结构方案及其优缺点分析如下.
