某教学楼结构安全检测与结构抗震特性分析

基于抽样检查、钻芯取样及弹塑性理论的力学检测方法,对某教学楼结构安全和整体结构抗震特性开展研究,并对该建筑进行了全面的安全检测,检测内容包含:建筑物外观质量、建筑结构构件混凝土强度、碳化深度、受力钢筋直径及其分布、加密区箍筋间距、楼板钢筋的混凝土保护层厚度、构件(梁、柱)的截面尺寸及建筑物倾斜量。根据检测结果及使用情况对结构进行了复核验算,提出了有效的应对措施,确保了该建筑物的安全性及稳定性。     

新型酚醛复合材料及工艺进展

本文简单介绍了国内外新型酚醛树脂及其复合材料工艺的进展情况。     

热塑性复合材料断裂韧性研究

本文采用ＤＣＢ的ＥＮＦ试验测试了ＰＰＳ／Ｔ３００复合材料的层间断裂韧性，研究了热塑性复合材料的断裂机理，并与热固性复材料作了比较。     

Design of the Transmission Lines for 140 GHz ECRH System on HL-2A

A new 140 GHz/2 MW/3 s electron cyclotron resonance heating （ECRH） system composed of two units is now being constructed on HL-2A. As a part of the system, two trans- mission lines marked No.7 ＆ 8 play the role of carrying microwave power from two gyrotrons to the tokamak port. Based on the oversized circular corrugated waveguide technology, an evacu~ ated transmission system with high power capability and high transmission efficiency is designed. Details are presented for the design of the corrugated waveguide, the layout of the proposed lines and the vacuum pumping system. Then mode conversion losses due to coupling, misalignment, bends and gaps are discussed to serve as a reference for analyzing the transmission efficiency and alignment. Finally, a dual-modes propagation case consisting of the HEll and LPn even modes is discussed.     

转基因棉花MON88913转化体特异性定性、定量PCR检测方法

本文以我国批准商业化的转基因耐草甘膦棉花MON88913为研究对象,建立并验证了其转化体特异性定性、定量PCR检测方法.建立的定性PCR方法的检测极限是20个拷贝棉花单倍体基因组DNA,定量PCR方法的检测和定量极限分别是10和20个拷贝棉花单倍体基因组DNA.同时,我们组织了实验室5位研究人员对建立的定量PCR检测方法进行了协同验证.对5个盲样的定量分析结果显示与真实值的偏差介于1.59% 和10.12%之间,完全满足国际标准25%偏差范围的要求,完全可用于转基因棉花MON88913的实际样品检测.     

恒流量控制阀的数值模拟和优化设计

针对现有的机械自力式恒流量控制阀进行分析,提出了一种优化设计方案。基于Fluent软件提供的计算方法和物理模型,对优化之后的恒流量控制阀进行数值模拟。结果表明,挡环结构对流量阀的控制性能有重大影响,新的恒流量控制阀阀芯受力-位移特性曲线最大线性误差满足设计要求。     

核电站辅助系统工程设备接地方法与应用

基于设备接地基本原理,针对目前接地做法无法满足核电施工验收要求的情况,结合施工过程中出现的具体问题,对核电站辅助系统工程中设备接地相关工艺进行介绍。     

ECRH Launcher for Four-Beam Injection on HL-2A Tokamak

An Electron Cyclotron Resonance Heating (ECRH) launcher for four-beam injection has been installed on the HL-2A tokamak and used in plasma heating experiments. By the launcher, four EC wave beams can be injected into the tokamak through a φ350 mm port, which are generated from 2 sets of 68 GHz/1 s and 2 sets of 68 GHz/1.5 s gyrotron tubes manufactured by GYCOM, with maximum output power of 500 kW for each. In this paper, the properties of the EC beam in the launcher and plasma are presented: at the centre of the cross section of the tokamak, the beam radius is 31.7 mm; thermal analysis of a 3D model indicates that the peak temperature increase would be only 30 o C at the mirror surface for a 500 kW/1 s pulse; ray-tracing calculation predicts satisfactory power deposition. In the plasma experiment, six beams including four beams from this launcher and two from another launcher have been injected simultaneously. Besides, obtaining ELM-y H-mode discharges, the ECRH system shows reliability and stability of the launcher functions.

V字形地表浅埋隧道围岩松动压力计算方法

基于水平地表和倾斜地表浅埋隧道围岩松动压力的计算方法,对V字形地表浅埋隧道构建力学简化模型,并推导了围岩松动压力计算理论公式。结果表明,围岩垂直松动压力与偏移量t呈二次函数关系:当偏移量t满足0≤t≤B/2时(B为隧洞净跨),随着偏移量的增加,V字尖端左侧围岩垂直松动压力增大,V字尖端右侧围岩垂直松动压力减小;当偏移量t≥B/2时,随着偏移量的增加,隧道完全偏向V字尖端的一侧,此时隧道相当于处于倾斜地表下,围岩的垂直松动压力会持续增大;V字形浅埋隧道总的围岩松动压力呈增大趋势,随着斜直面上的侧压力系数λ增大,围岩的总压力也随之增大。隧道水平松动压力与偏移量呈一次函数关系,随着偏移量的增大,V字尖端左侧隧道水平松动压力增大,V字尖端右侧隧道水平松动压力减小,隧道左右受力不均匀,隧道结构不稳定,可以通过推算的偏移量与松动压力间的关系进行有效加固。
