In this work, Sr and Zn co-doped calcium copper titanate having nominal formula Ca0.90Sr0.10Cu3Ti3.95Zn0.05O12 has been synthesized and systematically studied for structure, dielectric and electrical properties. The phase purity of the prepared composition has been confirmed by X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern and various structural parameters are presented here with Rietveld refinement data. The Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) image revealed the presence of homogeneous fine-grained microstructure investigated in the prepared ceramic. The impedance data well fitted with 2 R-CPE model confirmed the non-ideality of the system. Dielectric studies have shown the existence of two relaxation processes in low and high frequency domains. Low frequency dielectric response proposed as a combination of Maxwell-Wagner relaxation and intrinsic defect (Vo++) while high frequency behavior has been interpreted in terms of polaronic relaxation caused by hopping process of an electron between Ti3+ and Ti4+ states. The frequency dependent behavior of conductivity has been well fitted to Dong’s model and interpreted in term of Overlapping Large Polaron Tunneling (OLPT) mechanism. The various parameters; relaxation angular frequency (ω1) of Debye process, ionic hopping frequency (ω2), dc conductivity (σo), cole- cole parameter (α) and frequency exponent (s) have been determined by Dong’s Model fitting.  相似文献

In a distributed environment, a specific right may be required while a task is controlled and processed. A user should delegate enough rights to a task for processing. Tasks cannot work correctly if delegated rights are insufficient, or security threats may occur if delegated rights are excessive. Restricted delegation is the step that delegates proper rights to a task, and that enables fine-grained authorization in the Grid. In this paper, we propose the WAS architecture as a method for supporting restricted delegation and rights management. In contrast to traditional architecture, the WAS architecture uses a workflow that describes the sequence of rights required for normal execution of a task. By using the workflow, the WAS architecture is able to check whether the task exercises allowed rights. The WAS architecture is implemented on Globus toolkit 2.0 and extended on Globus toolkit 3.0.  相似文献

The production of cellulases by Trichoderma citrinoviride fermented on marc of Artemisia annua, and bioconversion of the same marc by produced cellulase system was studied. The effects of pretreatments, substrate concentration, particle size, initial pH, temperature and concentration of the medium components on production of FPase, endoglucanase and β-glucosidase were monitored and comparatively evaluated. Among the three pretreatment processes, alkali hydrolysis with autoclaving was found to be most suitable for production of all the three enzymes. Optimum production of FPase, endoglucanase and β-glucosidase was obtained at 96 h, 96 h and 72 h of fermentation period, respectively. Substrate concentration of 1% with particle size between 200 μm and 475 μm gave the higher yields. Higher production of all the three enzymes was obtained with initial pH value of 5.5, temperature of 28 °C and 75% of mineral salt solution. Partially purified enzyme system obtained by optimized fermentation procedure, was applied for saccharification. Forty six percent of saccharification was noticed after 48 h of incubation on alkali hydrolyzed and autoclaved substrate which was 3.26 fold more than that of unpretreated substrate.  相似文献

The gravity balancing exoskeleton, designed at University of Delaware, Newark, consists of rigid links, joints and springs, which are adjustable to the geometry and inertia of the leg of a human subject wearing it. This passive exoskeleton does not use any motors but is designed to unload the human leg joints from the gravity load over its range-of-motion. The underlying principle of gravity balancing is to make the potential energy of the combined leg-machine system invariant with configuration of the leg. Additionally, parameters of the exoskeleton can be changed to achieve a prescribed level of gravity assistance, from 0% to 100%. The goal of the results reported in this paper is to provide preliminary quantitative assessment of the changes in kinematics and kinetics of the walking gait when a human subject wears such an exoskeleton. The data on kinematics and kinetics were collected on four healthy and three stroke patients who wore this exoskeleton. These data were computed from the joint encoders and interface torque sensors mounted on the exoskeleton. This exoskeleton was also recently used for a six-week training of a chronic stroke patient, where the gravity assistance was progressively reduced from 100% to 0%. The results show a significant improvement in gait of the stroke patient in terms of range-of-motion of the hip and knee, weight bearing on the hemiparetic leg, and speed of walking. Currently, training studies are underway to assess the long-term effects of such a device on gait rehabilitation of hemiparetic stroke patients.  相似文献

This paper describes an analytical model for bulk electron mobility in strained-Si layers as a function of strain.Phonon scattering,columbic scattering and surface roughness scattering are included to analyze the full mobility model.Analytical explicit calculations of all of the parameters to accurately estimate the electron mobility have been made.The results predict an increase in the electron mobility with the application of biaxial strain as also predicted from the basic theory of strain physics of metal oxide semiconductor(MOS) devices.The results have also been compared with numerically reported results and show good agreement.  相似文献

PURPOSE: To examine normal and inflamed conjunctiva from patients with ocular cicatricial pemphigoid (OCP) for the presence of costimulatory molecule CD28 and its ligands B7-1 (CD80) and B7-2 (CD86). METHODS: Conjunctival biopsy specimens from 12 patients with OCP and from five healthy persons undergoing cataract surgery were analyzed by light microscopy and immunohistochemical examination with monoclonal antibody probes for CD28, B7-1, and B7-2 molecules and for mononuclear cell subtypes. RESULTS: Epithelium of OCP conjunctiva showed more Langerhans' cells, B7-1-positive (+) cells, and B7-2 expression (ratio of B7-2-positive cells to antigen-presenting cells). In the substantia propria, OCP specimens showed significantly increased numbers of T cells (CD3 +), macrophages (CD68+), CD28+ cells, B7-2+ cells (CD86+), Langerhans' cells (CD1a), and B7-1+ cells (CD80). Most of the B7-2+ cells, macrophages, and Langerhans' cells were located subepithelially. B7-2 expression was significantly higher in OCP conjunctival substantia propria compared with normal conjunctiva. CONCLUSIONS: The results of this study indicate that the expression of the costimulatory molecule B7-2 is upregulated in conjunctiva of patients with active OCP. This increased subepithelial B7-2 expression may contribute to the sustained immune activation in OCP conjunctiva.  相似文献

Emerging layered semiconductors present multiple advantages for optoelectronic technologies including high carrier mobilities, strong light-matter interactions, and tunable optical absorption and emission. Here, metal-semiconductor-metal avalanche photodiodes (APDs) are fabricated from Bi2O2Se crystals, which consist of electrostatically bound [Bi2O2]2+ and [Se]2− layers. The resulting APDs possess an intrinsic carrier multiplication factor up to 400 at 7 K with a responsivity gain exceeding 3,000 A/W and bandwidth of ~ 400 kHz at a visible wavelength of 515.6 nm, ultimately resulting in a gain bandwidth product exceeding 1 GHz. Due to exceptionally low dark currents, Bi2O2Se APDs also yield high detectivities up to 4.6 × 1014 Jones. A systematic analysis of the photocurrent temperature and bias dependence reveals that the carrier multiplication process in Bi2O2Se APDs is consistent with a reverse biased Schottky diode model with a barrier height of ~ 44 meV, in contrast to the charge trapping extrinsic gain mechanism that dominates most layered semiconductor phototransistors. In this manner, layered Bi2O2Se APDs provide a unique platform that can be exploited in a diverse range of high-performance photodetector applications.
